Country Profile:

The Pokémon Alliance was established on September 21, 602 in the Elven calendar, with a history of more than 400 years, and is the most powerful federal country in the world today.

The existence of Poké Balls laid the foundation for the early days of the Alliance's dominance. The first mandarin fruit balls date back 400 to 700 years, and the Pokémon Alliance was the first to realize the value of this technology, using national power to monopolize this technology and cut off its way to other countries. At the same time, the Pokémon League promotes the profession of "trainer" among the people. In order to make the concept of trainer more popular with the public, the Pokémon League has adjusted the relevant social welfare measures for this profession and held a grand competition to promote the enthusiasm of the people.

Although the mandarin fruit balls at that time had the disadvantages of high cost and manufacturing time, this measure still set off a trend of national trainers in the society at that time, and young people led by children of wealthy families responded in response, marking the first step in the Pokémon Alliance to reach an inseparable cooperative relationship between the people of the Pokémon Alliance and Pokémon.

On June 21, 649 of the Elven calendar, the first official league of the Pokémon League, the Quartz League Tournament, kicked off in Mihara City, Quartz Plateau, which marked the beginning of the national trainer boom. Trainer means the highest force in society at that time. With a powerful army of trainers, the Pokémon Alliance began to expand its territory in 656 in the Elven calendar, nearly doubling its territory in less than fifty years, and regions such as United States, Carlos, and Alola joined the Pokémon Alliance, laying a solid foundation for it to become the strongest federal government in the world.

In the nearly 100 years since the establishment of the Pokémon Alliance, due to the continuous wars and tensions around the world, it is also known as the "Hundred Years of Turmoil".

2. Development period (EL710 – 898)

After a century of turmoil, the world situation has entered a brief period of calm. At this time, countries around the world have realized the importance of Poké Balls and trainers, and have concentrated their efforts on developing Poké Ball technology and vigorously cultivating trainers in their own countries. This was the beginning of a worldwide boom in trainers.

In the year 783, after the Second Industrial Revolution, the world entered the electric age, which brought about a huge increase in productivity and creativity. In the year 790 of the Elven calendar, a new way to control Pokémon, the "Crystal Wheel", was introduced. Starting from the current Fiore region, the former Fiore Kingdom, it spread to neighboring countries.

In the year 825 of the Elven calendar, more than a dozen countries led by the Kingdom of Fiore signed a contract to form a new alliance system of government, the "Guardian Alliance", and began a confrontation with the Pokémon Alliance in various aspects such as military and economic. The vast Pokémon Alliance is facing local armed conflicts from different directions and is in a dilemma of insufficient military power and resources.

The Guardian League has a level of technology that is not inferior to the Pokémon League, and once had the upper hand in military battles. The Pokémon Alliance did everything they could to barely contain local conflicts and not expand too much, often winning more than they lost in crossfires on the border.

The pressure is particularly acute in coastal cities in the Guandu and Johto regions. The city of Withered Leaves in the Kanto area was once occupied by the Guardian Alliance, and there are still many foreign-style buildings and customs in the city.

In the year 871 of the Elven calendar, a new type of Poké Ball that could be mass-produced was introduced. This invention greatly solves the shortcomings of the complex production process, time-consuming and manpower of the mandarin fruit ball, and completes the feat of industrializing and assembling the production of Poké Balls.

The evolution of armaments means the increase of military strength. Due to the low cost of the new Poké Balls, the trainer is no longer an aristocratic profession, but has truly entered the lives of thousands of ordinary people. According to statistics, after the introduction of the new Poké Ball, the number of new registered trainers in the Pokémon League every year has increased by more than five times compared to before, which is undoubtedly a huge and terrifying force.

Taking this as an opportunity, the Pokémon Alliance expanded its army and strengthened its military strength, and after recovering Withered Leaf City through military pressure and other means, the Pokémon Alliance waited for an opportunity to intensify the border conflict. In the year 898 of the Elven calendar, the Restadat Raid and Defense announced the collapse of the Guardian Alliance. The three major regions of the current Guardian Alliance have been ceded to the Pokémon Alliance.

3. The Stronghold (EL898 – Present)

In the year 976 of the Elven calendar, the conflict on the northern border escalated and evolved into a vicious incident that could not be controlled.
