2. The basic facts of the case.

Lai Xiangzhi deceived me into sympathy by deception by means of fraud, playing the protagonist of the tragedy of his imminent separation of his wife, and tricked me into writing this so-called "IOU" to him on the special occasion when the plaintiff and the defendant met in Anshan, but not in fact, I thought that this could help him get through the family difficulties, but I did not expect to be sued by his wicked person first, and resorted to the court as the basis for me to borrow money from him. Since the "IOU" was produced at the Tianhe Hotel in Anshan City, and it was impossible for Lai Xiangzhi to lend me 200,000 yuan in cash during his business trip to Anshan, the rights and obligations of the borrower and the borrower of this "IOU" were unequal, and it was an "IOU" that did not receive the borrowed thing, and his civil claim was invalid and untenable.

A total of 6,500 yuan, full of thought that 10 days and a half months can come back, at that time the weather in Anshan was relatively cool, each person bought a set of clothes, the two of them left more than 1,600 yuan, in Anshan Tianhe Hotel really can't live, had to call Song Ji to find a way to solve the dilemma. At 11:30 on April 29, I checked out and left Anshan Tianhe Hotel, and transferred to the Anshan Xiaoxiyuan Hotel opened by Song Ji, who was introduced by his familiar friend. After I moved in with Li Qi's family, I paid a deposit of 200 yuan, although the rent was 50 yuan per night, but for me and Li Qi's family, there was only more than 1,400 yuan left, and it was very expensive to solve the daily living expenses by ourselves. Since April 29, Li Qi's family and I have eaten within 30 yuan a day.
