Rose legend Zhang Bao same translation
Roses have always been loved. In fact, the grounds of Cloopat Palace are covered with delicate rose petals. The 600-volume library of the sage Confucius contains books dedicated to the cultivation of roses.
The story of the rose saga dates back to the time of the Roman Empire. A young woman named Rodence is so beautiful that she is pursued by countless fanatical suitors. Unable to resist, Rodin was forced to take refuge in her friend Diana's temple. Unfortunately, out of jealousy of Rodins, Diana turned Rodence into a rose and turned the suitors into thorns when they rushed into the temple and approached Rodins, whom they loved.
In Greek legend, roses were created by the flower goddess Celeris. It is just the seed of a lifeless fairy. One day, the goddess of flowers saw it in a clearing. So Hilaures asked Aphrodite, the goddess of love, to give it a beautiful countenance, and to Dionysus, the god of wine, to make it sweet and fragrant with nectar, and to give it charm, wisdom, and happiness to the goddess of grace. Then the god of the west wind blew away the clouds, and Apollo, the god of the sun, shone on it and made its flowers bloom. Thus was born the rose, and was soon crowned the Queen of Flowers.
The earliest primary color of red roses, called "Candidate China Crimson", grew in the wild in the mountains of China and was introduced to Europe in 1792. Soon, rose growers began to cultivate and hybridize the red roses. Since then, the search for the perfect red rose has become the ideal pursued by rose growers. This rose should have a fragrant smell, strong disease resistance, long flowering period, tall stems, elegant posture, repeated flowering and a pure bright red color that will not fade. However, this absolute perfection has not yet been attained, and may never be.
Roses as a special language, as a secret form of communication that is not allowed to openly express love to couples. In the mid-18th century, the wife of the British ambassador to Constantinople wrote about it. These letters were published posthumously and led to the publication of many books on the language of flowers and plants. The book describes the secret information of each flower. And a red rose bud represents the germination of affection, a blooming white rose asks, "Do you love me?" and an open red rose symbolizes, "I have deep affection and love for you." And a blooming yellow rose is asking, "Do you don't love me anymore?"
