September 23rd
I was too sleepy at 10 o'clock last night, so I went to bed early. I went to the bathroom at about five o'clock early this morning, and I couldn't sleep when I came back, so I simply got up.
I packed up and made breakfast, and when I looked at my phone, it was just past six o'clock. I had a lot of time, so I watched it again early in the morning after reading the second session that I hadn't finished last night.
After reading it, I memorized the words for about half an hour, and I was really sleepy, maybe it was really the reason why I got up too early in the morning.
I climbed into bed and rested for a while, and then I got up and continued to read until nine o'clock when the alarm clock rang. At noon, I thought that I hadn't gone out to eat with my sister for many days, so I went out to eat with my sister.
On the way back, I went to the supermarket again, and I wanted to rest directly when I came back, but I cleaned up the room early this morning, packed up a bunch of clothes, and there were a lot of unwashed items before, thinking about washing it.
I washed for more than an hour, and I hadn't finished washing before the alarm went off in the afternoon to start studying. After washing and taking a lunch break, I went straight to study, and I couldn't bear it for more than an hour, so I lay down in bed to rest, and I slept for about an hour until the alarm clock rang in the next class.
(So I really can't get off the bed, and I can't get off the bed if I stick to it.) It's different when you're resting, and the whole person is very sober, which is more conducive to thinking.
There was an hour and a half break from afternoon to evening, and I was sometimes single-mindedly dragged out before, so I basically didn't arrange much.
Now, no matter how much I drag on at night, I have arranged for myself to ride a bicycle for half an hour to relax.
Otherwise, if you stay in your room all day studying, you will really collapse. Three time slots were arranged in the evening, the first time slot was originally for words, the second was for the second time, and the third was for UGC.
Tonight, I thought that I hadn't brushed the past test in English yet, so I changed the time to brush the past test, and I didn't pay attention to the time, and it was time for the second year.
I still have to brush the real questions, but now I change to brush the real questions from half past seven to nine o'clock every day, listen to the lectures of the real questions, and the rest of the time remains the same.
And the original eight-and-a-half to nine o'clock summary time changed to the rest time in the evening, tonight temporarily changed the time, the remaining subjects were also changed, and there was not much time left for the second session, and it was estimated that it would take a few minutes to write today's summary, and the remaining time for the second semester was left to the teaching resources, because the teaching resources did not do the exercises because of the early rest last night, and they just took advantage of this time to practice more.
Okay, it's not too early, it's time for me to practice teaching. Today's chicken blood: No matter how far away the goal is, it can't withstand persistent persistence.
