Chapter 61: Fever (61)

I ate three bowls of rice, most of the dishes, and drank half a bowl of medicine. Well, the feeling of being full at eight points.

No wonder how I used to get lighter and lighter, from 120 pounds to 116 pounds. It turned out that I didn't eat enough before, and I only ate two bowls of rice per meal at that time, and I felt full at about 6:5.

Now I have eaten for a while according to the standard of three bowls of rice per meal and maintaining a feeling of eight points full, and my weight has finally risen from 116 pounds to 121 pounds.

However, it is still a bit far from the standard I want.

Considering my height, my weight should be between 135 and 140 pounds.

Some people think it's fat, and that's because they're measured by their height.

If a person who is 1.6 meters tall has 140 pounds, it is considered a little fat. And my height is close to 1.8 meters, and if I am only 120 pounds, I will look like a telephone pole without the beauty of the human body.

Well, I didn't just gain weight to 135 pounds, those are fat, I don't want it. What I want is to gain muscle to 135 pounds, and I want strong muscles.

So, I work my abs and biceps every day just to make some wonderful changes in my physique.

I don't want to look strong, at least not skinny.

Given that my physique is already on the thin side, and I can't exercise too much, after all, I'm conditioning my body, and my body can't be too tired. As a result, the results of my workouts are not too noticeable now, but they have changed.

Now it's about a six-pack abs, and the abdominal muscle groove is not obvious from the front, but it will have a more obvious concave and convex feeling when viewed from the side, and it feels more to the touch. Even if I eat well, my belly will not look like it used to be in the pre-pregnancy period, and the six-pack abs are still visible.

So, I'm still very relieved.

I didn't put in much effort, and every day I just did a dozen or twenty push-ups at night before going to bed, and then I lay down flat, put my hands on the mat and didn't move, and raised my feet together to make circles in the air, ten on the left and ten on the right.

It takes only two or three minutes at most, but the effect is easily visible.

I think this is the power of perseverance, just like a dripping stone wears, quantitative change leads to qualitative change.

So, in fact, each of us is very powerful, but we rarely try to stick to one thing.

Think about it, exercising for as little as two or three minutes a day can also build abdominal muscles. So, if you use it for half an hour, more than an hour a day, will the results be full of surprises?

Writing is the same, maybe some people don't know what they are writing, but they just keep writing, writing and writing, and slowly, their writing ability and logical ability have improved. I even learned to think.

In fact, persistence is a great thing in itself.

For example, you just have to write down one word every day, well, just one word. The difficulty is very small, and it doesn't seem like much. But if you can persist in more than 50 years of uninterrupted daily work, then do you think this is still less difficult? One word a day, 50 years of writing, a total of 18,250 words. With such a number of words, you can write in a few hours. However, this is not the difficulty, the difficulty is that it is uninterrupted every day.

Of course, this is just a metaphor. What we do in reality is the focus of our thinking.

I saw a work of the same type as mine, the work written by that author is also unsigned, and it is not very popular, but she updates it every day, and now it has been updated for more than 200 days in a row.

Do you know why I pay attention to the state of her work? Well, before she started updating it every day, the total word count of her work was more than 700,000 words. At that time, my work already had more than 900,000 words, and I thought that the word count of her work would not surpass mine so quickly.

Who knows, I turned out to be a talent who would break for half a month or a month or two from time to time, and she began to update every day.

Finally, the number of words in her work soon exceeded the number of words in my book, and now the word count of her work is almost 2 million, while the word count of mine is only about 1.13 million.

So, she made me feel that she was amazing.

Well, in the state of not signing a contract for the work, she can be updated for more than 200 days in a row, I really admire her!

Persistence will always make you make some changes. Perhaps, if you persist in working hard, you will shine in the eyes of others.

I don't know how long I'll last, but hopefully longer.

Suddenly, I felt like I was driving......

At the critical moment, "Bang" you for longer......
