Concentration is different from epiphany, it is very simple, eliminate other distractions, focus on the established thinking, and when the thinking is focused, the thoughts will naturally arise.

This is the case with the running size of the week, the mind imagines the acupuncture points on the body, and the thoughts are formed, and the thoughts pull their own qi, moving in the order of the established acupuncture points.

When entering the time, people's thinking is running, and the mind is pulling the gas machine to run, so the setting is controllable and can be carried out anytime and anywhere.

Epiphany is not, epiphany is hard to come by, and some people can't even have an epiphany once in their lifetime. Epiphany is a very wonderful thing, every word, one thing, one stimulus may trigger an epiphany, it is purely accidental, mainly depends on chance.

Epiphany is divided into small enlightenment, great enlightenment and great enlightenment, and there are countless examples of small enlightenment, which can be expressed by the mixed meaning of the words 'inspiration' and 'sudden enlightenment'.

Great enlightenment is difficult, and those who have great opportunities in some aspects will definitely be able to achieve their extraordinary life after encountering great enlightenment, and the six ancestors of Zen Buddhism Huineng are examples.

Shenxiu said, "The body is a Bodhi tree, the heart is like a mirror, always wipe diligently, don't make dust." Hui Neng heard the great realization and said the famous saying: Bodhi has no tree, the mirror is not a platform, there is nothing originally, where to stir up dust.

The enlightenment is basically not related to mortals, and people who are not on a special mission cannot be encountered, which is very mysterious, the most typical example is Shakyamuni under the Bodhi tree, and Newton under the apple tree.

After six years of ascetic practice without seeing the Tao, Shakyamuni gave up his asceticism and sat under a Bodhi tree for forty-nine days, finally realizing part of the true meaning of the universe.

Needless to say, Newton realized the law of gravitation, but Han Shengwei also read the theory of 'all have tension' in the hall of experience.

The biggest difference between meditation and epiphany is that one is the existence in the mind and the other is the absence in the mind.

When entering the time, the mind in the human mind is constantly imagining, so that the mind traction qi machine can achieve the purpose of doing qi, so it is said that the mind is in the state of "being" when entering the time.

Once the epiphany is triggered, the human brain is blank and there is nothing, so the mind is in a state of "nothing" at the time of the epiphany. If the mind does not move, the body does not move, the whole person is like a fool, and its appearance is very similar to the state of concentration.

Scientific research confirms that less than 10 percent of the human brain is developed, and the other 90 percent is dormant.

When people have an epiphany, 10% of the commonly used in the brain that has been developed immediately turns into a dormant state, while 90% of the brain cells that are usually in a dormant state are transformed into a running state at this time, so the brain will be blank when people have an epiphany, in fact, the operating state is swapped, and it can also be called the subconscious.

"The movement of the opposite is the use of the weak. Everything in the world is born from being, and some are born from nothing. This is the content of the 40th chapter of the Tao Te Ching, which can be used to explain the nature of epiphany. Of course, the Tao Te Ching deals with the way of heaven, and what is quoted here is only the truth.

10 percent is obviously the weaker side compared to 90 percent, but it is also the one that is usually used, and once the epiphany is triggered, the weak side and the relatively strong side switch relationships.

Taking the human brain as an example, when 90 percent of the undeveloped brain replaces 10 percent of the usual work, it is not difficult to imagine the efficiency of its operation, and new wisdom and new things will definitely be produced.

This is just the efficiency of the brain's operation, but what if at the time of the epiphany, the subconscious germinates or inherits something from some genetics? Or is that kind of epiphany a unique state of receiving information from outside the heavens? Therefore, this is the change of the heavenly machine, and it is not subject to the will of the human being.

Of course, everything in the world refers to everything, and information and wisdom naturally include it.

The brain is blank, there is nothing, and nothing is nothing.

The brain that usually works is blank, and new things are produced in the subconscious, and then it is transmitted to 10% of the brain that usually works, so that people can get new wisdom or understand new information, which is a typical creation out of nothing, which can be regarded as "being born out of nothing".

At this time, Han Shengwei was a little enlightened, he was motionless, and his brain was blank.

The time for the state of Xiaowu is generally very short, and the moment the epiphany disappears, the mind is extremely clear, and the things that I couldn't figure out before are cleared all at once, and sometimes all the way through.

