On the morning of a new day, Xu Guangling came to the top of the nameless mountain like many mornings.

In the nameless mountains, this is a place where only he will come.

Not to mention the big guy Qian Shaoyou and those sharp knives who are training here, even the two old men are not here to be idle.

For the two old men, going up to this 6,000-meter-high altitude is naturally a piece of cake, and it doesn't take much effort, but crossing the snow line of more than 1,000 meters is not a very pleasant experience, not to mention waiting for a foot to go down, half of the leg is stuck in deep snow, and many places, and even the whole person will fall into the snow.

But there is not much load-bearing snow, for Xu Guangling, it is like solid land, when he walks by, basically, "treading snow without a trace", if you want to say, it is just a layer of shallow footprints.

Big cats also have a hobby of mountaineering.

Maybe it was taken by Xu Guangling to develop a habit when he was in Changbai and Kunlun? So now every morning, it also likes to follow Xu Guangling to the top of the mountain, and then jump all the way back and forth, left and right, exactly, suddenly forward, suddenly after, suddenly left, suddenly right.

But when it reached the snow line, it jumped into the big pocket in front of Xu Guangling, the big cat also doesn't like snow, although its skills are now extremely agile, but it will still sink into the snow.

At the top of the mountain, or rather the ridge, the big cat jumped down and moved on its own.

Xu Guangling, on the other hand, stood quietly to the east.

On the horizon, the red sun appeared on the distant horizon, and the sky, clear and high, was dotted with sparse marshmallows, and under the feet, even in front of and behind him, was covered with snow.

When standing still, in the body, the first of the three fundamental knots that has been achieved, with Xu Guangling's mind moving, and suddenly from nothing, from the hidden, and then, in the body standing still, inside the body, qi and blood from head to toe, from feet to head, from the inside to the outside, from the outside to the inside......

Like water, like fog, rushing, penetrating.

Through the floating water vapor like a thin veil, Xu Guangling quietly observed the breath of the earth and mountains and the breath of plants and trees from the bottom to the foot of the mountain, watching them meander, watching them undulating, watching them like clusters, watching them germinate, and watching them absorbed.

As his ability continued to improve steadily, and as his sensing sensation continued to deepen, about ten days ago, Xu Guangling finally discovered a situation that he had not discovered before.

That is the atmosphere of the earth and mountains in the south of the mountain, which is slightly thicker than that in the north of the mountain.

It's really just a little.

Why is this happening?

Xu Guangling went south to north, and explored a number of mountains, large ones, small ones, green ones, completely bare ones, after excluding the factors affected by plants and trees, Xu Guangling was finally able to determine, or get a basically accurate conclusion-

The breath of the earth, mountains and rivers comes from the light of the sun, moon and stars.

The light of the sun, the moon, and the stars shine on the earth, and then through the receiving and transforming of the earth, some immaterial components contained in the light are diffracted and spread across the earth's surface.

This is the "breath of the earth and mountains" named by Xu Guangling.

The sun, moon and stars → the earth→ the breath of the earth and mountains.

This is the first level of transformation.

The breath of the earth and mountains→ the breath of plants → trees.

This is the second level of transformation.

After understanding this, Xu Guangling directly defined the qi of the earth, mountains and rivers as "Yuan Qi" and the qi of plants and trees as "Spiritual Qi" according to some customary descriptions in the Taoist Collection.

This new definition is not just a name change, but also shows that Xu Guangling has a further understanding of these two kinds of fog.

Vitality, cultivation, consolidation, nourishment, if life is empty, receive it will be profitable, if life is dry, receive it will be glorious.

Reiki, germination, catalysis, and life are subjected to it, and it enters the rapid process of germination and development at a rate of several times to ten times or a hundred times.

And it's a very high-quality fast germination.

For example, it normally takes about three months for a tomato to be planted and harvested, and after three months, when the fruit is ripe, the plant, which is the body of life, has entered the stage of growing old, and its cane stems are already full of impurities or tend to solidify.

Solidification is a sign of the life form from germination to prosperity, and it is also a sign of the life body from prosperity to decline.

Plants are like this.

Animals are like that.

It's the same with people.
