If the carbon content in the furnace is high, the switch connected to the diluent is turned on, and the dilution gas enters the furnace, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the carbon content in the furnace.
If the carbon content is moderate, all switches are turned off.
In order to achieve the effect of rapid temperature control, Duan Yun also installed a ventilator on the furnace lid to stir the temperature and carburizing gas in the furnace, so that the processed parts are evenly heated.
The digital temperature control system set by Duan Yun has greatly improved the accuracy compared with the previous manual control.
