Chapter VII Shangyuan Three Volumes

The letter in the book fell inadvertently, Han Zhonglin hurriedly opened it, and saw two pages written: "Destined person, when you look at the letter, I may be old." The pen "fun" pavilion www.biquge.info old man strayed into this valley 30 years ago, saw the scenery of this valley is wonderful, flowing clouds fly high, so this valley is ordered to be Feiyun Valley. I have forty years into the realm of martial arts masters, and then ten years of penance in the valley into the innate realm, and then two years to reach the peak of the innate realm, but then three years of hard thinking but can not practice the method of qi, so out of the valley to step on the immortal fate. Leave three volumes of "Fushen Law", "Feiyun Law", and "Yangyuan Sutra", all of which are the perceptions of my realm. When you come out of the valley, you need to leave the three volumes of the law here for future generations..."

In the end, the letter was signed "Shangyuan Daoren".

What Han Zhonglin just held in his hand was one of the three volumes of "Fushen Law", and when he picked up the other two volumes, he saw that it was "Feiyun Law" and "Yangyuan Sutra".

"Fu Shen Fa" records the method of cultivating the mind and calming the mind, "Feiyun Law" is the martial arts method, and "Yang Yuan Sutra" mostly records the method of meridian nourishing the yuan.

The martial arts cultivation process is divided into the force realm, the bone realm, the technique realm, the transformation realm, and the grandmaster realm, which is the division of the martial arts realm that Han Zhonglin knew from Li Yunshan.

In the force realm, the martial artist increases his physical strength through weight-bearing and other methods, which is the most basic realm.

In the bone realm, the qi and blood of ordinary warriors are more than the feet of ordinary people, that is, by boiling the muscles and bones, the muscles and veins are broadened, and the skeleton becomes larger, and the strength is strong. Therefore, martial artists often put the power realm and the bone realm together to cultivate and polish the foundation, because these two realms are not a matter of one day. For example, children practice martial arts from an early age, and as they get older, their strength and muscles have more room to rise, which requires practice, tapping potential, and cultivating their bodies to the extreme until they reach the peak.

Skill realm, after cultivating the body itself to the extreme, what needs to be improved is the cultivation of skills, which requires finding corresponding exercises, such as boxing, swordsmanship, knife techniques, etc., and the body can cooperate with the exercises in order to bring the combat power to the extreme.

Transformation is the sublimation of the technical realm, which is easy to master, not limited to moves, and can use skills to the extreme.

Regarding the Grandmaster Realm, Han Zhonglin also heard that it is unknown what kind of realm the Grandmaster Realm is, and the entire Ugwu Kingdom has not had a Grandmaster Realm martial arts master for many years.

It is a difficult hurdle to transform into a realm of grandmasters, and how many people are trapped in the realm of transformation until they grow old and do not know where their method is. The reason for this is really because there are too few people who break through the Grandmaster Realm, and the martial artists of the Transformation Realm have no experience to follow, so they all rely on self-realization, seeking that glimmer of opportunity, and the chance of breaking through is indeed extremely slim.

According to the Shangyuan Daoren's "Feiyun Method" and "Yangyuan Sutra", the transformation realm is already the pinnacle of skills, and the grandmaster realm is to break its own limitations and dredge the twelve positive meridians of the whole body. When the eight veins of the whole body are also connected, if you can integrate yourself into the heaven and earth, you will step into the innate realm, and the body can absorb the vitality of heaven and earth for your own use, you can broaden the meridians, and you can also hurt people three inches away from the body.

The way to break through the realm of the grandmaster is to open up the three yin and three yang of the whole body, three yin and three yang of the feet, a total of twelve meridians.

Han Zhonglin has been stepping into the Transformation Realm for a while, but he really doesn't know anything about the Grandmaster Realm, let alone how to break through, this adventure has to be said to be the "blessing" of "If you don't die in a great disaster, you will have a blessing in the future".

As the days went by, Han Zhonglin finally finished reading the three volumes of the Famen, and he admired this Shangyuan Taoist even more in his heart.

