Yan Shan didn't hesitate much, and called Shen Huan the next day, saying that he had taken over the play.

And he hopes to start filming early, maybe he can catch up with this year's Spring Festival.

In fact, he thinks the best is the National New Year on January 1.

But now that it's almost October, even if you prepare a little faster, I'm afraid that two months of shooting time will be inevitable.

For the sake of the quality of the movie, of course, it is more appropriate to take the first day of the Spring Festival.

There are no blockbusters to compete in this year's Spring Festival, which is an excellent opportunity for Yan Shan.

There is also a more important point, during the Spring Festival, adults are willing to take their children to watch movies.

A family comedy movie written by Teacher Chu Liuxiang and starring actress Yang Shu can attract at least tens of millions of viewers into the cinema without much thought.

It is no exaggeration to say that the basic market of "Home Alone" in China is at least 500 million yuan.

And comedy is also popular in Asia.

Especially Yang Shu, a girl, has the treatment of a national daughter in Japan and Taiji.

The last time she and Guo Hang went to Japan and Taiji to promote "The Story of Little Eight", countless fans held up the poster of "The Gift of Room No. 7" and cried the name of "Yiyuan" to support.

This also led to traffic blockages in both countries for 11 days in a row, each of which caused massive congestion.

In the two movies that Yang Shu made cameo appearances in this year, Yang Shu was not the protagonist, but Yang Shu's avatar was placed in the middle of the poster.

Of course, Mr. Chu Liuxiang, a mysterious writer, also has a high popularity in Japan and South Korea.

His books have sold at least 20 million copies in Japan, and the first place on the list of books in Japan and Korea every year is definitely Chu Liuxiang's name.

Even "The Gift of Room Seven" has been in the top three for two years in a row, oh yes, it was number one three years ago.

The sales champion from the year before last year to last year was "The Gift of Little Eight", and the sales champion from last year to this year was "When Happiness Knocks on the Door", and the three of them have been firmly occupying the top three and are unshakable.

With such a combination of two trump cards, if you don't win more than 200 million US dollars at the box office in Ribenz and Taiji, it will be a great failure, even a crime!

Yan Shan fully took this into account.

He also understands that with good comes pressure.

He is one of the six major directors, how can he be afraid of pressure?

How can people who are afraid of stress have achieved what they are today?

So Yan Shan decided to shoot well and seize this Spring Festival schedule.

Otherwise, this story that happened when the snow was falling in winter, can you still arrange it for the summer file?

If you wait another year, the time span is too long!

Shen Huan likes such a refreshing person!

He immediately called Xin Changkong and asked him to coordinate, and strive to start making preliminary preparations within a week.

At the end of September, there is no snow in many parts of China, but in the northernmost areas, it is already snowing.

At most, wait until the end of October, then the far north must be covered with heavy snow, and then it will be enough to borrow a small town or even photograph the streets of a small town.

Those small cities in the United States are far worse than those in China.

Home Alone itself is not a story that takes place in the core of a metropolis, but in a residential area.

What do the residential areas of the United States look like?

Isn't that just like those rural areas in our country?

It's just that 30 years ago, the houses in rural Huaguo were very bad, but 30 years later, in the countryside of many wealthy places, every household is a small western-style building!

Shen Huan didn't care about how to shoot and arrange the time.

Yan Shan, as one of the six major directors, if he can't even arrange this, it will be a joke.

Shen Huan asked Xin Changkong not to interfere too much, just send a representative to assist.

Yan Shan worked overtime in the next two days to calculate his budget.

In addition to the dividends that his team and Yang Shu will definitely occupy, the entire movie costs about 70 million yuan.

Of course, if you can't find a suitable place in the end, and you want to build a residential community on the outskirts of the city, then you have to add another 30 million - except for the protagonist's home, the rest are built with wooden boards, and finally reconciled with computer special effects.

Xin Changkong was in high spirits when he heard this, and hurriedly called Shen Huan, meaning that "Home Alone" should be done by himself, and there was no need to share a piece of the pie with others.

With an investment of only 100 million yuan, Fengxiang Film and Television can take it out easily.

This kind of family-friendly comedy, with low input and high output, and then there can be a good additional derivative income, which is a big piece of fat.

Rao is Xin Changkong is now busy attacking Wang Qing, and he can't help but want to swallow it for the company.

However, Shen Huan thought about it and still refused.

He handed over the production and distribution of "Home Alone" to Shanhai.com, and he still only took a share.

Why?

Is Shen Huan stupid?

!

Shen Huan is definitely not stupid.

Didn't Boss Zheng just give 5 billion land, and the eldest princess gave 1% of Shanhai.com shares?

The benefits of 17 billion have been given to Shen Huan, how can Shen Huan not return some?

That's how it is between people.

If it is just a simple gift and does not give anything in return, then the giver must be your parents.

There are contacts and contacts, and you and I think about each other when we have benefits, so that we can have continuous cooperation and form an unbreakable cooperation alliance.

"Home Alone" may have a domestic box office of more than 1.5 billion, and it may also win more than 5 billion or more box office worldwide.

But in addition to all expenses, dividends, etc., what you get in your hand is 2 billion, the most.

Shen Huan could have received more than 500 million yuan with dividends, and the remaining 1.5 billion was less than one-tenth of what the Zheng family gave to Shen Huan.

Don't you know how to settle this account?

And also.

Now Shen Huan has become a minority shareholder of Shanhai.com, which is just at the stage of listing, if the box office of "Home Alone" explodes, it will be of great benefit to Shanhai.com's stock price and prospects.

The mountains and seas are networked, whether Shen Huan holds or sells it in the future, won't he be able to get more benefits?

Therefore, people's eyes must not only see what they can get.

If you do business, in addition to making money yourself, you can make others earn, that is your ability, and you will really be recognized by the business community, so as to lay a solid foundation!

Those who want everything, who want everything alone, usually end up with nothing.
