In terms of production, in addition to the well-known artificial ice, soft drinks, popsicles, and ice cream, "polar bears" also include canned food covering vegetables, fruits, poultry, and meat, as well as sour plum soup, concentrated fruit juice, and jam.

And in addition to civilian use, the various products of "Polar Bear" are not only supplied to state banquets to meet the needs of foreign affairs, but also sometimes customized canned food for military supplies for troops.

In short, what Zhao Honglin wanted to express in a proud tone was actually a meaning.
