Human history clearly tells us that the human personality cultivated by the education of "learning and selecting scholars" lacks stability, and the educational blessings produced by it can only survive under the protection of privilege and stability.

For the growth of children, from 8 to 18 years old, their intellectual and physical strength is not enough to carry out arduous and narrow learning activities, and whoever wants to do this will become a victim of premature exhaustion of energy, and their growth trajectory is: at first, these young and young people, with a very adultly style, are very intelligent, and superficial people will see these as high-quality results of education and promote them. But when children grow up and become adults, they become children, they are impetuous, emotionally indifferent, and lack responsibility.

With regard to human education, the study of textbook knowledge must be combined with socially useful facts and good principles, otherwise the intellect will become sluggish and decline with age. Talents are those who can manage themselves, and they are the seeds sown by God for the common people of the earth, regardless of whether they are rich or poor, and every country must make every effort to find, cultivate, and enjoy these talents, which is also the foundation of a strong nation. Especially in the talent group, how important it is for a nation to build a team of teachers who are politically loyal and have both ability and integrity, we might as well look at the following things and maybe have more thoughts.

In the late Qing Dynasty, Shanghai created a so-called "open door policy to China", which became famous all over the world. Strange to say, the open door policy is not negotiated with China. Because the corrupt Qing government has long announced that "the Qing Dynasty would rather give away friends than domestic slaves." "As long as it helps to suppress the revolution, the country will be wide open, and there is no question of opening the door or not opening it. Therefore, the opening up demanded by the United States was not from the Qing government, but from other powers, namely Britain, France, and other old European capital empires. First, the United States is a new capitalist empire, and its history of aggression against China is not as deep as that of the old British and French empires; second, the United States is too far away from China to be as close to Japan and Tsarist Russia as it can get closer to the water. Zeng Shaoqing, president of the Shanghai Chamber of Commerce, led the campaign. Zeng Shaoqing was a representative of the embryonic national capitalism at that time, and this class originally felt that the dumping of American goods in China posed a serious threat to Chinese industry and commerce, so they were willing to adopt the proposal to boycott American goods.
