2. My thoughts and work.

In April 1994, I was recommended by the relevant responsible comrades of the Municipal People's Bank to join the Hubei Financial Services Society, and then served as the manager of one of the credit departments. I can't say it's done very well, but I can say that it's done very well, and my loyalty to the Bank can't even be denied by lenders. Four years ago, during the restructuring process, I was contacted several times by China General Distribution and Investment Bank about the transfer, and I could have found another job. However, to a large extent, it was because he saw that under the very difficult operating conditions of the Hubei sub-branch, Comrade Wang Xianyao's working methods and organizational skills were relatively superb and he could not bear to leave. During the period of the Financial Services Society, the Second Credit Department where I worked handled loans to 42 enterprises, accounting for 47% of the total number of enterprises and 28% of the total amount. Among the remaining 19 households, 23.6 million yuan of principal and interest have been recovered. In the four years since the restructuring, under the organization of the sub-branch team headed by Wang Xianyao, I have devoted more energy to the collection work while striving to do a good job in planning and credit management. In the past four years, the whole branch has collected 388.776 million yuan of loan principal and interest (including 70 million yuan in 95 years, 82.196 million yuan in 96 years, 67.834 million yuan in 97 years, 130.539 million yuan in 98 years, and 38.2 million yuan from January to September 99). In addition, there are still two households that have successfully auctioned 4.7 million yuan, pending the transfer of accounts to be recovered). And all the principal of 160 million yuan of the funds released during the period of the financial service cooperatives were fully recovered.
