Why did the sage say the words of caution to the world, why did he make the road simple? Just because he wanted to use the simplest words to show the simplest truth, a straight word, contains a lot, a filial piety word contains thousands of words can not explain the fact, this is simple, if only the orthography is copied, the surface may be positive, but in the heart can never let it go beyond this word, is it really that simple?
As we all know, Yuelu Academy has been famous for disseminating scholarship since its inception, and its dissemination and promotion of science are particularly prominent. There is still an obvious prejudice against science today, and it is easy to put on the big hat of idealism.
In fact, the philosophical world is by no means as simple as the division of idealistic materialism. These difficult and profound propositions are the foundation left to future generations to answer with practical actions.
The spirit and atmosphere of the sages who had the courage to think about the world in diversity and have a deep understanding of the world, to discuss freely and to communicate on an equal footing, was really rare in China at that time. As for the later science to the official article, it is not the business of the scholars, but the affairs of those politicians, since ancient times, Confucianism pays attention to righteousness, but unfortunately most of the Confucian disciples in later generations are wise in the name of hypocrisy, under the banner of benefiting the world, but selling dog meat on the head of a sheep, almost all those who dare to refute are almost all killed, even the emperor is no exception, Qin Shi Huang is an example, such a great monarch is said to be a tyrant, Zhu Di is also, those so-called scholars just chased him to rebel against the bad reputation, but did not think that he was for the Ming Dynasty, and even the descendants of later generations to support a piece of heaven。

On a spiritual level, the college hopes to restore humanity and stimulate the better and more beautiful side of human nature through education. As Zhu Zi said, if a gentleman is educated, then everyone can return to goodness or only learn to change their temperament.
