January was a tumultuous month for the whole of China, and for me personally, it was quite difficult, after all, I had a lumbar disc surgery.

Before the operation, it was quite stable, but it was a variety of examinations.

But the recovery after the surgery was really memorable for me.

I had longer postoperative pain than others and got out of bed later than others.

The fastest patient in the ward got out of bed the next day after the operation, and went to the cafeteria to buy food.

And I couldn't move for a week.

In this contrast, the mentality really collapsed again and again.

At one point, I even wondered if my surgery had failed.

Thankfully, I survived all of this, and now I'm recovering.

The pain has completely disappeared, the wound has healed, and I went to the hospital today to have the stitches removed.

Now I can get up and move for about ten minutes every day after eating to avoid muscle atrophy.

But most of the time, you have to lie down.

Eat while lying down, drink water while lying down, go to the toilet while lying down......

Everything is done lying down.

I have to praise my wife here, I should have really saved the galaxy in my last life, that's why I am such a good daughter-in-law.

Feed me every day without complaint, feed me water, and even clean up my urine, wipe my body, wipe my buttocks, etc.

I feel that the most correct thing I have done in my life is to marry my wife.

Don't sprinkle dog food anymore, let's get down to business.

Starting tomorrow, I plan to watch two shifts, because I always lie down like this, I always feel that my brain has become weak, so I plan to force myself.

Of course, I will do what I can, and I will not force it to be renewed regardless of my body.

If I go one day, I hope you can understand.

But I'll try my best to do two more, after all, it's already a sin to not take full attendance in January, and there are so few days in February, it's really unreasonable not to take full attendance.
