Steve Ballmer blinked, a little confused: Tiered charges?

"Quite simply, we set different levels of group capacity, such as a small group of 20 people, a group of 100 people, a group of 200 people, a group of 500 people, and a super group of 1,000 people, and the price of each group is different," Chen said. For example, a small group of 20 to 100 people is aimed at departments or small companies with fewer internal personnel, and the monthly usage fee of the group function is between $1 and $10, while a super large group of more than 500 people is aimed at medium-sized companies or large companies that require the cooperation and cooperation of multiple people to play projects, and they can discuss and release some information regularly in this group...... How much do you think the monthly usage fee will cost for such a group?"

Steve Ballmer's blood boiled when he listened: It turns out that you can still make money like this?!

Now listening to his boss ask about it, he thought about it and said: "The company's users are not very sensitive to price, I think that for groups of more than 200 people, the monthly fee of thirty or fifty dollars is not a problem, anyway, the company pays for it." ”

Chen Geng smiled and nodded, he also thinks so, for the users of the group, this function is definitely good as long as they use it, and the expenditure of thirty or fifty dollars a month is what is the value of a company with hundreds of people or nearly two hundred people? As long as this function is really helpful for improving the work efficiency of employees, let alone thirty or fifty dollars, it doesn't matter if it is a little more expensive.

"Then give it a try," Chen Geng said: "Develop the group function as soon as possible, and promote it as a key point, and anyone who has opened the group function can try it for free for a month, depending on which day it starts." ”

"Free for a month?" Steve Ballmer felt a little regretful at first, feeling that he had suffered a loss, but after thinking about it again, he immediately nodded in agreement: "This method is good, once they experience the benefits of the group function, I'm afraid many people can't do without it, it's the same as the tasting activity in the mall." ”

In the mall, you see something that seems to be delicious, but you may still be a little hesitant to buy it: maybe it just looks delicious, but it doesn't actually taste? But if someone offers you a free tasting, it's different, and after a free tasting, you find out that it's really delicious, will you buy it?

As long as this thing is not particularly expensive and will not have much impact on your wallet, you will buy it in ten likely.

At the same time, you have to keep in mind that maybe you're in Los Angeles, A is in New York, B is in Detroit, C is in Washington, D.C., in the past, you had to fly to a place or have a conference call, which was incredibly expensive in terms of money and time, but now, this group feature that allows you to do the same discussion function, and you can do something that used to cost a lot of money to do without spending a penny, do you think this group feature is great?"

"Really? Hearing you say that, it seems like that's true. ”

Originally, I was a little vague about the function of this group, but now after listening to the analysis upstairs, I immediately understood. ”

"But this feature shouldn't be free, right?"

"Probably not, looking at eBay's publicity, it seems that there are different levels of groups, and the largest group seems to be able to accommodate 1,000 people at the same time, and from this point of view, it should be charged. ”

"A group of 1,000 people, oh my God!"

"It seems that ebay will really charge for the group function, I just don't know how much they are prepared to charge, I think this group feature is simply tailored for our company, I hope it is not too expensive......"
