Qin Minghua is a very special prisoner in Xiangshun Prison, and Qin Minghua committed the crime several years ago, when Cao Ziyan was not a policeman.

Now that Cao Ziyan has come to Qin Minghua, Qi Yongde can think of it with his toes, there must be something important happening.

So, after Ren Xia and Cao Ziyan left, Qi Yongde quietly followed.

At the beginning, Qi Yongde was worried about being noticed by his colleagues, so he kept a distance and waited until he left the prison area before he followed in a big way.

"This one is Ren Xia......" Liao Yifan introduced Ren Xia to Qi Yongde, and said: "It's Ren Xia who wants to see Qin Minghua, I originally wanted to ask you for help, but after thinking about it, forget it, I'm worried that it will bring you trouble." ”

Qi Yongde hurriedly asked Ren Xia: "Your house was forcibly demolished by Qin Minghua?"

"Not me. Ren Xia shook his head: "It's my girlfriend's mother who died in bloodshed." ”

Qi Yongde let out a long sigh: "I see. ”

"Qin Minghua is going to be released from prison......" Liao Yifan dragged a long voice and said meaningfully: "I can guess how he got his sentence commuted, let's not talk about the loopholes in the system, just say that he is out of prison, he must retaliate." ”

"I thought so too. Qi Yongde nodded: "This person will be avenged, whoever let him go to prison in the first place, he will definitely retaliate back!"

Cao Ziyan was very curious and asked, "Is Qin Minghua very free to be in prison?"

"Of course. Qi Yongde snorted heavily: "That's just like a vacation, the meal is a small stove, the accommodation conditions are better than others, and there are mobile phones hidden in private! Many people in our unit have been bought by Qin Minghua, including the prison warden, speaking of which Qin Minghua is really good!"

Cao Ziyan hurriedly asked again: "It has nothing to do with you, right?"

"Of course it has nothing to do with me, Qin Minghua is not in the prison area I am responsible for, any of his actions have nothing to do with me, and I don't know a lot of insider information. Qi Yongde hurriedly stated: "There are indeed a lot of problems within our unit, but I am just a captain, and I can't change anything, I can only let myself be different! Teacher Liao said back then, be a man before doing things, and I have always kept this in mind for many years!"

Ren Xia asked meaningfully: "What do you know about Qin Minghua?"

"Actually, I really don't know what ......" Qi Yongde shook his head very helplessly: "When Qin Minghua was imprisoned, he was no different from other prisoners at first, but gradually he bought a lot of people and formed a small group around him. This small group is headed by the prison warden, and it is basically for Qin Minghua to serve alone, I am not a person in this small group, and they all do things behind my back. ”

Liao Yifan told Ren Xia: "My student, in fact, is a little similar to Xiao Yan, that is, he is too impulsive, he will not come to trouble, and he will not flatter the leader." Xiao Yan is very lucky, working with Kong Fanhui, she can get some care, Qi Yongde is not so lucky......" Speaking of this, Liao Yifan sighed very helplessly: "Qi Yongde is alone, working in Xiangshun Prison, there is no senior around him, he has always been very excluded, otherwise with his qualifications, how could he only be a prison captain, no matter how he should be the deputy prison director." ”

Cao Ziyan sighed: "I always knew that Xiangshun County was very chaotic. ”

"It's really messy. Liao Yifan nodded: "Most of the prison guards over there are locals, and many of them were originally classmates or neighbors, and they are very repulsive to outsiders. Qi Yongde was originally an outsider, coupled with personality factors, it was already good to be the captain. ”

Ren Xia asked meaningfully: "What can we do?"

Liao Yifan replied in the same meaningful tone: "Then it depends on what we want to do." ”

"For what happened before, not only Qin Minghua himself has to pay the price, but also the people around Qin Minghua. Ren Xia said categorically: "Especially these people who help Qin Minghua do things!"

Cao Ziyan nodded vigorously: "I think so too, Qin Minghua can act recklessly in prison, isn't it because of these black sheep!"

Ren Xia thought of it with Cao Ziyan this time: "Punish them!"

Qi Yongde was slightly surprised: "Can we do it?"

Ren Xia asked rhetorically: "Can't I do it on my own?" After a pause, Ren Xia told Qi Yongde: "It is imperative that you protect yourself first, and you can't let anyone know, you have contact with us, and of course you can't let others know what we are going to do." ”

"They didn't dare do anything to me. Qi Yongde said nonchalantly: "It's a big deal that I'm not working in Xiangshun Prison anymore, find a way to transfer back to the city, there are so many seniors and juniors taking care of me, which department can't get a position?!"

Intra-police transfers are not easy, especially since prison guards are not the same as other police officers, and their salaries and status are relatively low.

It is not easy to transfer from prison to other departments, but with a teacher like Liao Yifan, Qi Yongde is full of confidence.

"You can't leave Xiangshun Prison, at least not yet. Ren Xia shook his head: "It's not that you really don't do anything, but secretly collect information for us, if you want to bring these black sheep to justice, someone must cooperate internally!"

Qi Yongde hurriedly asked, "What should I do first?"

"Gather information on all the people you think are suspicious. Ren Xia commanded: "The more detailed the better, I want to know everything about them, if I really can't collect anything, as long as I have their names." ”

"I can give you the name right now. Qi Yongde took a pen and paper and wrote five people on it, and the first one was the prison warden Liu Zhendong: "I also have to investigate the other information before I can provide it, don't look at the fact that I have been working for several years, and I don't know anything about them." ”

Ren Xia smiled and shook his head: "You also said just now, they always avoid you, since you don't know them, you don't need to understand." ”

"I really don't need to understand. Liao Yifan handed the list to Cao Ziyan: "We can investigate it ourselves." ”

Cao Ziyan knew what she should do: "I'll enter these names into the system and see what I find." ”

"It's all about their assets. Liao Yifan advised: "Including their cash, deposits, various financial products and real estate, public officials are different from ordinary people, if there is a huge amount of property in their name and cannot be clearly explained, it is already a crime in itself." ”

Qi Yongde nodded approvingly: "If it is found that they have unknown property in their names, then investigate their financial transactions, and maybe you can find evidence that they were bought by Qin Minghua." ”

"If you say that, I'm still in a hurry......" Cao Ziyan looked at the time and said, "It's too late to go back to the team to investigate now, so it's better to make a call and ask my colleagues to help me check!"

"Let Kong Fanhui help investigate. Liao Yifan immediately proposed: "The stakes are important, you can't borrow the hands of others casually, or your own people can rest assured." ”
