According to the performance score and job performance, my evaluation was originally in the middle of the employee evaluation. It stands to reason that the layoffs will not cut my head.

However, due to an anonymous report from a colleague, I used my working hours to write ,...... As a result, after being confirmed by the department, the assessment score was directly deducted from the bottom and entered the list of layoffs.

After knowing that I was laid off, to be honest, I was completely confused for a while. After all, it took many years and a lot of effort to climb to this position, and now he was persuaded to retire because of these things, and the whole person was really unacceptable at first.

Later, after a period of adjustment, the whole person slowly figured it out.

In the following time, handover work, customer follow-up, project handover, and withdrawal procedures...... After a series of things have been done, it has been almost a month.

During this month, things were put on hold for the time being.

On the one hand, you have to adjust your mentality, and on the other hand, you have to start looking for a new job.

After all, there are old and young people in the family, and they still have to support their families.
