The weather is dry and the weather is dry, do not be irritable

In the early days, there was a special watch, of course, this was all seen on TV, and after the appearance of the watchman, there will definitely be a big event, either a fire, or a man in black who climbed over the wall to kill people and set fire, and so on.

And today's talk is about the words of the husband who fights and shouts: The weather is dry, be careful of the fire candle!

It's dry, watch out for candles!

It's easy to understand that the weather is dry and things are easy to catch fire, so be careful with the fire in the firewood room, as well as the candles you light. Maybe my translation is too popular, but after all, I didn't live in that era, so my understanding may not be so profound, at most when I was a child, in late autumn, my mother swept a bunch of fallen leaves, and then burned them, and I roasted a fire next to it, and at the same time to prevent the wind from blowing away the sparks, burning the nearby firewood and grass piles.

As for whether there is a next sentence, I can't think of a good confrontation for the time being.

The heavenly stem here not only refers to the dry weather, but also refers to the "heavenly stem", people-oriented, the heavenly stem is where the qi is, and the earth branch is the manifestation of the body, and at the same time you can also talk nonsense about the five elements and gossip, those who don't talk about it, only talk about the dry weather, can you not be impatient.

The dry weather here can also be extended to the "dryness" of the environment you are facing, whether you can be calm and not restless.

First of all, the ordinary dry weather has a great impact on our body, the rapid circulation of water in the body, the loss of various elements taken away, and the disorder of internal circulation, which causes discomfort in the heart and brain.

Meditation does not mean sitting still, nor staying in an air-conditioned room, it is very comfortable, meditation in my opinion is to maintain oneself in a state of equilibrium, or to gradually transition from one steady state to another, forming a large cycle, which is externally reflected in the balance of heartbeat and blood pressure.

In the steady state, when we encounter things, the mind is clear, the thinking is clear, the judgment is relatively accurate, the body is comfortable, even the steps are light.

Stillness is not about not moving, but about balance.

If we are in a relatively "dry" environment, which is easy to irritate, or in that environment, we are relatively susceptible to infection, then the equilibrium can easily be upset.

If you go to a carnival and you can't be still, and if you go to a bar, it's hard for you to calm down in the mood of restless music, because what? Because the balance you're in is easily broken.

It is said that Hongchen has experienced, I think a monk who has been a vegetarian all his life, occasionally feels that the food in the world is still good, good and evil is not because he has not eaten meat, he has not broken the vows, but whether he has it in his heart, the so-called "wine and meat have passed through the intestines, and the Buddha has left in his heart".

Of course, we basically can't do it, because at some moments, our hearts may be occupied by "wine and meat", and we still think about "Buddha".