Shangyuan Daoist is indeed a martial arts wizard, entering the realm of transformation at the age of thirty, reaching the realm of grandmasters at the age of forty-two, and reaching the realm of innate at the age of fifty-two, all relying on his own perception. The three volumes of the method created are also quite unique, "Fu Shen Law" major to cultivate the heart, the martial artist is more majoring in self-cultivation, the book often says "chivalry with martial arts, Confucianism with the law of chaos", that is, the martial artist mostly uses violence to do things, relying on force to do things that hurt the heavens and reason, this kind of people have many "demons" in their hearts. "Fu Shen Law" talks about the principle of dealing with people, first correct the mind, and then subdue the heart to the mind, and truly send and receive from the heart, not limited to external objects.

"Flying Cloud Method" is that after the Shangyuan Taoist stepped into the innate realm, he fused all the previous learning to create "Paiyun Palm", "Liuyun Sword", and "Feiyun Step" respectively, which are palm, sword, and body methods, collectively referred to as "Flying Cloud Method", which is extraordinary. "Pai Yun Palm" contains the meaning of "cloud impermanence", the moves are erratic, elusive, and powerful. "Liuyun Sword" takes the meaning of "Liuyun", such as flowing clouds and flowing water, and the moves are continuous. "Flying Cloud Step" is good at speed, between dominating the enemy and the millimeter, and the footwork is weird.

"Yangyuan Sutra" expounds that the human body is mainly divided into 12 meridians and 8 meridians, and acupuncture points around the body. "Nourishing Yuan" uses the method of meridians to repair the dark diseases in the body and consolidate the foundation and cultivate the yuan. Martial artists in the power realm, bone realm will cause deep and dark diseases inside the body, if not repaired in time, the damage to the body will become greater and greater, just like "a thousand miles of embankment collapsed in an anthill".

After becoming familiar with the three volumes, Han Zhonglin decided to practice the "Fu Shen Method" first. "God" is the foundation of the body, "God" is the heart, and "God" is strong, and "Qi" is strong, which is why the Shangyuan Taoist people put the "Fu Shen Law" at the head of the three volumes.

The method of subduing the gods is divided into five realms, the five realms of righteous gods, gathering gods, hidden gods, subduing gods, and godlessness.

To be right, you need to have a righteous heart, a righteous body, a clear sense of righteousness, not paranoid, and not crazy.

Gather the gods, but also for the gods, focus on the words "gathering" and "ming", concentrating in one place, the heart is like stopping water, can be a mirror, looking at everything in the world, knowing all the truth, not vain, immovable, and inclusive of all things. The realm of concentrating on the gods is the most difficult to comprehend, which requires great wisdom.

Tibetan God, after seeing the clarity of the heart, the mind arrives, you can put it away freely, see the flowers bloom to know the spring, see the frost fall to know the winter hidden, distinguish the good fortune and the night, save the mind to hide the gods, but it is also a realm.

Fushen, the heart is empty, the heart is hidden, it can be subdued, and the water will come naturally.

There is no god, the realm of selflessness, abandoning the stinky skin, entering the heaven and the earth, no desire, no color, no phase, no dust and dirt, for the true "emptiness". This realm is the most ethereal and mysterious, and the Shangyuan Taoist itself has only reached the realm of the gods, and has not realized the realm of godlessness, so this method is named "The Law of the Gods".

On that day, Han Zhonglin sat on the stone bench in the huge courtyard, holding a book and reading carefully, sometimes shaking his head, sometimes standing obsessed, and I don't know whether he agrees or doubts what is said in the Shangyuan Taoist "Fu Shen Fa", which is incomprehensible.

The realm of righteousness is the so-called upright mind, with the Tao and clear heart. Han Zhonglin has been in the realm of righteous gods for two days, and he is quite shocked by the exposition of morality in the "Fushen Law".

What is "good" and what is "evil" in the book?

A person who is humble and courteous and virtuous is called a "righteous man" gentleman. The "holy", "good", "loyal", "wise", "chaste" and "straight" of the ministers can also be described as "right".

The heart is sinister, the clever words are orderly, and the jealous and jealous people are "villains". Knowing its beauty, hiding its evil, soft as a needle, and a heart like the sea, it can be called "treacherous evil".

