Nikko Forest is located in the northern part of Hualan City and is known for its peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

The foliage of the trees in the forest is not as dense as that of the Tokiwa forest, and on a clear day, the sun falls through the gaps between the leaves, casting dappled and dazzling spots of light on the ground covered by verdant grass.

This is a gathering place for grass-type Pokémon, and all kinds of grass-based Pokémon in the Kanto region can be found in the forest. Most of the Pokémon that inhabit the Nikko Forest have a gentle temperament and do not like to fight.

In the center of the forest there is a field of flowers, where Pokémon often sunbathe. Occasionally, humans visit the area.

The legendary mythical beast, the god of the forest, Sherabi, inhabits this forest.

At one point, it was claimed that the Sharabi had been seen in the Nikko Forest on the GT forums, but no photos or specific information were provided, so this information was dismissed as an urban legend by most trainers.

On January 20, 1000 in the Elven calendar, Team Rocket fought a great battle with four free trainers here to capture the god of the forest, Sherabi, and the flower field was almost burned to the ground. After the battle, the damaged forest was quickly restored to its original state thanks to the magical power of Sherabi.
