Chapter 8: Demons and Monsters, Go Away

Ye Yao turned around and walked out of the house.

Distraught for a moment, she didn't know which direction to go. Wander the streets. He stopped again, only to find himself unconsciously slipped to the side of the old mansion.

Since leaving here, Ye Yao has never returned. She is afraid that she will think of the time here, too sweet memories, and people will not be able to endure the current suffering. Lost in the sweetness of the past.

The lock on the door has long since rusted. Ye Yao picked up a brick casually, smashed it lightly, and the lock opened.

Push open the door. Nothing has changed in the house. It's just covered with a thick layer of dust.

But it's also easy to see that someone has cleaned it. The only person Ye Yao could think of was her grandmother.

The scratches on the wall are the marks of my own height when I was a child. Dad drew it himself.

Little by little, the memories are vague but profound.

Ye Yao squatted in the middle of the room. I couldn't hold it back anymore and started crying.

If the parents are there. Can she live a little more willfully now? Will she also have a birthday cake, and will she no longer worry about the money for college?

I also cried enough and felt much more comfortable. But I don't want to go back so early.

Ye Yao found a basin and a rag in the bathroom, and the faucet magically still had water.

Ye Yao simply cleaned up without doing anything.

Probably only when you are busy and moving will you feel a little less sad in life. Ye Yao's mood also became much more comfortable.

Scrub all the furniture in the room. When I looked up, I didn't know when the street lights outside the house had turned on. Raindrops hit the leaves. on the windows.

Ye Yao noticed that it was raining outside the house. Feel your way through every pocket on your body. Only to find out that I didn't bring a penny with me when I went out. I searched every corner of the house, but I couldn't find an umbrella.

Fortunately, the phone is on the body.

Ye Yao said to her grandmother that she slept in the same school. Under Grandma Ye's repeated admonitions, she hung up the phone.

The night is getting darker. Outside the window there was thunder and lightning.

Ye Yao curled herself up on the sofa. Cover your ears. From time to time, his eyes looked at the window and the doorway.

Lightning thundered and thundered across the rooftops.

The moment the lightning lit up the sky, Ye Yao seemed to see a vague figure in front of the window.

Ye Yao was frightened and curled up between his arms.

The rain was still pouring outside the window. Ye Yao looked at the window with a single face, it was pitch black, and he couldn't see anything.

Ye Yao didn't dare to relax at all, when she couldn't sleep and make trouble when she was a child, Zhang Lu always used ghosts to scare her.

Ye Yao hid her head and tried to force herself not to look out the window. There seemed to be a different sound in the air.

Ye Yao didn't dare to look up, and her ears became very sensitive. The voice was getting closer and closer to him.

Ye Yao felt that her whole body trembled uncontrollably.

It's getting closer. Getting closer.

Ye Yao felt that her head and body had lost the ability to move. Ye Yao trembled more and more.

Until something fell on her shoulder, Ye Yao seemed to be turned on the switch.

The whole person jumped up and ran out.

But he was quickly stopped. Ye Yao didn't care about thirty-seven twenty-one, closed her eyes and beckoned to the person's hand with both hands.

While slapping his mouth, he recited the words. Demons and monsters go away.

"Stop" the sudden male voice. There seems to be a lost familiarity. A consistently cold tone.
