Named the first phase of the Changbai Experimental Power Station, the project has four ED125 gas turbine generator units with a full power of 12.5 MW per unit, with a total power generation capacity of 50 MW, which is enough for the daily office power of Shangri-La Hotel, Scientist Garden, Lego Water Park and Science Park.

Compared with the two-rotor unit, the three-rotor unit has more medium pressure compressors, and the air intake of the whole unit has increased greatly, under the condition that the design of the core machine remains unchanged. More intake means lower pre-vortex temperature, while lower pre-vortex temperature means longer service life and greater potential for power gain.
Of course, lower fuel consumption and greater unit suffeuring due to smooth air intake are also one of the advantages of the three-rotor design.
What's more, the ED125 gas turbine is independently produced by Yuanjia System from the simplest screws to the most technically difficult gas guide vanes.
Although a small number of heat-resistant alloys are produced by means of laboratory trial production, this is a milestone breakthrough for Yuanjia's subordinate aviation industry system. It represents that Yuanjia has a foundation for gaining a foothold in the aviation field.
For Li Yuanling, who has already completed the three-rotor Spey generator set on the ground, there is no insurmountable technical difficulty in applying the three-rotor technology to Spey aero engines.
What does this mean?
If heat-resistant materials are the material basis for the excellence of aero engines, then the fan is the core of aero engine design, and the name jet engine determines that air flow is the most important design index for aero engines.
Therefore, the blades and the fan composed of the blades have become the focus of Li Yuanling's most energy in the past three years.
Swept blades, wide-chord fans, axial flow rotors and three-rotors have become the most critical key reserve technologies of Brilliance Power.
Focusing on the air intake interval of Spey's core machine and Brilliance's key reserve technology, Li Yuanling has developed thousands of fan models for large-scale data verification, and overcome a series of basic problems such as the stall of the blade tip of the swept blade, the surface pressure analysis of the rotor of the axial flow stage, and the calculation constant of the subsonic range of the wide-string fan.

Among the new technologies, the successful application of single axial flow stage size vane rotor technology is enough to shorten the length of Spey's two-stage compressor by 40%, even without considering the improvement of air intake efficiency, a large amount of weight reduction alone can make a bright improvement for the thrust-to-weight ratio data.
Taking Rolls-Royce's civil aircraft engine product line as a reference, the Spey 512 with a thrust of 55KN is the previous generation of Rolls-Royce, while the popular Rolls-Royce product is a Thai aero engine with a thrust of 62-69KN, and the RB700 series with a thrust of up to 66-95KN is the future of cooperation between Rolls-Royce and the Federal Republic of Germany.

However, due to the lack of heat-resistant material performance, Yuanjia Hangfa is certainly inferior to Rolls-Royce's RB700 series in the fields of fuel consumption, noise, and full life, but it will definitely gain the ability to fight with the Thai turbofan engine, the starting system, ignition system, lubricating oil system, and fuel supply system of the Thai aero engine are all consistent with Spey, and the biggest improvement of Thai is to replace the original low-pressure compressor with the low-pressure compressor on the RB211 three-rotor engine.
If Spey's deep modification is successfully rolled off the assembly line, it means that Yuanjia has opened up a large market for at least 1,000 Boeing 727 passenger aircraft converted into freighters on this planet, which is a large market worth 7 billion US dollars for at least 3,000 aircraft engines.
In the historical plane, this modification market was successfully swallowed by Rolls-Royce, and it was full of oil, adding a lot of R&D funds to Rolls-Royce, which had just been privatized.
Of course, in order to achieve this goal, Yuanjia still has a lot of work to do, the current ED125 unit design indicators are still far from the level of Thai aero engines, such as the unit gas generator hot end service life of 2500 hours, although the whole unit adopts the design of maintenance according to the situation, but the maximum 2000 hours interval must be shut down for maintenance.
From the perspective of stricter standards, this set of gas turbine power generation equipment is far from the level of mainstream power generation equipment of the same level in the world after 20 years, which can be described as the difference between heaven and earth.
After 20 years, the service life of E-class gas turbine generator sets will be at least 50,000 hours, and the maintenance interval will be as high as 20,000 to 30,000 hours.
However, fortunately, Yuanjia still has 20 years to chase those high technical indicators, at this time, the international mainstream technical level of E-class gas generator sets is still at the level of 15,000 hours of hot end service life and 6,000 hours of maintenance interval.
The overall reality is that there is a great chance of entering the competitive field with the technical level of the white experimental power station at this time, but it still has the feasibility of commercial application, and the technical success of the three-rotor has laid a solid foundation for the future Spey to regain the sky.
