"I don't think it's going to be easy. Didn't you say it last time, there was a celebrity named Zhang Jingui in front of Deputy County Magistrate Luo, and he pressed all his belongings to make an eco-tourism resort. This is very much in conflict with your long-term plans. Lao Xu frowned, took a deep breath, and said.

"Of course, with Zhang Jingui here, this will definitely not be easy, and after the industrial zone is built, my next step will be to rebuild the whole village, which will conflict with Zhang Jingui's green eco-tourism resort plan.

Our Huaxia First Village plan will more or less affect the prospects of Zhang Jingui Resort, but isn't this not that step yet, it depends on what Luo Chaoyang thinks. ”

Zhao Yang paused and said: "But no matter how difficult it is, I have to do it, I Zhao Yang has nothing in my life that I want to do but can't do, as long as I want to, I will definitely be able to do it!"

Zhao Yang said it categorically, instantly igniting the blood in Lao Xu's heart!

I saw him say: "Zhao Yang, your kid has had this temper since he was a child, who in the village doesn't know, I believe you will definitely do it!"

"I have asked Yu Xiaowei and Luo Ziwen to get the application materials, and when necessary, they will call the two of you, no matter what the requirements are, you just need to cooperate with them. Zhao Yang said.

"No problem, we will definitely fully cooperate!" Lao Chen said immediately.

"It's a lot of confusion, and I'm really a little confused. Zhao Yang said with a smile.

"Normal, after all, it's the first time you've done this, but Yu Xiaowei and they all have experience in this area, and Lao Chen also understands it, let's all work together, I don't believe that we can't do this!" Lao Xu said heavily.

"That's right!"

Zhao Yang nodded and said, "Let's talk about the things in the factory at the end of the year, I'm thinking about it, at the end of the year, everyone will be paid a month's salary as a bonus, what do you think?"

"One month's salary!" Old Chen Dengshi's eyes widened and said, "Zhao Yang, you are really bright!"

"Open up!"

Zhao Yang smiled and said: "Actually, we don't pay attention to any year-end bonuses here, the general factory is to send two boxes of drinks, or send two hundred yuan to fool the past, but the more regular large enterprises, the more attention is paid to this, and some places pay two months' salary......"

"Then are you going to keep up with those big companies?" Lao Chen looked at Zhao Yang with round eyes and asked.

"Gotta be on par!"

Zhao Yang sat up straight, and said: "I, Zhao **, don't plan to make a small fuss, open a clinic, build a winery, this is just my preliminary plan, the next step is the industrial zone, the whole village reconstruction plan, and finally our Lijia Village must become the first village in China!"

This means that in the future, our village will be famous all over the world! At this time, it is the time for everyone to work hard to make a place, high welfare means high returns, I am open to everyone, everyone will never be sorry for me,

Therefore, as the person who leads the construction of our Lijia Village, I must have a long-term plan and strategic vision, I know what our goals are, and I also know what we can bring to those who work with us.

This year, I will pay you a month's salary year-end bonus, and at the end of next year, I will pay at least two months' salary as a year-end bonus, and, when everything is on the right track, what paid leave, all kinds of benefits I will have,

When the industrial zone is built, a large number of middle-level management talents and workers will be needed, and at that time, these workers in our distillery, as long as they have both ability and political integrity, will have a better future!"

After listening to Zhao Yang's words, although Lao Chen and Lao Xu were both old, they couldn't help but boil their blood!

They understand that Zhao Yang is a person who is really capable of doing great things!

He not only has vision, courage, and ability, but also is not stingy when it comes to money!

Because he knows that money is earned, not cut out, or saved!

In Zhao Yang's view, giving workers an extra month's salary is just a drop in the bucket for him, but it can make the workers not only happy to go home for the New Year, but even happy for a whole year, which is worth it!

It is pointless to save these two half words!

Seeing that Lao Chen and Lao Xu were looking at him with a very admiring gaze, Zhao Yang smiled and said: "In addition, the two of you will start looking for some people who have both ability and political integrity.

These people should have the future management personnel of our industrial zone, electrical, plumbing, and other key personnel in various positions, they grow up with the industrial zone, and when the industrial zone is completed, they will know the situation of the industrial zone well, and the follow-up maintenance will be very convenient.

Then we recruit a group of people to fill the winery, which is our blood, and the normal operation of the winery allows us to have enough money to invest in the industrial area. ”

When Zhao Yang finished speaking, Lao Xu and Lao Chen both nodded, they glanced at each other, and then Lao Chen said to Zhao Yang: "Zhao Yang, you young man is too sober-minded! I really don't look like a twenty-four-year-old person, even I, an old fritter who has worked in a winery for decades, sigh to myself.

Anyway, my Lao Chen will do it with you in a down-to-earth manner, but I can't do it for a few years...... Hey, I really want to be a few years younger, it's so motivating and passionate to follow you!"

"Haha, Lao Chen, you usually have to exercise, and when you are in good health, you can work for a few more years. Lao Xu said with a smile.

"Okay, next thing. ”

Zhao Yang smiled and asked, "Can we sit down in the canteen for everyone in the factory?" I think about holding an annual meeting, everyone will have a lively and happy time, draw a prize, perform a show or something, and finally announce the bonus on the spot. ”

"Okay, I'll see it!" Lao Xu immediately said: "The canteen will definitely be able to sit down when it is cleaned up, and there will be a vacant place in the middle to perform the show." ”

"That's it!"

Zhao Yang said with a smile: "Then set this Friday, let everyone prepare for the show in the next few days, but don't bother too much, because there will be a collective program at that time, and those who are talented will come up to compare twice, and those who can't do it don't need to prepare now."

Then you can arrange for someone to buy some melon seeds, peanuts, snacks and drinks or something, and then we will have a holiday in the afternoon and have a party!"

"Okay, then I'll let you know later!" said Lao Xu with a smile.

"Okay, that's it!" Zhao Yang stood up and said, "I have to go back to the village, and I have to go to see a patient." ”

"Okay, then you are busy, you can rest assured about the things in the factory, with me and Lao Chen, there will be no problem!" Lao Xu said.
