Chapter 3: A Real Nightmare
Seeing the cat-headed pigeon flying out of the window, Alice immediately got up and walked to the window, stuck her head out of the window and looked around, and made sure that the cat-headed pigeon had really flown away, and then closed the window. Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. ļ½ļ½ļ½Uļ½Eć ļ½ļ½ļ½ļ½
After closing the window, Alice's attention was fixed on the pink envelope that had been placed on the bed.
The envelope is pink, and the material is also ordinary paper, nothing special.
It was well sealed with beeswax, but there was still a little trace of water, probably because the owl was flying and was contaminated by the fog in the sky.
Turn the envelope upside down and look at the front, and a string of English will come into view.
Alice, who is obviously very poor in English and is not even as good as kindergarten children, can accurately recognize the meaning of the above words at this time.
On the front of the envelope, written in emerald green ink: No. XX, XX Community, XX City, XX Country, received by Miss Alice Norregi.
Alice opened the envelope only to find that there were actually two pieces of paper inside.
She picked up the first one and looked at it.

Alice looked down at the list and felt a wave in her heart.
If it weren't April Fool's Day, Alice would have thought someone was playing a huge joke on herself.
At four o'clock in the morning, a pink letter was sent to myself with a cat-headed pigeon.
Moreover, this letter is not yet a love letter, but an admission letter!
What school would notify students in such a strange way?
And, you see what else is written in it.
Gloves made of dragon skin?
That is, dragons exist?
Only exist in movies, in mythology, dragons that can breathe fire, can fly, like treasures, and can catch princesses exist?
Let's not talk about that, but also the long list of book titles.
It's both a monster and a magic-related title, so is this school about magic?
And, look at what's on the back of the list--
Cats, toads, cats?
Do you have to take these things with you to school? Is this to study or to play?
And!
Aren't these the must-have pets of medieval witches, those pets that were burned at the stake and turned into humanoid barbecue guys?
Glass or crystal vials, and tin cauldrons and scales?
When she saw this, Alice's mind couldn't help but think of an old woman with a big hat, a wrinkled face, only a few yellowed teeth left, and a gray-haired woman, holding a huge spoon and constantly stirring a cauldron of boiling green liquid.
Isn't this the must-have three-piece outfit for an old witch in a fairy tale movie!
Cauldron!Scales!Crystal vials!
The last remaining one pays special attention
Don't let a first-grader bring a broomstick?
Broomstick!
When she saw this last line, Alice almost wanted to laugh twice.
Also in the first grade!
There are too many slots, and Alice doesn't want to complain anymore.
The envelope and the letter were neatly placed on the desk, and the feathers left by the cat-headed pigeon were cleaned up, and the stained sheet was replaced.
By the time all this was done, the sky outside was starting to glow white.
Before I knew it, it was time for the sun to rise in the morning, but Alice, who hadn't slept all night, fell asleep at this time.
Alice, who was very tired both physically and mentally, fell into a deep sleep again at this time, but the tightly furrowed eyebrows indicated that her owner was indeed having a not wonderful dream at this time, commonly known as a nightmare.
āāāāāāāā-----------------------------------
"Burn her!"
"Burn her!"
"Burn that heretic!
The cacophony of cursing woke Alice up.
When she opened her eyes, the harsh sunlight shone in, forcing Alice to half-squint.
After her eyes gradually adjusted, Alice opened her eyelids again and looked at everything around her.
- Hey, didn't I sleep at home? What is it now? Where is this? What's going on?
It was only then that Alice felt that this was no longer her familiar home, but a huge square.
It is surrounded by some old Western-style buildings, although Alice can't make out accurately, but judging by the structures, they should belong to medieval Europe.
And the crowd around him who were shouting and cursing and shouting were all white-skinned people, and there should be hundreds of them, men and women, old and young, all looking at them with fanatical hatred, and their mouths were also speaking some English that was different from the modern language.
- Burn her? heretical?
Who are you talking about?
Are you talking about me?
I felt the malicious gaze, and the fact that I was tied to a wooden cross in the center of this square with several ropes in circles, surrounded by firewood.
The heresy in their mouths, the heresy to be burned to death is himself!
-- What the hell is going on?
Alice, who opened her mouth and wanted to shout for help, didn't say a word at this time, and couldn't spit out a word.
"Burn her!"
As these hundreds of people said this sentence in unison, these three words gradually turned into a tsunami, constantly hitting Alice's body.
Several men dressed in white came out of the crowd with torches, looked at them with malicious eyes, and then threw the torches at the firewood around Alice.
- Don't!
The flames slowly ignited, slowly joining together, and finally enveloped Alice entirely.
- Don't!
Billowing smoke and choking smell kept pouring in from Alice's nose and mouth.
As her vision became more and more blurry, Alice's mind also fell into a near-death experience, and soon after, she fell into complete darkness.
