Life is endless, Haoran lasts forever, the temper is naturally removed, the temperament is naturally gentle, and the heart is not dry.
The second is the concentration of thoughts, when the mind is quiet when practicing, it is often full of distracting thoughts, floating thoughts, and the mind cannot rely on each other. In this regard, you can use the method of sightseeing, collect its dispersion, and gather it into light. The practice is to keep quiet and gather on the one hand, and on the other hand, to stop sightseeing and stop thinking, and make use of each other. After the exercises, at the beginning, they were like white clouds, flying from the outside, and then like waves and water fluctuations, from the outside to the inside. For a long time, the eyes were blank and white, and there were no fluctuations, and at this time, the intellectuality was not chaotic. The fifth is when the essence is born, the son of heaven and earth is born of a yang, and the human temperament is in line with heaven and earth, so the son is also born when the sun is born. However, people are drawn by lust, mess with their nature, and cannot conform to heaven and earth, so Yang is born more in Yin, so it is "the time of the living son". The inner yang is born, and the external object is lifted, but it is necessary to know that the water source is turbid, and the party is refined and refined. Those who have no thoughts and no desires, and are born from quietness, are said to have clear water. Those who are born of lust are called turbid water.
The sixth is the fire of the yuan, and the person who picks the yuan is to return the yuan to the furnace (the furnace refers to the dantian air pocket). However, it is necessary to know the heat when mining, so as to refine the gas, otherwise it will be reborn after harvesting, and it will inevitably cause sperm leakage. Those who are on fire, when they produce sperm, they are called sperm fire. When the yuan is picked, it is called the time of the yuan, and there is fire every step of the way. The person who picks the yuan is the essence of the yuan that is born after the yuan. Yuan Jing is endogenous, external objects are lifted, at this time, the body and mind should not move, the mind is too empty, and the intention is to shine on the dantian (micro meaning shines on the dantian). When the born Yuan Jing wants to return, he inhales quickly, sends down the acupoint, and introduces the dantian with the intention of exhaling. In this way, several times or more than a dozen times, the inner essence returns to the furnace, and the external matter naturally shrinks, which is called the collection of medicine and the return to the furnace.
If the turbidity source produces essence and yang (those who have desires during the day are also called turbidity sources), use the method of collecting medicine and returning to the furnace, and it will be born again when it is less. Those who do not move are turbidity. That is, with sucking, resisting, pinching, closing the formula, a suck from the back three levels straight up to the dry top, a breath from the dry top and descend in the dantian, so several times, and then warm it, until the external matter shrinks to the end.
