So our faith is no longer with what we see. Then we were convinced. The second is that we don't see it. By God's Word alone, we have an unwavering belief that it will be done.

For example, eternal life is based on God's promises. No one actually sees it, but we believe it will happen to us.

"Without this strong conviction, we are not Christians because we do not have the core beliefs of Christianity.

Now let's turn to the book of Exodus, why God saved these descendants of Israel. ”

In chapter 2:24, the text says, "When God heard their cry, He remembered His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Notice the word covenant, which is key in the original Bible because it establishes God's relationship with man, and therefore, the official names of the Bible are the New Testament and the Old Testament. ”

God's covenant with Abraham was a redemptive condition, promising Abraham's descendants eternal blessings of God, eternal life, and all the blessings on which eternal life is based.

Both the Old and New Testaments are based on the Abrahamic covenant, so God, as the operator and fulfiller of the covenant, will care about the Israelites, and when they cry out, God will know and deliver.

"This salvation is the Exodus from Egypt. ”

Then God reaffirmed His promise to Moses, telling Moses that he would punish the Egyptians, redeem Israel from the burden of the Egyptians, and make these Israelites God's people and be their gods.

Then God sent plague on Pharaoh until he let the Israelites go.

"On the way out of Egypt to Canaan, God performed many miracles, cutting off the Red Sea, manna from heaven, and water from rocks.

All of these miracles were for one purpose, to save the Israelites.

From these miracles, we can see that God has power, and whatever He wants to do, it will definitely be done, neither man nor nature can stop it, and whoever stands in the way must give way.

"God can create something out of nothing, even if there are no conditions, and the whole world of God is created from nothing, let alone the lack of a specific thing.

In addition to demonstrating God's power, God's miracles also embodied the righteous punishment of the Pharaohs of Egypt.

"Whether it is the ten plagues or the drowning of Pharaoh's army with the Red Sea, it is a means of punishment for Pharaoh, and it is a complaint that God will avenge our wrongs, and that no one who abuses God's people can escape God's punishment.

"It is up to God himself to decide when, in what manner, and what kind of punishment to impose;

This history also tells us that it is in God's hands to determine who is to be favored and who is to be punished.

At the same time, pastors, elders, and deacons were set up to motivate, reprimand, and admonish people to strive for sanctification every day according to Christian standards.

More importantly, the creatures that dwell in our hearts will guide us daily with the teachings of the Bible, enlighten our minds, discern right from wrong, and obey God's will.

Therefore, every Christian day is a day of struggle with the old self, a day of renewal of life, a day of avoiding the repetition of the past.
