Mihara City is located on the Quartz Plateau in the Kanto region and is the capital of the Pokémon League. The name of the city means "three primary colors" - the origin and core of all colors.

Mihara is the political and cultural center of the Kanto region and one of the world's cores, the largest and most populous city in the Union.

Over the years, the major year-end meetings of various departments of the alliance have been held in Mihara City. As a result, Mihara City has a tight and well-established security system, and it is necessary to undergo strict security checks when entering the city. Due to its location in the core of the world, people and elves from various regions, and experts and dignitaries in various fields will appear here, which can be described as a mixture of fish and dragons.

The famous family of Joey and Junsha is also located in the city of Mihara.

The president of the Pokémon Alliance, who is also the supreme leader of the Alliance, Dama Lanqi, lives here all year round.

Mihara is one of the oldest cities in the entire Kanto area, with many historic buildings and museums, but few high-rise buildings in the area close to the city center.

The urban layout of Mihara City is approximately circular, divided into three fan-shaped areas by wide radial streets, named after red, yellow, and blue. Each ward has an altar dedicated to the sacred bird, and if you look at it from above the city, you will find that the three altars can be connected to form a standard triangle. Collectively known as the Altar of the Three Sacred Birds, they are one of the most famous spots in Mihara City, where the totems of the flame bird, lightning bird, and frozen bird are enshrined, respectively.

At the center of the intersection of the three fan-shaped squares is the city's largest square, the "Champions Square", and the ground is paved with dark blue, yellow, and dark red stone slabs, which are also said to be historical relics from 400 years ago. In the center of the square is an old castle-like building called the Hall of Champions, where the champions of each region leave their signatures and video materials, and it is a sacred place for trainers. Underneath the Hall of Champions is a huge library, the National Library of the Alliance, which is said to contain books that record the entire history of the Alliance from its inception to the present day for hundreds of years.

The famous Pokémon Trainer Elite Academy [Pokemon_Trainer_Elite_School], PES is also located in the center of the city, just two streets away from the Union government office.

There are many identical bell and drum towers throughout Mihara City, which were built in the early days of the Pokémon League and are still carefully maintained and used today. Originally, the bell and drum tower was used to warn residents to evacuate to the enemy, but now its role has long since changed. When the festival comes, drummers beat the drums and the uplifting sound is heard throughout the city – a centuries-old tradition in Mihara City.

The huge venue and player village dedicated to the Kanto Regional League are located on the edge of Mihara City's Red Zone, while the World League's dedicated Athletic City is located on the outskirts of Mihara City's northeast of the city.

Mihara City is well connected by highways and railways to nearby cities, creating a criss-cross transportation network. The mountain road leading from the Silver Mountains to Mihara City is steep and infested with many powerful wild Pokémon, making it difficult for ordinary trainers to approach. And this path was once called "the road of champions" by trainers a hundred years ago. ”
