The great monk Minghai in his robe said: Buddhism is actually a mind, it should be accurate to the mind, the heart, the thought, and then let our mind be highly orderly. In fact, if you do the orderliness of your mind and do not empty it, your heart has been living in meaning, in a sense of value, in a sense of satisfaction, that is the non-waste of life. If you find it boring, boring, and annoying, that's a waste. Therefore, Buddhism can also express it as a kind of science that makes our minds highly orderly and conserves life energy (life energy is light and longevity). All kinds of disturbing emotions in our minds, some negative emotions that interfere with our normal thinking, are actually wasted.
Lao Guzi said: The state of mental orderliness that the great monk talked about just now is the state that human beings should be in the future. When we have a toothache, it's painful. When we're in pain, how wonderful it is for us to wake up to the fact that we don't have a toothache. There are so many days when teeth don't hurt, but we don't enjoy tooth pain. It's normal for a tooth to not hurt, but we don't know how to recognize and enjoy this normal state until the toothache is. We are not accustomed to connecting to the normal state and benefiting from it. If we know how to return to the present moment and raise the energies of mindfulness, concentration and awareness, we can get in touch with the beauty of life, and we can have happiness and joy immediately.

The subconscious mind is our destiny, it is like the chaotic state of heaven and earth, and the so-called waking state is mixed with consciousness, not the end. It is feasible to rely on the subconscious mind to make a living, to invent and create. It helps us connect two things that are not related. Inspiration comes from the subconscious, and it is the subconscious that opens a door.
