The most beautiful sunset on the second section of Ubon Bridge

Myanmar's Ubun Bridge, a world-famous attraction, I didn't even know about it a week ago. I saw it on the itinerary, and it didn't make me pay attention to it. In addition, I also have a habit of not liking work strategies when traveling. I also only read the title of the itinerary. The purpose of this is to enjoy a new scenery and satisfy my curiosity to the greatest extent. Therefore, I will never search for pictures online (except for food) before I go. Everything that is unknown is everything new. Seeing the real and only scenery in my eyes is my original intention and yearning for visiting.

The last item in the itinerary on the fourth day is the three words "Wuben Bridge". I haven't read the following introduction. However, from the first day I arrived in Mandalay, my family told me that Myanmar's Ubon Bridge is famous. It is the "Magpie Bridge" and "Love Bridge" in Myanmar, and it is a must-go place for young people in Myanmar to fall in love. And repeatedly emphasized that it was seen in the TV films of the countries along the "Belt and Road".

The reason why my family told me repeatedly was that I kept telling him that the scenery he had seen in the past few days was not good. However, it is strange to say that the family never mentioned the sunset over the Wuben Bridge. Was it that it wasn't on the TV film, or did he just not see it? Maybe it's providence.

Today there are four itineraries: Jade Processing Factory - Golden Palace Teak Temple - Mandalay Ancient Palace - Uben Bridge. In terms of the itinerary, I think it's good. I've never liked to see the mausoleum or go into a house that's too old, but I like to visit the palace. It's not that I envy luxury, it's really timid. Subconsciously think that the palace is a place to do business and participate in politics, and it is lively.

Therefore, at the ancient Golden Teak Temple, I wandered downstairs for a while, and after looking around, I decided to go up and visit.

Well, the Grand Palace, located in the heart of Mandalay, I am very longing. In addition, although the Grand Palace was the royal palace of the last dynasty of Myanmar, it was burned down during World War II. It was now rebuilt on the same site, and it was completed and opened to the public in September 1996. It can be seen that it is newly built, so I want to visit it even more.

In order to visit the Grand Palace, I also wore that orange Burmese tube skirt, and my silk dress with golden flowers, which really looked like a full attendance.

The all-solid wood building complex of the Grand Palace is a mortise and tenon structure, which is luxurious and luxurious, and the main hall is resplendent with gold. The pillars of the cloister and the floor are all purple-red. All the fuchsia roofs of the main building and the cornices and spires of the towers are inlaid with gold wood carvings. On the other side, there are all purple wooden buildings. Under the sun, the entire Grand Palace is golden, purple and dazzling, full of festivity. Its brand new level makes me feel like a modern palace that has just been completed, and I have come to cut the ribbon. It's a joy to be in the middle of it.

So, under the scorching sun, I looked around the Grand Palace with great interest. I happily left my happy visit in front of the main building of the golden-roofed red corridor that I liked to visit. When I climbed the tower to get a panoramic view of the palace, my face was burned, red, tingling, and bursting. But I was still very happy, and I still took pictures in the bright sun.

The Grand Palace should be my favorite sight of all the buildings I visited on this trip to Myanmar!

As for the fact that I can't stand the sun, but I don't sweat, this should be the characteristic of Myanmar these days. The reason for this is that we come in the harsh winter, and suddenly we are placed in the sub-hot weather with a temperature of 30 degrees, and the skin cannot adapt to it at once.

At around 5 p.m., head to Ubon Bridge after visiting the Mandalay Palace and the Golden Teak Temple.

The car drove for less than twenty minutes and got off in a parking lot. I saw that this should be an ancient village, with many people and cars, dense buildings, and ancient trees in front of and behind the houses. Not far from the roadside is another monastic school that looks like a large one, which is the Mahajanayan Monastery. As a result, there are more monks on the streets, and more tourists from all over the world.

The road to the Uben Bridge is very close to the bridge, and the tour guide said that it will take five minutes to go. It's just after six o'clock, and there's still more than an hour before sunset at half past seven. As a result, tourists tend to wander around what looks like a thriving shopping street. Both sides of the road are full of simple shops, the east side sells tourist souvenirs, and the west side sells clothes. In addition to tourists, there are more locals who come and go in the shops, which is very lively.

This bustling street is only two or three hundred meters, and it will soon come to an end. As I passed the head of the Uben Bridge, I stood on the road and had a panoramic view of the longest teak bridge in the world, built 163 years ago. Standing at this end, you can clearly see that the other end of the bridge is shaded by ancient trees, which is somewhat mysterious. Presumably, it must be an ancient village like this one.