It is often said that good and evil are separated, and there are many evils that do not suppress the good, and it is said that the evil is dispelled by the good, but the "evil" has not been completely destroyed. If the "evil" is exhausted, how can there be a "right" statement, and then the "right" will no longer be "right". The distinction between good and evil is like the two poles of the Tao, and the matter is divided into yin and yang, the so-called "lonely yin does not grow, only yang does not grow, there is yang in yin, there is yin in yang, mutual restraint is born, and mutual support is dependent".

There is the yang of "good", and the yin of "evil" is evil, my lords. There are strong and weak, good and evil, beautiful and ugly, how many, high and low, long and short, such as good and evil, such as yin and yang, the Tao is divided into two instruments.

The righteous god is the first to embrace all things, distinguish yin and yang, and do not distinguish between good and evil, so as to correct God. Righteousness can also be, evil can also be, know its righteousness, follow its way, you can enter the smooth road, not do not distinguish between loyalty and treachery, good and evil, just like the pure person observes, does not have obsession, does not enter the demon.

Han Zhonglin read thousands of books, none of which were as doctrinal as the teachings preached by the Shangyuan Daoists, which was really bold. Han Zhonglin used to love to fight unevenly, if according to what Shangyuan Dao people said, when he saw killing, he didn't stop it, and when he saw bullying the weak, he could also watch from the sidelines, and let people get rid of the mortal dust and be the high God.

Sitting on the stone bench, Han Zhonglin's expression was strange, which was a sign of Han Zhonglin's obsession. At this moment, he was struggling and tormenting in his heart, and he was getting deeper and deeper, Han Zhonglin felt that his head "boomed", and his eyes were dark, and he fainted.

"Fu Shen Fa" is the essence of the perception of Shangyuan Dao people entering the innate realm, and they have been separated from mortal dust, how can a hairy boy understand it at once, Han Zhonglin suddenly entered the demon phase, but I am afraid that Shangyuan Dao people never thought that there would be such a result.

The sky was still the same day, the wind was light and the clouds were light, and the sound of the small waterfall was endless, and after a long time, Han Zhonglin woke up faintly, and his head was still a little painful. Recalling that when I was thinking hard about good and evil, good and evil, I suddenly lost consciousness, and I couldn't help but be a little afraid. Easing his mind slightly, Han Zhonglin said secretly, "Shangyuan Dao people are really powerful, a few words made me fall into the devil, I can't be so paranoid in the future! It seems that the cultivation of the state of mind of the "Fu Shen Fa" is not forced, it is better to go with the flow. ”

Since then, Han Zhonglin simply put down the cultivation of the Zhengshen realm of the "Fushen Law" and began to cultivate the "Cloud Sweeping Palm" in the "Feiyun Law". There are a total of eleven styles in Paiyun Palm, and only the first three styles can be cultivated under the innate realm.

The first style, flowing water and clouds, the moves are round and continuous, such as flowing water smoothly and unimpeded, so that the opponent has no power to counterattack.

The second type, turning the clouds and rain, attacks the enemy with a very fast method, like turning the clouds and rain.

The third style, overwhelming the mountains and seas, the palm momentum is like overwhelming the mountains and seas, virtual and real, and the moves are ruthless.

According to the Shangyuan Taoist people, the first type of flowing water and clouds can be cultivated in the clear pool under the waterfall, and the resistance in the clear pool is quite large, and it is necessary to pay attention to the movement of the water flow, and the limbs are more sensitive to the environment. The second type of clouds and rain and the third type of mountains and seas can be practiced under the waterfall, one can be washed with mountain water to train muscles and bones, and the other can help to understand the essence of turning clouds and seas.

Only more than ten days have passed, and the three-style palm method has been completed.

Han Zhonglin began to practice the moves that could be practiced in "Liuyun Sword" and "Feiyun Step", Shangyuan Daoren's "Flying Cloud Method" is worthy of being a collection of innate martial artists, Han Zhonglin is also tireless, smelling chickens and dancing every day, and resting at sunset. In this way, more than a month later, Han Zhonglin had mastered the essence of what he had learned in the "Feiyun Method" and entered the room.
