After thinking about it, Chen Geng's heart that he had been carrying was put back in his stomach, but Chen Geng felt that he should still go to Huaxia - in the end, this is just his own guess, but whether this is the case or not has to be a question mark now?

Before getting up, Chen Geng called Ding Ruoyan and asked her to help her go to the magic capital to see: in case the situation is indeed the case, and the woman is not easy to mess with, with Ding Ruoyan here, she should still be able to calm the other party.

Ding Ruoyan agreed without saying a word, of course she would not miss this opportunity to get in close contact with Chen Geng's family.

When Chen Geng got off the plane and saw Ding Ruoyan and his cousin's family who had come to the airport to wait and greet him, Chen Geng's first reaction was to breathe a sigh of relief: it looked fine.

Yes, it looks fine, four people, Ding Ruoyan's face was slightly sad and laughing, as for Chen Hongjun and Yuan Jia, they were angry, and as for his little cousin, tsk...... Looking at the expressions of two disobedience and three resentment on the neck, you know that there is nothing wrong this time.

Seeing Chen Geng, Chen Hongjun, who came to the airport in civilian clothes, was a little embarrassed: "Chen Geng, this bastard boy has caused you trouble." ”

"It's okay, are we all our own family," Chen Geng waved his hand, and then asked Chen Hongjun curiously: "Uncle, this looks ...... Are you alright?"

Chen Hongjun patted his little cousin's head angrily: "Let this bastard boy tell you, what kind of is he doing quietly." ”

"Hehe......" The little cousin laughed twice, shrunk his neck, and was a little embarrassed: "Brother, I'm sorry, I didn't expect to bring you so much trouble." ”

"What's the trouble or not, let's talk in the car...... Tell me, what the hell is going on?"

The little cousin raised his neck: "I want to come out and break in." ”

"Do you want to start a business?"

Chen Geng blinked, and the whole person was a little uncomfortable: there was such a big movement, and in the end you want to start a business?!

Before this, he had thought about all kinds of possibilities, but he never thought that his little cousin would come to him, the purpose was that he wanted to start a business...... What do you mean by that?

"Yes, I want to come out and break through," the little cousin looked surprised, he knew from Ding Ruoyan how much misunderstanding this incident caused, and he felt very embarrassed: "And doesn't the country now encourage individuals to go to the sea and start businesses, so ......"

"Understood," without waiting for the little cousin to finish speaking, Chen Geng waved his hand: "It's a good thing that you want to come out and break in, but why don't you tell your parents?"

Just say it, because of this, what did you scare everyone into?

The little cousin looked helpless: "I want to tell them, but what kind of people my parents are, brother, don't you know? They just want me to stay in the unit in a down-to-earth manner, step by step to improve my qualifications, go up, absolutely impossible to agree with me to come out to start a business." ”

"Tsk......" Chen Geng smacked his lips and nodded: "It's the same." ”

Chen Hongjun and Yuan Jia's idea is almost the mainstream idea of parents these days: find a good unit for your child, a smooth life, not to mention a high income, but also stable, and after retirement, there is a high pension to get, the house is a unit to give points, and if you are sick, the unit will give money to see a doctor, and even when you are a little older and there is no object, the family planning department of the unit or the eldest sister and aunt of the union will also help you manage the object, and you don't have to worry about anything, which means that you don't have to worry about it in this life when you enter such a unit, isn't it good？

Well, of course it's good, for those who like a plain, ordinary life, this kind of stable life is their favorite, countless guys who want to come in and have no way to come in are envious of their eyes are blue, and their mouths are sour and say "This kind of life that can see the head at a glance is not what I want", in fact, I am envious to death, but for those young people who are really ambitious and want to make a career and world on their own, this kind of life is a cage for them.

But in Chen Geng's opinion, these are not problems for his little cousin at all, he answered, and asked: "It's good to come out and start a business, have you figured out what to do? Is there anything I can help with?"

After listening to Chen Geng's words, the little cousin was a little moved, in the past two days, he was about to be scolded to death by his father and mother, but he didn't expect to come to his cousin, people didn't say a word, just "What can I help"?

After snorting his nose, the little cousin said: "Our country is basically zero in terms of industrial design of automobiles, and I want to come out to do this." ”

Well?!

Hearing the words of the little cousin, Chen Geng was surprised.

