Chapter Ninety-Six: The Second Infiltration

Leaving the Charms classroom.

Jon spent several hours digging through the library through files such as The Hippogriff's Mental Handbook, Fowl or Monster?, A Study of the Savagery of Hippogriffs, and more.

The vast majority of these dossiers were written by Mrs. Alice Scamander (Newt Scamander's mother), one of the few experts in the study of Hippogriffs in recent centuries.

Of course, the collection of these materials is only symbolic...... After all, Jon knew very well that Buckbeak would not escape the fate of being sentenced to death.

Lucius Malfoy's influence is not as great as it once was, and even a half-blood giant can't handle it, but it's okay to kill a magical beast...... Professor Dumbledore couldn't have reasoned with him because of such a thing.

And there was no need to stop the death penalty of the Hippogriff, after all, he would eventually be saved by the Savior.

......

Jon didn't return to his dorm until about ten o'clock in the evening, and he could still hear voices coming from the Gryffindor Tower.

After such a long time, they haven't even celebrated the end.

I fell on the bed and read the book for a while...... It didn't take long for him to fall asleep.

In his sleep, though, he didn't seem to enjoy it for a few hours.

"Huh?" Jon suddenly felt someone calling his name.

He opened his eyes with some effort and was surprised to find Cedric Diggory sitting in front of his bed, looking at him.

"What are you going to do?" Jon said, with some difficulty.

Cedric shook Jon vigorously to sober him up.

"Speed up, Blake is in the castle again, and the whole school is going to gather in the hall!" he said quickly and concisely.

"Okay......" Jon nodded a little smugly.

It wasn't until he saw Jon fully awake that he left the dormitory and headed to Zacharis-Smith's dormitory next door......

Soon, Jon heard the wailing of Zacharis next door. But he's already dressed.

Nearly a hundred Hufflepuff students gathered in the common room in the middle of the night, and Professor Sprout soon arrived, along with Professor Careddy Bubbag, a Muggle studies teacher they didn't usually see.

"Everybody come with me!" said Professor Sprout.

Escorted by the two teachers, they went to the hall together.

"What the hell is going on, Cedric?" someone whispered on the way.

"Percy Weasley of Gryffindor just woke me up!" The expression on Cedric's face was slightly solemn: "He said that his youngest brother saw Cyris Black break into Gryffindor's common room and be attacked...... Professor McGonagall told him to tell all the students of the House to assemble in the hall!"

"Oh my God, it's Blake again!"

"How the hell did he do it?"

......

Headmaster Albus Dumbledore has been waiting here for a long time.

"I've been informed by Professor McGonagall that we will conduct a thorough search of the campus," Professor Dumbledore said to the students.

In the meantime, Professors McGonagall and Flitwick have closed all the doors to the auditorium.

"For your safety, I think you might be spending the night here. Dumbledore explained, "I asked the prefects to stand guard at the entrance to the Great Hall, and the Boys and Girls Student Council Presidents to remain in the Great Hall to take care of it. Report anything to me and send a ghost!"

Professor Dumbledore was about to leave the Great Hall when he suddenly remembered something, "Oh, yes, you're going to need it......"

With a wave of his wand, the four long tables flew to the edge of the auditorium, where they stood against the wall, and with another wave of it, the floor was covered with hundreds of purple sleeping bags.

"Rest well!"

As Dumbledore left, the Great Hall immediately erupted with a curious hum.

Ron Weasley, of Gryffindor, was undoubtedly at the center of the conversation, surrounded by several senior girls from different houses.

Through the crowd, Jon could hear his voice intermittently.

“...... I was asleep and then I heard the sound of tearing...... I think I'm dreaming, you know...... But another cool breeze woke me up, and I found that one side of the curtain beside my bed had been torn off......" Ron Weasley shouted triumphantly:

"Of course I rolled over...... And guess what? I saw Cialis Black standing in front of me, he looked like a skeleton with a big clump of dirty hair on his head...... In his hand he was holding a large long knife, at least twelve inches long...... He looked at me, I looked at him, and then I screamed, and he ran away!"

"Everybody's in a sleeping bag!" Percy Weasley walked over and shouted, "Quick, no one speaks." Lights out in 10 minutes!"

He dispersed the group of girls and forced his youngest brother into a sleeping bag.

......

Jon quickly returned to his sleeping bag as well.

Blake's two attacks actually interfered with his two sleeps, which is terrible!

But fortunately, according to the original plot, there will be no third attack.

Naturally, I won't be forcibly pulled out of bed for the third time.

And there are only a few months left in the semester, so the only thing that needs to be focused on now is the day Buckbeak was executed.

Jon closed his eyes and quickly fell asleep.

Hannah and Susan were still thinking about why Black had run away instead of brutally killing the boys.
