The conveyor chain is composed of a bridge chain above the ground and a plate chain that is level with the ground, the conveyor chain is driven by a speed-regulating motor, and the speed is obtained by the reducer to obtain different speeds according to the needs.

The most important parts of the car are all transported by the conveyor chain, and after the conveyor enters the site, the shape of a car has been basically revealed, and then six workers begin the preliminary installation, and hundreds of parts such as tires, driver's seat, front axle, rear axle, and engine are completely connected within two hours.

In this way, the parts are transported to the assembly workshop, and the workers only need to assemble the vehicles on the plate chain at the station, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers.

When the workers are finished, the vehicle is already a semi-finished product, and this semi-finished product then moves on to the next area, the welding area.

Here, the welders weld each part separately, including the welding of the front and rear parts of the body, the floor line, and the welding process of the front and rear side walls of the body, which takes about two hours.

After the above processes, the prototype of a finished car has been basically born.
