The second green pot mainly plays the role of continuing to finish and initially kneading the strips, and the temperature of the pot is slightly lower than that of the raw pot.

Stir-fried green is a term that refers to the process of making tea leaves in the pot with a slight fire to wither the tea, through manual kneading to make the tea water evaporate quickly, blocking the process of tea fermentation, and making the essence of tea completely retained, which is a big leap in the history of tea making.

Because the friction between the tea and the pot wall is relatively large, the force should be greater than that of the raw pot, so it is necessary to "bring strength", so that the leaves rotate in the pot with the hand of the roasted tea master, and begin to roll into strips, and at the same time, it should be combined with shaking the tea ball to breathe the heat.

The cooked pot mainly plays the role of further making fine tea strips, and the pot temperature is lower than that of the second green pot, about 130-150 °C. This is obviously different from the tea-making jishu that roasted green tea is first finished and then kneaded, which can not only take advantage of the softer and plasticity of the leaves under humid and hot conditions to promote the formation of coarse old leaves, but also overcome the disadvantages of cold kneading into broken stems, fragments, and exposed tendons.
