In the past, hydrogen fuel was basically transported by tankers, but if hydrogen fuel is transported by ordinary tankers, it will cause hydrogen fuel pollution and hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion to ship steel.

Huaxing Group has also developed titanium alloy materials that are resistant to high temperature, corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement, which were only used in its own products and equipment, and were not used in ships transporting hydrogen fuel.

Since Huaxing Group acquired Honghu Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd., it has begun to develop hydrogen fuel ships specially used for transportation, and has now begun to deliver large orders of hydrogen fuel carriers to many companies.

The previous deliveries were tens of thousands of tons of hydrogen fuel carriers, but now a 100,000-ton carrier has been designed and developed, and the next step is to develop 200,000-ton and 300,000-ton carriers.

At present, Honghu Shipbuilding Group has received orders for dozens of special hydrogen fuel carriers in the past two years, all of which are large transport ships, with a reserve order amount of more than 6 billion US dollars.

Because this special alloy is now only enough for Huaxing Group to use itself, and rarely provides it to the outside, basically only Honghu Shipbuilding Group can produce this special ship now.

In order to develop this special alloy, it took more than three years for the special alloy material research and development center under Huaxing Group to master a complete set of technology and equipment for the preparation and processing of this alloy material, and only Huaxing Group itself can provide this special alloy at this stage.

At present, Honghu Shipbuilding Group has begun to produce such special hydrogen fuel carriers on a large scale, which has become the main business of the group company.

Even other large domestic shipping group companies can only get a small amount of special alloys to produce hydrogen fuel carriers.

In addition, it has also passed the certification of international certification bodies for special titanium alloys for hydrogen fuel carriers and related materials for insulating and heat insulation panels for liquid cargo enclosure systems.

Now Huaxia Group is also increasing the supply of these materials, of course, giving priority to the supply of domestic shipbuilding group companies.

Similarly, because of the particularity of hydrogen fuel, the container material of this hydrogen fuel is also very demanding, and it is also a high-tech, high-difficulty and high-value-added product.

Because hydrogen fuel was the first to be developed by Huaxing Group, and other companies had no experience in developing container materials for hydrogen fuel before, these can only be done by Huaxing Group itself.

Previously, this container material was mainly used in fuel cells, but now it is being used on a large scale on hydrogen fuel carriers.

The use of hydrogen fuel is increasing around the world, and the demand for dedicated hydrogen fuel carriers is also increasing among domestic and foreign energy giants.

Huaxing Group is the earliest in this regard, and naturally has become the only manufacturer that can design, produce and manufacture special hydrogen fuel carriers at this stage.

In the past, most of the domestic exports to Europe were light industrial products, and even if there were some technical equipment, they were relatively backward in technology and only relied on price advantages to obtain orders.

On the other hand, China imports cutting-edge and sophisticated machinery and equipment from Europe, including some large-scale complete sets of equipment.

The sixth generation of drilling platforms belongs to the category of high-tech equipment, and Europe has not been able to manufacture such equipment on its own.

The fact that domestic companies were able to break through this technology before the Europeans and sell their products to Europe cannot be overstated.

After learning of this, the high-level made important instructions to the Ministry of Commerce, requiring them to make every effort to ensure the completion of this project and achieve a "zero breakthrough" in the export of high-tech equipment from China to Europe.

According to the information presented to the Ministry of Commerce by Honghu Shipbuilding Group Company, there is no obstacle to the completion of this project.

The technicians of the Royal Dutch Shell Group have come to the group company several times and have given high praise to the company's technology, and the price of the equipment is completely within the acceptable range of the Royal Dutch Shell Group, and even makes them feel a little surprised.
