So if Laos wants to build its capital, it must be in the Mekong River Basin, but to be here, Vientiane is no different from other cities.

Fortunately, the relationship between Laos and Thailand has always been 'very good', making it 'impossible' for Thailand to attack Laos relative to other neighbors, which also ensures the safety of Vientiane, and there is no need to move the capital at all.
