The word Confucianism
The structure of the word "Confucianism", on one side is people, on the other side is needs, and the connotation has two meanings, one is one's own needs, and the other is needed by others.
A person who has studied a lot, has learned, and learned the theory, to meet his own needs, and to make some gains, is called self-satisfaction. Lifting people, getting jinshi, taking the champion, and then getting a good messenger, are all self-satisfied. A full stomach is to say that a person has a belly of intelligence. But if the beneficiary is always himself, self-satisfaction develops into selfishness, and limitations are exposed. Selfish people are not welcome, even when friends come and go. One person invents a patent, he receives a patent fee and a certificate of honor, and countless people benefit from the patented technology. The connotation of the word Confucianism is complete.
Only book knowledge is not Confucianism, called nerds, or bookworms. These two words are both interesting and vivid, knowledge is open-minded and accessible, reading stupid, becoming a nerd, reading screwed, reading reversed. Bookworms are more vivid and realistic, in the temple's scripture pavilion, there are many such small animals, gnawing books every day, and it is a classic cheats, the body is not big, one by one full of meridians, but that belly is really limited. There is a saying in the lives of ordinary people, which makes half the eldest son see the wind and grow long. A child eats breast milk, drinks milk, and supplements a variety of nutrients, and the care of his parents is over, and it is time for him to grow taller. When a person grows up, he has to bathe the wind and rain, which is not only physiological, but also psychological, and more socially tempered. A towering tree, I don't know how much wind and rain it has experienced, every year it grows, it increases a little higher, and the heart of the tree also has an extra annual ring.
There are two more words, Da Confucianism and Su Confucian. Great Confucianism is not big, but has a wide influence, not only needed by an era, but also across the era. "The Analects" is a very thin book, but "half of the Analects governs the world", it has been constantly renovated and used by later generations, Dong Zhongshu in the Han Dynasty renovated once, Zhu Xi in the Song Dynasty renovated once, and now it is being renovated again. China has established Confucius Institutes in more than 100 universities around the world, which is a remarkable move. Confucius was a great Confucian, a teacher of scholars all over the world, and was respected by many generations.
Su Ru is also called an old pedant, with a deep personality, stubborn opinions, and many elements of "being good to oneself". Ji Xiaolan wrote about two old pedants: one believed in the existence of ghosts, the other did not believe, and the two of them quarreled for a lifetime. One of the believers died first, but sat at the gate of the underworld and waited, and the other finally came, and he stopped him from entering the door, and asked a serious question: "Please tell me what your name is now." ”
In Confucius's view, Confucianism is comprehensive ability. Not only book knowledge, but also responsibility, and be able to do successful things. Ji Kangzi of Lu State looked for Confucius to ask for talents, and the nominations were Zilu, Zigong, and Ran Qiu. All three of them are proud protégés of Confucius, and all three have their own strengths, but their social practice and comprehensive ability are insufficient. The original text of this passage in the Analects reads:
Ji Kangzi asked: Zhong You (Zi Lu) can also be used in politics?
Zi said: From the fruit, what is the reason for being in politics?
Said: Giving (Zigong) can also make politics also with?
Said: Ci Yeda, what is there in politics?
Said: Seeking (Ran Qiu) can also make politics also related?
Said: Seeking art, what is the point of engaging in politics?
This incisive text is composed of six questions, which is wise and grammatical, which is also one of the literary charms of the great book "The Analects".
Rotten Confucianism is not the original intention of Confucius, it is stinky tofu, which has a unique taste and a side that people prefer, but it can't be on the big table.
