A few days ago, the class told everyone that they were going to the nearby mountains to carry out practical medicine collection activities, and asked everyone to bring dry food and water and wear casual clothes to the school gate that day. The homeroom teacher and several teachers of related subjects took us on the journey. When we got to the bottom of the mountain, we had to stand in line and divide into two groups to go up the mountain. Taking a big breath of the clear mountain air, we walked up the mountain along the bustling path, no one knew where the road led, anyway, just follow where there were people. Along the way, the teacher took a small bamboo pole and told us a number of herbs on both sides of the road.

"Kudzu! Break it open and take a look, its cut surface is yellowish-white! You can lick it with your tongue, it tastes a little sweet! It belongs to the legume family, and this season is the harvest season......

The higher the mountain goes, the higher we usually don't exercise, we quickly panted, and finally came to the gentle area, the trees in the mountain are lush and green, the scenery is also very pleasant, and the mood is very good! A cool breeze blows, and it is much cooler in an instant! After drinking some water, we go around this area to a gentler avenue, and the grass on both sides of the road begins to slowly wither and yellow! There are also a few small yellow flowers, which are particularly eye-catching!

"Students, today we are going to dig some medicinal plants and bring them back, and dry them into specimens for display!"

"Squad leader, squad leader! You take this group to dig these guys!"

We didn't have any shovels or any other tools, so we had to pick up some dead branches and poke at the dirt around the plants!

The big group leader was really busy, and finally dug up a few beautiful plants, and the teacher said, "That's weeds!" We said that they were really too similar to those plants, and it seemed that we really didn't have the ability to distinguish herbs!

The sun was setting in the west, we were resting not far in front, everyone was sitting on the clean stone steps eating the dry food they brought, the trees next to them were so tall and high, the squad leader pointed to the trees and said:

"Look, what's that?"

We looked up and saw that the trees were full of burr fruit, and although I was born in the countryside, I had never seen it before!

"It's chestnuts!" said the teacher.

It turned out that the chestnut tree looked like this, and I stared at the tree curiously! The naughty male classmate next to me tried to knock down the fruit on the tree with a stone, but in vain, and another classmate went to find a long branch to knock down the chestnut, but it still didn't work, the tree was really too high! Everyone coaxed the male classmate nicknamed Monkey to climb up and pick the fruit! The female classmate was the smartest, and picked up a few fallen chestnuts around the tree, and I also lowered my head to look for them, and finally let me pick one up! The fluffy shell was opened, and sure enough, there were two chestnuts inside! I didn't bother to clean it, so I bit it open with my teeth and took a bite. The raw chestnuts taste so sweet, and they are completely different from what I used to eat at home. I looked for fallen chestnuts everywhere and wanted to take some down the mountain! But there were none! The teacher said, "These are planted by the uncles, so let's not take them!" After climbing the mountain for several hours, we have just begun to descend the mountain, and I am really in no mood to recognize any herbs anymore, and I am tired to death!

After descending the mountain, the team also loosened up, walking in groups of three or five. There was a stream in front of me, and everyone ran over to wash their hands and faces, and I also ran to the stream to wash my face, and suddenly the soles of my feet were too slippery and I fell in. I quickly got up, my pants were all wet, and it was a complete relief from the heat! I took off my shoes and cleaned the water from my shoes.

Walking ahead, a small stream crossed in front of us, and everyone was afraid of getting their shoes wet. The male classmates volunteered to move a few big rocks and put them in the middle of the stream to give us a cushion, afraid that we would fall and still stood in the stream, helping us to pass one by one, showing their manliness! In the end, they came down the mountain wet, the wind blew, and the cold goosebumps stood up! Dragging our tired bodies back to campus!

A year has passed, and it is time for the internship, so she and I were separated on Sunday, she went to the Chinese medicine hospital for internship, and I interned in the second hospital closest to home! Coincidentally, I and Xie Benz were assigned to a hospital for internship!