In fact, just now, he was also curious in his heart, what he was going to do when he jumped out to start a business at this time.

"I want to open an automobile industry design company," the little cousin's eyes sparkled: "Just like Mr. Broadcom and Mr. Giugiaro, let this automobile industry design company become the pride of Huaxia automobile industry." ”

Pan Asia!

I don't know why, Chen Geng's mind suddenly came to the Pan Asia Design Center.

Friends who know some about automobiles may not know much about Pan Asia Design Center, but they must have heard the name of Pan Asia Design Center, which is the first real and professional automotive industry design and R&D center in China, and it can be said that Pan Asia Design Center is the cradle and seed cultivation base of China's automobile industry design.

Chen Geng was a little surprised by his little cousin's choice, but after thinking about it carefully, he felt blameless.

After three years of internship and work at AMC after graduating from university, the little cousin was hired by AMC's two major partners in Huaxia: SAIC Motor with a high salary, and led a design team to work on the localization and adaptation of AMC cars.

This kid does have a talent in design, the little guy not only followed the two Italian industrial design giants Broadcom and Giugiaro to study for two years, plus Chen Geng's help, nearly 10 years later, the current little cousin is already one of the main leaders of the SAIC design department, and he can be described as a high authority in SAIC.

If there is no factor of his own, Chen Geng himself does not believe it, but to say that the little cousin's own ability is not strong, it is a loss: as one of the most important persons in charge of the SAIC design department, if he only relies on nepotism and does not have two brushes in his hands, how can he convince the public?

It is one of the core departments of SAIC, not a place for the elderly such as trade unions and logistics departments, and it is no problem to live in this kind of place, but if you want to rely on nepotism to sit firmly in the position of the main leader in the design department, hehe...... I can only say that you think too much.

After working in the design department of SAIC for so long, it is really normal to want to do automotive industrial design independently.

Before Chen Geng could speak, Chen Hongjun was anxious: others don't know what is going on in the design of the automobile industry, but his son is in this business, so he can know a little bit. He immediately shouted: "You are so good at designing in the automobile industry? If nothing else, do you have the right talent in your hands? Can you bring in customers?"

That's the truth!

Automobile industrial design is different from other industries, this is a highly professional, at the same time very reputable industry, belongs to a typical drought of drought, waterlogging of waterlogging, those industry's top automotive industrial design companies such as Broadcom, such as Pininfarina, more business can not take over, but those small design companies, basically did not survive from three years - can survive three years, basically rely on the boss's other income to support.

In the face of his father's roar, the little cousin was calm enough, and he spread his hands: "I studied automotive industrial design, and it has been nearly ten years since I graduated, and I am also doing this business, you say, I came out to start a business, what can I do if I don't do this?"

Chen Hongjun was about to say something angrily, but Chen Geng waved his hand and motioned to Comrade Chen to listen to himself first.

Old Comrade Chen still gave Chen Geng a lot of face, and when he saw that Chen Geng wanted to speak, although he was angry, he still kept his mouth shut for face.

Looking at his little cousin, Chen Geng did not nod or shake his head, but said: "There is no real automotive industry design company in China, if you can really do this piece, you will not only be able to create a career in the future, but even have the opportunity to become an authority in the design of the domestic automobile industry, but since you are in this industry, you should know how difficult this line of work is...... A small automotive industrial design company also needs at least 100 people, and a large automotive industrial design company such as Broadcom has three or four thousand people in their design department.

I can take care of you, but even if I take care of you, I have to follow the right procedures, if your ability here is not up to the requirements, I can't take care of you, you should understand. ”

"I understand, when it comes to money, even if you are my cousin, but before I prove my ability, it is impossible for people to hand over the business to me so reassuringly," the little cousin nodded, and when he said this, he suddenly became a little embarrassed: "So, brother, I want to ask you for something more." ”

Chen Geng nodded: "Well, you say." ”

"Can you help me find a way to make money before I can support myself in this design center?" the little cousin smiled, his face slightly red, very embarrassed.

Chen Geng suddenly collapsed!

On the other hand, before the automobile industry design center is not famous and can not support itself, we must help this stinky boy think of a way to make money, so that this kid can not only make money, but also subsidize and support the automobile design center?

Is this a two-handed grasp in the new era, and both hands must be hard?