The node that triggered Han Shengwei's little realization was the moment he recalled the moment he came back from the dead when he was twenty years old.

At that time, everyone thought that he was going to die, and the county hospital used his body as a corpse with residual warmth, which was used by the intern doctors for practice.

Ironically, the intern saved him, and as he approached his senses, he felt himself suspended in a supine position in the void, surrounded by an endless stretch of darkness and an infinite amount of space.

Suddenly, he felt a bright spot infinitely far below him, and he fell towards it without warning, with indescribable speed and silence.

In an instant, he coincided with the bright spot, and the refreshing warmth filled his entire body, and at the same time, he opened his eyes......

The reason why Han Shengwei can recall this experience is that he can't completely eliminate distracting thoughts when he enters the time, and he always thinks about how to perceive energy, consciously or unconsciously, which leads to the problems of space, time, distance and speed, and naturally recalls that experience.

It's really strange to say, in the instant feeling when he came back from the dead, there were problems of space, time, distance and speed that he couldn't figure out.

First, there was the question of space, he felt suspended in an infinite void surrounded by endless darkness;

The second is time, which happened when he was twenty years old, and now twenty-six years have passed, but when he recalls it, it is as if it had just happened, and he is not in the original universe now, this memory not only travels through time, but also through space;

The third is the problem of distance, he feels a bright spot at infinity directly below his body, not to see, but to feel infinitely far away;

Finally, there was speed, and he fell towards the bright spot without warning, the speed was indescribable, but there was silence without the slightest sound of the wind, and in an instant it coincided with the bright spot.

Infinity has been reached and coincided in an instant, how much faster than the speed of light?

When the matter of how to perceive energy coincided with the memory, Han Shengwei had an epiphany, although it was only a short realization, but the clarity of his mind after that made Han Shengwei understand the question of how to perceive energy and how to connect with energy.

What exactly is energy? Han Shengwei didn't know, no one told him, even the cultivation experience of many predecessors in the Hall of Experiences didn't understand.

When he practiced qigong when he was a child, after he settled down, the qi in his body moved at will, and there would be a warm feeling of swelling in the dantian. Now that the eight veins of the Qi Sutra have been opened, when running the Great Zhoutian, the acupuncture points through which the qi machine passes will have a slight feeling of soreness and numbness.

Before the epiphany, whether it was the warm swelling feeling at the dantian or the sour and numb feeling when the qi machine passed through the acupuncture points, Han Shengwei would not associate them with energy.

After the epiphany, combined with the last feeling he had when he was about to wake up from the dead (he coincided with the bright spot, the refreshing warmth filled his entire body, and at the same time, he opened his eyes. Let him understand that the kind of warmth that fills the whole body with extreme comfort is the flow of qi, the return of energy, and the concrete manifestation of the human body's perception of energy.

In other words, the qi machine mentioned by Qigong and the Qi talked about by Taoism, as well as the energy talked about by this heaven and earth, should be the same thing.

Maybe there is a difference, but in Han Shengwei's view, this difference is the same as the epiphany, the big realization and the big enlightenment, but it is the same thing after all.

The question of perceiving energy is basically accessible, and the next question is how to connect with energy.

Han Shengwei is now basically certain that the qi mentioned in Qigong is in the body, is innately present in the human body, and is innate.

The Qi spoken of in Taoism and the energy spoken of by the cultivators of this heaven and earth are external, and they are filled with the entire universe.

If you want to establish a connection with the external Qi or energy, you should use the Qi in your body as a medium to channel the Qi or energy into your body, and then store it for your own purposes.

What Han Shengwei can know is that the smallest substance confirmed by the current earth science is the God particle, and it seems that the stability of this thing also maintains the stability of the entire universe, but Han Shengwei does not engage in scientific research, nor does he take it seriously. He only knows that God particles do not encounter resistance and can penetrate anything at will.

Unlike the God particle, no one can accurately express the concrete form of energy, but it is certain that if energy is also treated as matter, then it must be much smaller than the God particle, and perhaps it is not matter, but only energy, the tiniest thing except nothingness.

If this is the case, then the human body will certainly not be able to store energy, because it is much smaller than the God particle, there can be no resistance, and there is no matter at all to gather it, let alone use it.

It seems that the two problems of storing energy and using it can only be solved slowly in the future, and the first task at present is to perceive and connect with energy.
