Early the next morning, Su Chuanhou arrived at the company and went to the chairman's office.

This was originally his general manager's office, and since there has been no chairman, this is the best office here.

Now that there is a chairman, naturally this office belongs to the chairman.

"Young Master, you are good to go. ”

The vice president sent poplar to the door.

Su Chuanhou happened to walk here, but he didn't know Hu Yang, and he passed by him, and Su Chuanhou was a little strange when he saw this young man.

Who would let this new chairman be treated so carefully?

Hu Yang also glanced at Su Chuanhou by the way, this Su Chuanhou, really thought that pie would fall from the sky?

Today, let him know that the pies that fall from the sky are poisonous!

Hu Yang didn't care too much about Su Chuanhou, he didn't even need someone of Meng Yue's level, he just came as a vice president at random, which was enough to clean him up.

He came here today mainly to see this hotel group.

This hotel group is very useful for Populus euphratica to lay out Xuancheng, the key is that it has a wide coverage, and the hotel industry also has great profits.

He was very curious, it stands to reason that in a city like Xuancheng, a hotel of this specification is very suitable, and the customer source is very extensive, so the profit should be at least very good.

If it is operating normally, there will be at least 10% or more net profit.

But Wanrong Group has always been on the verge of meager profits, and its net profit is often less than one percent, and it only depends on loans to expand to today's scale.

He casually walked around, looked around, and arrived at the guest room area.

Most of the ordinary rooms are occupied, and the occupancy rate is high.

Moreover, this is still the off-season, and when it comes to the peak season, it will definitely be full.

This makes Populus a little strange, just look at the flow of people here, under this occupancy rate, such a hotel is very profitable.

He continued to go up and walked to a more luxurious area, such a hotel, although there are also rooms that claim to be luxurious, but they are only relatively ordinary rooms.

The average suite, even if it is relatively good.

When I arrived at the guest room on the top floor, a waiter was lazily leaning on the bar, a little listless, and there was no trace of anyone here, showing that it was deserted.

Compared to the floor below, this is almost like two hotels.

Populus euphratica is even more strange, there are always some wealthy people who come here and live in more luxurious rooms.

In a hotel with a large number of ordinary customers, it is unlikely that a more luxurious room will be so deserted.

He walked over to the bar, "No guests here?"

The waiter glanced at Populus euphratica, "It's full." ”

Hu Yang was even more puzzled, "It's full?"

At this time, it is eight or nine o'clock, and the guests usually get up to work or go out, but here is the deserted ghost, where are the guests?

"Yes, it's full. The waiter said lazily.

Hu Yang frowned, "What's going on here?"

The waiter saw the breath of Populus euphratica, not like an ordinary person, and immediately stood up straight: "May I ask who you are?"

Hu Yang said casually, "I'm the room manager who just arrived. ”

Hearing this, the waiter immediately panicked, and the laziness just now fell into the eyes of others.

Hu Yang waved his hand: "What's going on here?"

The waiter looked around and said cautiously: "You don't care about the things here, the luxury suites on this floor are used by various shareholders for a long time, and they are actually not open to the public." ”

Hu Yang's face suddenly darkened, the luxury suite is the most profitable room, not to the public?

"You tell me clearly what the hell is going on, don't worry, I'm a relative of the new chairman, I want to rectify here, if you behave well, I will say good things to you." Hu Yang said deliberately.

The waiter was overjoyed, and hurriedly pulled Hu Yang to hide in the bar, "You don't know, our hotel, the luxury suites of each hotel are for the shareholders' own use. ”

"They do it in every hotel, they are all used to raise wild women. ”

"Long-term use, you know?"

Hu Yang understood that this was equal to a considerable part of the hotel's profits, which was eaten by them invisibly.

It's no wonder that the occupancy rate of the hotel is obviously good, but it is not profitable.

"How long have they been living here?" asked Hu Yang.

The waiter looked at Hu Yang and whispered, "Don't say how long, it's a long time, understand? ”

While they were talking, Su Shiqing walked up with a woman with a good face, but very charming, twenty-four or five-year-old.

"Don't worry, you just live here, this is my long-term private room. ”

"The hotels are all ours, and I don't have to spend money to open a room for you. ”

"Not only does it cost nothing to live, but it also doesn't cost money to eat, and three meals a day are free. ”

"You go downstairs to the store to get clothes, as long as it doesn't exceed 100,000 a month, then you don't have to pay for it, no matter what brand, you can take it casually. ”

Su Shiqing was proud, and took the woman directly to a suite, but he didn't see the poplar and waiter in the corner of the bar.

Hu Yang was furious, it turned out that this was the reason why the hotel did not make money.

Even if you live, you still have to eat and spend money?

Needless to say, in addition to food and shelter, these people here promise to make careful calculations every month and clean up the 100,000 flowers.

"In fact, they don't buy clothes, they all greet the people in the supermarket below and discuss it privately. ”

"The store directly gave them 70,000 yuan in cash, and the store reported 100,000 yuan to the hotel. ”

"The store is just making an account, and these dozen rooms a month are hundreds of thousands of net profits. Don't delay normal business. ”

The waiter said enviously.

Hu Yang's face was ugly, he couldn't care about it before, but now, this is his hotel, how can he tolerate these moths?

This is equivalent to the hotel has to spend more than one million dollars in these stores in vain every month, tens of millions a year, no wonder the hotel seems to have a high occupancy rate, but in fact it does not make money.

They all ate it up in this way!

He was also angry, rushed directly to the door of Su Shiqing's room, and knocked on the door directly.

"Su Shiqing, get out of here and settle the bill!"

Su Shiqing had just taken off his clothes, and suddenly someone knocked on the door, almost frightened, and he was immediately furious, and rushed out with a casual dress.

"Who wants to die, don't you? You know who this place is?"

As soon as Su Shiqing opened the door and saw Hu Yang, he was immediately furious, "Why do you want to die? This is Xuancheng! Lao Tzu's hotel!"

"Fart, it's Lao Tzu's hotel now!"

"Settle the house payment immediately, and, pay it back. ”

How could Hu Yang give him a good face at this moment.

Su Shiqing looked at Hu Yang with disdain, "In Lincheng, you may still have some ability, in Xuancheng...... What kind of thing are you?"

"Your hotel?

"If this is your hotel, Lao Tzu will run three laps on the street with his bare ass. ”

Hu Yang sneered, "Then don't go quickly, this is Lao Tzu's hotel." If you don't believe it, ask your dad to ask. ”
