What is Reiki?

Based on the research of the first life, Xu Guangling can probably establish such a framework or definition for Reiki:

But under this beauty, Xu Guangling's body was bathed in starlight, but he barely felt the vitality!

And this situation corresponds to the fact that the inhabitants of the island have a very short lifespan, sixty is the life expectancy, and there are almost no people who can live to the age of seventy.
