Now that Zhonghua Group has officially submitted the outcome plan, many experts in automobile-related fields have taken the initiative to ask for help, just to see for themselves what the weight of this so-called autonomous CVT is.

Being able to build a CVT and being able to mass-produce a CVT are two very different treatments. If you really want to imitate a moving CVT and invest a lot of money, it may be possible, but to really mass produce it, you have to have real capabilities.

Many of the technological achievements in China that claim to break the blockade of foreign countries cannot be mass-produced and can only stay in the laboratory, which is indeed part of the fact.

"The current social atmosphere is too impetuous, and as soon as you make a little achievement, you will brag and fly in the sky. To be honest, it took almost half a year for the CVT of Zhonghua Group to dare to declare it, and I really suspect that it is a kind of goods. What's the use of building something that can't be mass-produced!"

"Mr. Zhang, the paper plans are all here, and we all think they are feasible after reading them. What's more, Zhonghua Group has already come up with a mass production prototype, and I am afraid that you will have to bow your head this time. ”

"At the beginning, our group of people worked hard to find something that we thought was impossible to conquer for two or three years, and suddenly someone told you that a certain ragtag army easily cracked it, do you think this is scientific or not?"

Since the closure of iXin, Zhonghua Group has turned to ZF's CVT products, which is still very clear to industry insiders.

"Sure enough, there are not a few brushes, and I don't dare to publish a hero post, so let us go to Jiangzhou to inspect the goods! To be honest, I have passed this pass, and this 30-kilometer road is enough to explain everything!"

After getting out of the car, I got back into the cab and carefully checked the model of the automatic transmission, and found that it was the CVT of Shenzhou Seiko, and some experts praised it.

"Hmph, in the end, you have to use data to speak, 30 kilometers is just a short distance, and there is no problem exposed. I think it remains to be seen if we want to mass-produce reliable products. ”

After Zhang Lao got out of the car, he heard someone say that he had passed the trial, and he immediately disagreed.

The next day, from the hotel to the headquarters of Chung Hwa Group, along the way to see the continuous automobile industry area, to the first visit of many experts amazed.

It was thought that an industrial base built by FAW with the strength of the whole country was first-class in China, attracting the two major automobile companies of Volkswagen and Toyota, which was enough to be called the big brother of domestic automobile companies.

Why does Zhang Lao not get used to Zhonghua Group, because the other party is red like a nouveau riche, and he does not have the historical wealth heritage carried by FAW. Zhonghua Group started by copying foreign models, fooling domestic consumers who don't understand cars, giving a very bad head to domestic independent brands, and many automobile factories have taken a shortcut to plagiarism.

Although original products such as "Tang" and "Qin" of the third generation were later launched, the label of Zhonghua Group's opportunistic shortcuts has always been imprinted in Zhang Lao's heart.

Now seeing that such a huge automobile industrial zone has developed around Zhonghua Group, which is not inferior to FAW, makes him have to try to think about the problem from another angle.

Passing by the building of the China Automotive Research Institute, I saw many foreigners coming in and out, communicating with Chinese engineers side by side, which made many experts feel that they have come to a foreign country.

Such a magnificent R&D building is among the top in the country, and compared with the aging FAW, it is more like a technology company moving towards the future.

Seeing is believing, hearing is false, and the first stop of the experts came directly to the newly built Shenzhou Seiko CVT production workshop.

A full set of high-precision processing equipment imported from Germany, the first CVT production line has been built, and now small-scale trial production is begins.

Zhonghua Group is really courageous, and if the national review is not passed, it began to organize production. I saw that various transmission parts, after being assembled by the hands of workers, turned into a mass-produced CVT transmission.

No superfluous language can compare to what you see, and CVTs are born right under the noses of experts.

Originally, I thought that Zhonghua Group would take out a CVT prototype to give an explanation report to the expert group, and then everyone commented on the computer materials one by one. Unexpectedly, Zhonghua Group directly pulled everyone to the side of the production line and proved everything with strong facts.

"We are now starting a small-scale trial production, and the mass-produced CVT will be installed on a prototype car and tested with the help of a partner taxi company. There are also some prototypes that will be deployed to 4S stores in Zhejiang Province for further debugging through their feedback. ”

"Now our CVT can provide 800 intelligent transmission modes, which are suitable for more than 1,500 road uses, of which 136 are unique to China. More than 80% of the 642 parts required for the entire CVT are domestically produced, and the company aims to increase the production rate to 100% in three years. ”

In response to the request of the expert group, Zhonghua Group also took everyone to visit their engine project, and saw that the other party was working on direct injection and turbocharging in the cylinder, and these FAW did not organize manpower to conduct research. With a brand-new engine and its own automatic transmission, Zhonghua Group has the core technology in its hands, and when the time comes, FAW will have something to compete with each other in the market.

Mr. Zhang's thinking has also changed from assessing the CVT of Zhonghua Group to how to write a letter suggesting that the FAW leadership vigorously develop independent technology after returning home. If the focus is put into the joint venture brand in this way, the position of the domestic leader and big brother will be replaced by Zhonghua Group in the future.

Many FAW people, including themselves, are immersed in the glory of the past, but the market will not let you lie on the credit book to eat, without their own core competitiveness, sooner or later there will be no food.

During this trip to Jiangzhou, Zhang Lao felt that he had suffered a blow to the head, and he was willing to use his voice to wake up more sleeping FAW people.

There is no doubt that the CVT project of Zhonghua Group has been unanimously approved by the national review team, and such outstanding products are far ahead of their domestic counterparts and have to compete with foreign products.

Many experts believe that the first prize of this year's automobile industry science and technology is none other than the Shenzhou Seiko CVT project.
