Chapter 416: The School Hospital (1st Shift)

In the Hogwarts school hospital, Poppy Pomfrey is caring for several students who have been hospitalized due to injuries.

When she brought a blanket and some refreshing potions to a Gryffindor junior student, she also heard footsteps outside the door.

"Oh, Headmaster...... Good morning, Professor Dumbledore!" Madam Pomfrey exclaimed.

"Hmm...... Good morning, Poppy ......" Albus Dumbledore, who had just walked into the school hospital, nodded at Madam Pomfrey and said, "Look at this girl's injuries......"

Madam Pomfrey then noticed that Professor Dumbledore was holding an unconscious, fifth- or sixth-year girl in his arms.

"Oh my God...... Looks terrible!" Madam Pomfrey quickly took the girl from Professor Dumbledore's hands, and the two of them carried her to a room in the school hospital.

The girl was placed on the hospital bed by them, and Professor Dumbledore was very kind to help her cover the quilt.

......

Madam Pomfrey scrambled to pull out a speculum, a dark magic detector, a stethoscope, and other tools from the cabinet.

She examined the girl's "injuries" very carefully.

Albus Dumbledore, on the other hand, waited patiently, while looking in the mirror from time to time, trying to make his expression look serious.

"Merlin's beard...... What the hell has happened to this girl......" Pomfrey said in disbelief as he looked up, "She's weak...... Very, very weak, as if I hadn't eaten or rested for months...... It's like going through a ghost gate......"

"But she's healthy except she's very weak, isn't she?" Dumbledore asked patiently.

It was worthy of Professor Dumbledore, and he saw through it at a glance...... Madam Pomfrey thought to herself, and she nodded hurriedly:

"Yes, even more surprising is this...... Except for her weakness, she was in very good health and had no problems......"

After thinking about it, Madam Pomfrey glanced at Dumbledore with some suspicion: "Headmaster, did you do something to her?"

"That's right......" Albus Dumbledore said solemnly, "Miss Greengrass once had a terrible curse of the dark arts, and I just helped her get rid of it!"

"If it's a curse, that would explain it!" Madam Pomfrey nodded thoughtfully.

"So...... How long will it take for her body to fully recover?" Dumbledore continued.

"I think she needs to recuperate, a long recuperation...... "Madam Pomfrey calculated, wrenching her fingers, "at least a few months, maybe even longer, before she is completely free from the 'damage' caused by the curse...... It would be very helpful if someone could come here to look after her often!"

"I think that's easy to do!" Albus Dumbledore nodded, glancing outside the room, and he seemed to see something—

Striding out, he waved his hand and said, "Creevey, wait a minute!"

Colin Creevey of Gryffindor stopped, having been caught in a spell after a fight with a Slytherin student a few hours earlier...... So I've just been treated at the school hospital, but I'm fine now, and I'm about to be discharged with Madam Pomfrey's permission.

Deng ...... Professor Dumbledore!" Colin Creevey screamed with some excitement and some nervousness.

"Please help me find Miss Daphne Greengrass in Slytherin. Albus Dumbledore said with a serious face, "Let her come to the school hospital!"

"Daphne Greengrass of Slytherin, right...... Professor Dumbledore, make sure you get the job done!" As soon as the words fell, Colin Creevey ran out of the school hospital as fast as he could.

Professor Dumbledore actually remembered my name...... On the way to run, Colin Creevey thought to himself.

......

Daphne Greengrass came to the school hospital with some curiosity.

"Hello, Professor Dumbledore......" When she saw Headmaster Albus Dumbledore looking out of the window of the school hospital, she hurriedly trotted over: "Is there something wrong?"

Daphne's voice was low...... Because of what had happened in the Headmaster's office a few weeks ago, she was embarrassed to see Headmaster Dumbledore now.

"Miss Greengrass...... It's okay, you come with me!" Albus Dumbledore looked calm, he didn't even look back at Daphne.

Following the headmaster, Daphne came to a separate ward with a beautiful environment...... In the past, such wards were reserved for sick teachers.

Daphne suddenly became more curious, but when she glanced at the girl lying on the hospital bed—

"Astoria!" she screamed, and quickly ran over and fell to her knees on the edge of the bed.

Her sister lay in bed, unconscious......

"What's wrong with you......" Daphne cried out with some concern, "Professor Dumbledore, what's wrong with her...... Could it be ......?"

"Don't panic, reach ...... Uh, Miss Greengrass!" Dumbledore shook his head at her, "Miss Astoria Greengrass is very healthy now, even healthier than ever......"

"I don't understand...... Daphne was stunned, and suddenly her face changed: "What do you mean...... The curse on Astoria has been lifted?"

"I think so!" Dumbledore nodded calmly.

"Oh my God......" Daphne's hands clenched in front of her chest, the expression on her face looking relieved, "In other words, my sister won't die at a young age, will she......"

"Of course, once she recovers, she will be no different from a normal girl!" Dumbledore smiled and said, "So I asked you to come over, and I hope you will come to the school hospital every once in a while to take care of her...... Madam Pomfrey just told me that she needs someone to take care of her during this time!"

"I will, Professor Dumbledore...... I'll be here every day!" Daphne's face was already filled with tears: "Until Astoria recovers completely...... I swear!"

"That's great!" Dumbledore smiled and nodded.

"Wait, Headmaster...... Did you heal her?" and just as Dumbledore turned to leave, Daphne's voice suddenly rang out from behind him.

"I did make a small contribution, but not entirely ......," Dumbledore had not finished speaking.

"Jon got her back, right!" Daphne said suddenly, "Jon Hart?"

"That's right!" Dumbledore did not object.

"So...... Headmaster, may I ask, is Jon Hart still in school?" Daphne asked in a low voice.
