Chapter 5 Enclosure: Ideas for New Environmental Protection Power Stations

Although I am a civilian, I have a wide range of hobbies since I was a child. Good at thinking, often ingenious to come up with things that others can't think of. After the publication of the article, it attracted the attention of the provincial leaders, and the leaders of the water conservancy department visited the door in person. At present, the project has entered the implementation stage. (Although the project was not designed by me, the implementation plan of the scheme is roughly the same as my design plan.) Here's how I envision the power plant construction:

Urban water supply pipeline power station ----- new environmental protection power station design

Jianyukou ------- urban water supply pipeline in Weinan City, built in the early part of this century. Since its completion, the project has been undertaking the main task of domestic water supply for urban residents in Weinan City.

The source of the project comes from the Jianyukou Reservoir in Qinling Mountain, which has an average altitude of more than 2,000 meters. Passing through Qiaonan Town, Chongning Town, Linwei District, Linewang Township (now merged into Chongning Town), Fengyuan Town, Xiangyang Office, Zhannan Office and other places, enter Weinan City. The total length of the project is more than 30 kilometers. Among them, Beilei Village, Fengyuan Town, is about 5 kilometers away from Xizhang Village, Xiangyang Office, passing through the majestic and stretching Longwei Slope, and pouring directly into the rapidly developing urban area of Weinan. The difference between the upstream and downstream water levels is about 300 meters, and it is pregnant with very rich kinetic energy. If it can be used, it will certainly create a lot of resources for the country.

For this reason, I believe that as long as there is a continuous supply of water to the pipeline, it is perfectly possible to build a small hydroelectric power station in the pipeline.

The hydropower station is very easy to build and environmentally friendly, without any environmental pollution and without affecting the city's water supply.

The following is the construction method of the hydropower station designed by me, which is for reference only. Whether it can be realized or not remains to be designed by relevant experts after specific research and discussion.

First, choose a suitable address. The location of the power station should not only be convenient for transportation, but also easy to connect to the national grid for operation. Therefore, I believe that the site of the hydropower station should be selected to build the power station south of the Longhai Railway, north of the garbage station, and next to the water supply pipeline near the Weiqiao Highway.

2. Excavation. Once the site has been chosen, the first step is to dig up the underground water supply pipes. Then install a tee and a valve on the underground pipeline (the main function of this valve is during the construction of the power station and when overhauling the power generation equipment, after opening this valve, the underground water supply can directly enter the water supply pipeline without passing through the power station, and does not affect the urban water supply) Then, through the tee in front of the valve, the underground pipeline is introduced into the ground. Then several turbines and generators are connected in series on the pipeline in turn, and electricity can be generated (the power of the generator and the diameter of the input water supply pipeline should be reduced step by step) If there is no special water turbine, a centrifugal water pump can also be used instead of a water turbine. By using the reverse operation of the centrifugal water pump, the generator can be driven to generate electricity.

3. Pooling. In order not to affect the city's water supply, and to ensure that the generators have a continuous and stable power output, a reservoir (or a water tower) needs to be built, one end of the reservoir is connected to the generator set, and the other end is connected to the original underground water supply pipe. The main function of this pool is to regulate the amount of water consumption in the city.

4. Circular power generation. In order to ensure a continuous, stable power output from the generator, the pipes passing through the generator need to continuously drain water into the reservoir, which is very limited in volume. Therefore, it is necessary to install one (or two, one for backup) large water pump next to the reservoir, and when the water level in the reservoir exceeds the warning water level, the pump will be automatically started to pump the water in the pool back to the pipe in front of the generator and circulate power generation again. (Another method is to re-install a new pipeline, which will pump the water directly to the top of the Longwei slope through the pipeline, and then inject it into the original underground pipeline to recycle power generation again.) )

5. Operational grid connection. After the completion of the power station, it will also need to be connected to the national grid (or can be operated independently), so it will also need to install some transformers and some other ancillary power equipment.

After the completion of the hydropower station, it will be an environmentally friendly power station that is both energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and has no pollution. The project can not only be integrated into the national grid for operation and power generation, but also can generate electricity independently, alleviate the impact of national power shortage, and drive the take-off of the industrial economy. With broad prospects, and a bright future.
