The industrial zone, which is now the industry of several large local consortia, is the bulk of the sea lee.

The logistics area is manipulated by Northeast Chen.

But Hu Yang suddenly looked at the map, shook suddenly, and his face sank.

His finger pointed to a leisurely area by the sea, "Here." ”

Lu Yun was stunned, starting from here?

Starting with real estate?

This can only be a real estate start!

Hu Yang looked at them, frowned, and his face was solemn, "I'm talking about this!"

He changed his thin pen and tapped it on the surface of the sea.

On the sea, in the upper right corner of the port wharf under construction, there is a small island.

Lu Yun looked at the island in wonder, "Young Master, develop the island......?" This can avoid the competition of other families. ”

"But the cost of development is too great, and we are afraid that it is difficult to afford rapid development at present, so we can only develop gradually. ”

"......"

Zhu Hongjun frowned a little.

Meng Yue suddenly smiled, "Young Master, what's so particular about this island?"

As if talking to himself, Populus Hu said, "This is on the waterway...... So...... From here...... Longjiang Reservoir, Longjiang Hydropower Station......"

Lu Yun and the others seemed to understand something, but they didn't seem to understand.

Populus euphratica is constantly measured on the map repeatedly, "The Longjiang River flows into the sea, and there is sediment accumulation every year." ”

"They are building this port to maintain at least 30 meters of water, and this is still the beginning. Later needs to be deeper. ”

"This island is right on the edge of this port channel and is now unaffected. ”

"But ......"

Populus euphratica looked at the river, which was only a little more than 1,000 kilometers long.

He always felt that something was a little strange, something was wrong, and the location of this port dock area seemed to be a little wrong.

Lu Yun was a little confused, Zhu Hongjun was confused, and Meng Yue was a little confused.

"Young Master, this silt accumulation, I'm afraid it won't affect the route for ten or eight years, right?"

Hu Yang shook his head slightly, "It's the rainy season here soon." ”

"It's the rainy season, and the sediment is ...... Wait!"

Hu Yang's face suddenly turned cold, and he hurriedly flipped out a few documents, and the cold sweat on his forehead flowed.

"Last year and this year, more than 30 percent of the river's upper reaches and tributaries were deforested. ”

"Originally, the amount of sediment in this river was very small, but the continuous destructive deforestation in the past few years has caused huge problems in soil and water conservation. ”

"According to the analysis, although this year's water will not cause flooding, the sediment will be 100 times more than usual. ”

"These places are not within our reach, otherwise we would still be able to control them. ”

"Prepare immediately, it's the rainy season soon, the protection that should be done must be done, the donations that should be prepared must be prepared, and the rescue that should be done must be done at the same time. ”

"Inform Zhou Tai and let him pay attention to this year's floods, especially the Longjiang Reservoir, and ...... Let Zhou Tai pay close attention to the dock area. ”

Hu Yang exhaled softly and looked at several people in the room.

Lu Yun and the others were extremely surprised, they didn't expect that Hu Yang would actually start from here to break the game.

If it is really as expected, the probability that the waterway will be affected by the rainy season is almost 100%.

Because, at the entrance of this harmony, there are two huge mountain rocks, once the river carrying a large amount of sediment surges down, the original mountain rock mountain will be far greater than the impact of the ordinary river water ten times or more than the impact of the impact of the impact is possible.

Lu Yun immediately smiled and said, "Young Master, if that's the case, then we will buy that island, which is equivalent to blocking the channel." ”

Populus frowned, "Now, this is secondary, and more important is to guard against possible tragedies." ”

"First, take precautions and prepare disaster relief funds. ”

"Second, prepare for the upstream direction and delay it as much as possible. ”

"You all remember that we are merchants, but we are also people of the country, and we are the children of this land. ”

"As for dealing with Hu Zhentian, you can slow down, he can't run. ”

Moreover, if something happens, he is the most unlucky, because once the Longjiang reservoir bursts, there is a great possibility that it will rush into this port area and destroy everything that has just been built here. ”

Hu Yang said softly.

His words were very soft, but they made Lu Yun's heart tremble.

Populus euphratica is not an ordinary businessman.

If he was just an ordinary businessman, in this case, he would never report to the government to prepare, but would immediately hoard a large amount of various materials and prepare to make a fortune.

"Young Master, what about this operation...... We don't think about economic interests?" Lu Yun asked softly.

Hu Yang looked at a few of them, "I mobilized all of you here, not to deal with Hu Zhentian. ”

"Hu Zhentian is not so capable that he is worthy of me to mobilize you all to come over, even if he has the so-called masters of overseas groups, I will not take it seriously. ”

"I mobilized the three strongest business district generals under my command this time, because I always feel that something big is going to happen these days. ”

"The most terrible thing is that if the river carrying a large amount of sediment washes away the hydropower station of the Longjiang Reservoir, what will be the consequences?"

Lu Yun was suddenly shocked, and they all gasped.

Although it is close to the sea and can discharge floodwater directly into the sea, this large hydropower station on the Longjiang River is more than 70% of the electricity supply of the entire Haicheng.

What's worse is that the storage capacity of this Longjiang reservoir is huge, and the river water turns a corner under the reservoir, and it needs to bypass a mountain in front of it to enter the sea.

And if the dam collapses, a huge amount of river water will directly hit the mountain, and then it will be blocked, and there will be no time to discharge the flood, and it will rush to Haicheng!

The ripple effect will be a huge disaster.

Cold sweat broke out on Lu Yun's forehead, "Young Master, but haven't the local agencies found out?"

Hu Yang shook his head slightly, "I don't know if they know, but at present, it seems that they haven't noticed, so we have to collect information as soon as possible and notify the relevant departments." ”

"At the same time, you have to be prepared for disaster relief, and it's always right to be prepared. ”

Lu Yun and the others immediately took action, Lu Yun was responsible for formulating the plan, Meng Yue implemented it, Zhu Hongjun immediately rushed back to Lincheng, and then flew to Beijing, Xuancheng, and checked and mobilized materials everywhere.

Especially in the direction of Lincheng, you can use a ship to enter the sea and then go straight to Haicheng.

When they got busy, Su Qinghan was frightened, "Hu Yang, why didn't you say it earlier?"

Hu Yang's face was bitter, "I just got the information from the neighborhood yesterday, and this morning, I suddenly felt that something was wrong." It wasn't until just now that I fully understood where my worries came from. ”

"Who would have thought that the upstream water, soil and vegetation would be so badly destroyed. ”

"Now that the whole country is engaged in soil and water conservation, greening and pollution, who is so bold to dare to cut down trees like crazy upstream?"

"You see, it's strange that there are mountains of felled trees here, and they can't be transported at all. ”

Su Qinghan looked at some of the information in Hu Yang's computer, and suddenly looked up at Hu Yang, "Could it be the Heaven and Earth Alliance?"

Hu Yang's body suddenly slammed, and his face sank suddenly.

"Only the Heaven and Earth Alliance would do this kind of thing, right?" Su Qinghan just guessed.

A cold sweat broke out on Hu Yang's forehead, "It can only be the Heaven and Earth Alliance!"

"There are so many logs piled up in those places, and there are even huge logs piled up on the riverside, and when a flood breaks out, these logs are washed down and mixed with the sediment-filled river water to hit the dam......"

"What are the Heaven and Earth Alliance trying to do? Are they crazy?"

Hu Yang was immediately annoyed.
