The Pokémon Alliance was established on September 21, 602 in the Elven calendar, with a history of more than 400 years, and is the most powerful federal form of government in the world today.

1. Founding period (EL602–710)

In order to make the concept of trainer more popular with the public, the Pokémon League has adjusted the relevant social welfare measures for this profession and held a grand tournament to promote the enthusiasm of the people.

Although the Mandarin Fruit Ball at that time had the disadvantages of high cost and long time, this measure still set off a trend of national trainers in the society at that time, and teenagers led by children of wealthy families gathered to respond, marking the first step in the Pokémon Alliance to reach an inseparable partnership with Pokémon.

On June 21, 649 in the Elven calendar, the first official league of the Pokémon League, the Quartz League Tournament kicked off in the city of Mihara on the Quartz Plateau, which marked the beginning of the national trainer boom. To this day, this craze has not been extinguished, and it is still pushing many young people to move forward on the road to trainers.

Trainer means the highest force in society at that time. With a powerful army of trainers, the Pokémon Alliance began to expand its territory in 656 in the Elven calendar, and nearly tripled its territory in less than fifty years, and the regions of Hoen, Sinnoh, United Forces, and Carlos were included in the territory of the Pokémon Alliance, laying a solid foundation for the future to become the strongest federal government in the world.

2. Development period (EL710–898)

This was the beginning of a worldwide boom in trainers.

In the year 783, after the Second Industrial Revolution, the world entered the electric age, which brought about a huge increase in productivity and creativity. In the year 790 of the Elven calendar, a new way to control Pokémon, the "Crystal Scepter", was introduced. Starting from the current Fiore region, the former Fiore Kingdom, it spread to neighboring countries.

In the year 825 of the Elven calendar, more than a dozen countries led by the Kingdom of Fiore signed a contract to become a new alliance system of government, the "Guardian Alliance", and began a confrontation with the Pokémon Alliance in various aspects such as military and economic. The vast Pokémon Alliance is facing local armed conflicts from different directions, and is mired in a dilemma of insufficient military power and resources.

The Guardian League has a level of technology that is not inferior to the Pokémon League, and once had the upper hand in military battles. The Pokémon League did everything they could to barely contain local conflicts and not expand too much, often winning more than they lost in crossfires on the border.

The pressure is particularly great on coastal cities in the Kanto and Johto regions. The city of Withered Leaves in the Kanto region was once occupied by the Guardian Alliance, and there are still many foreign-style buildings and customs in the city.

In the year 871 of the Elven calendar, a new type of Pokéball, which can be mass-produced, was introduced. This invention greatly solves the shortcomings of the complex production process of mandarin orange fruit balls, which takes a lot of time and manpower, and completes the feat of industrializing and streamlining the production of Pokéball balls.

The evolution of armaments means the increase of military strength. Due to the low cost of the new Pokéball ball, the trainer is no longer an aristocratic profession and has truly entered the civilian life of thousands of households. According to statistics, after the advent of the new Pokémon Ball, the number of registered trainers in the Pokémon League has increased by more than three hundred percent compared to before, which is undoubtedly a huge and terrifying force.

Taking this as an opportunity, the Pokémon Alliance expanded its army and strengthened its military strength, and after recovering Withered Leaf City through military pressure and other means, the Pokémon Alliance waited for an opportunity to intensify the border conflict. In the year 898 of the Elven calendar, the Restadat Raid and Defense announced the collapse of the Guardian Alliance. At present, the three major regions of the Guardian Alliance are included in the territory of the Pokémon Alliance.

3. The Stronghold (EL898–Present)

In the year 953 of the Elven calendar, the three kingdoms of the Somyana Plain formed the Northern Alliance, announcing that they had found "the most correct way to control Pokémon", and resisted Pokéball balls, harassing the northern border of the Pokémon Alliance, and small conflicts continued.

In the year 958 of the Elven calendar, the construction of the global three-dimensional positioning imaging guidance system (alias Skynet) was completed. In the year 960 of the Elven calendar, based on Skynet's guidance ability, the ultra-long-range heavy strategic laser sniper system (alias Damocles), a super weapon was born in the Pokémon League.

In the year 976 of the Elven calendar, the conflict on the northern border escalated and evolved into a vicious incident that could not be controlled. The first successful launch of the superweapon Damocles was carried out, with the capital of the Northern Alliance as the center, and a radius of hundreds of miles was razed to the ground.

The debut of this superweapon shocked the world. The invention and successful launch of Damocles marked the official establishment of the Pokémon Alliance's unshakable position in the world.

In the year 980, the Northern Alliance dissolved. Later, the border with the Kingdom of Paraçao, one of the three northern kingdoms, continued to be violent and intensified. In the year 986 of the Elven calendar, the Kingdom of Paraso announced the severance of all diplomatic relations with the Pokémon Alliance, and the contradictions between the two sides have become irreconcilable.
