Thanks to the government's face-saving efforts, the Education Bureau and the Youth League Municipal Committee also allocated funds to rent the auditorium for a one-day conference.

In fact, the "Shenghai University Student Volunteer Federation" was originally scheduled to be established at the end of September, but the situation has changed again and again, and it has been delayed until now.
