Shenguang said: "My heart is not at peace, beggar and peace." ”

Bodhidharma said, "Bring your heart, and I will give you peace." ”

How do you take the heart?

Is it hard to have peace of mind?

Let me ask this young man, if you want to practice meditation, can you?

The answer is, no.

How could he sit there with peace of mind!

As another example, the young man himself is married and becomes the parent of another child. However, they lack the means to make a living, and their families are struggling to make ends meet.

I go to the company every day, but I am harshly criticized by my boss but I dare not resign easily, because I am older and I have no strong skills, and it is difficult to find a home in a short period of time, let alone a good home.

During the day, he was angry in the company, and when he returned home, he was often looked down upon and ridiculed by his other half, and his son often complained to him, complaining that other children were picked up by their parents in a good car......

If this person who is no longer young wants to practice meditation, can he do it?

Again, the answer is no.

How can he be at ease!

In such a state of mind, no matter how much you sit, you will sit and sit hard, not tempering but suffering. Even if you sit for a hundred years, you can't get started.

Just like Xu Guangling at the beginning.

How can his heart be at peace?

So this thing, in addition to qualifications, in addition to chance, also pays attention to a fate.

"You have nothing to do with it. ”

It's as simple as that.

Looking back, Xu Guangling found that it was still useful to read books in the library in those years.