I also had the urge to walk over there and take a look. I want to see the legend of Princess Dali, that is, Jade Niangniang, who left her hometown of Dali, came to Mandalay, the capital of Myanmar, after a long journey, fell in love with the prince of Myanmar, and walked across the ebony bridge to the palace under the golden sunset. Moreover, in order to commemorate this love story, the Uben Bridge is called the "Love Bridge" by the Burmese people. This is what we call the "Magpie Bridge". It has become a must-visit place for young people in Myanmar when they fall in love. Then, if I can walk up the "Magpie Bridge" to that end, it will be a romantic and wonderful time.

But when I saw the bright sun on the bridge, some of the tourists were holding umbrellas, and some were wearing clothes on their heads to shade the sun, I didn't want to go up, I was too afraid of the sun. Visiting the Grand Palace at noon, my face hurt so much from the sunburn. Besides, the 1,200-meter-long Uben Bridge, a forty-minute round trip is enough. So, since the head of the bridge is on the side of the road, let's wait for the sun to set and get on the bridge.

I continued to turn west along the road, and there were noticeably fewer shops on both sides, most of which were processing clothes. There are fewer tourists, and there are more stray dogs. I had to turn back. Start hanging out on this side of the tourist merchandise. I don't want to see the east side can go down. It turned out that the road was full of rows of sheds for making snacks. It's rudimentary and the hygiene is poor.

I was thirsty, too, so I sat down under a shed where sugar cane juice was freshly pressed. Sitting on a deck chair, drinking sugar cane juice, watching the people come and go on the bridge. There are many small boats in the lake in the distance, as if they are fishing. I just wondered how they were all crammed into the wooden bridge for such a long river, and there were some people on the other side of the lake. I couldn't see what they were doing under the sun when they were far away, and there were some people on my side of the river, and I saw that most of them were tourists coming down from two buses not far from me.

It was half past six in the afternoon, but the sun was still hot. I saw that there were more people on the bridge. Besides, I don't always occupy a seat here, and there are flies flying around, so I can't sit still, so I get up and get ready to go to the bridge.

At 6:40 a.m., I stepped onto the world-famous Uben Bridge. The moment I stepped on the bridge, I thought it was here to see the bridge. It is also after stepping on the bridge that the experience is completely different from being under the bridge.

I stood at this end and saw that under the blue sky, the dense bridge pillars supported the flat bridge deck high, so that the two-meter-wide Wuben Bridge on the thousand pillars on the shore of the kilometer lake was like a long overpass floating over the lake, reaching the dense forest in the distance, like a huge picture scroll spread out.

Looking north from the bridge, the East Taman Lake cannot see the source and cannot see the return clearly. But you can clearly see the glittering stupas and countless golden spires of Mandalay. The lake is wide and sparkling, with floating ducks in the water and birds flying on the lake. The narrow boat with its crooked horns could now be seen to be a pleasure boat. There are only three or three tourists on each boat, and the locals are playing in the lake.

To the south of the bridge, along the lake, there are fertile farmland, as far as the eye can see, and the crops are growing happily. The farmland began to get very close to the bridge, and from the bridge you could see what vegetables and crops were growing in the field. In the green crop field, the dry ancient tree standing alone is more eye-catching, the ancient dead tree reveals the vicissitudes of life and perseverance, it has become a century-old symbol standing by the lake like the Wuben Bridge. It all made up a beautiful picture, and I was excited to take pictures holding the bridge pillars.

In front of you, a wooden fence bridge erected in the river. The long wooden fence was very high, and the teak planks were laid in the middle to make it an improvised wooden boardwalk. The bridge is bustling with tourists, mostly tourists and young local lovers. Most of the tourists go to the opposite side. On the bridge, there are also beautiful Burmese women with objects on their heads and wooden powders on their faces, and they are doing small business. There are also locals who drag their families to and from both sides of the strait.

But as I continued to move forward, the bridge deck was higher than the farmland below, and I immediately understood why I had not been in a hurry to get on the bridge.

Because there are no railings on the two-meter-wide Wuben Bridge, the pillars on the bridge, which are three meters apart, have been washed by wind, sun and rain for more than 100 years, and some of the bridge pillars have withered and cracked. Even though I stroked it and found it still hard, it still didn't feel secure. The teak planks on the bridge deck are full of gaps, there are gaps left by the paving, and there are very few broken pieces that have not been replaced in time. Walking on it squeaks and shakes slightly. I was already afraid of heights, my balance was not good, and I fainted when I flickered. Now the further I go from the ground, the higher and higher it gets, and no matter how strong the bridge pillars are, I don't dare to pull over to support them. I had to slow down, carefully focus on my feet, and worry about the phone falling.

In this case, completely abandon walking from the bridge to the other side. Well, since you can see the sunset from anywhere on the bridge, you don't have to walk to the top of the lake in front of you. Otherwise, you'll really faint into the lake. So, I took pictures on the bridge.

In fact, on the old Wuben Bridge, there are brightly dressed tourists from all over the world, mainly young people, as well as red-robed monks and young nuns dressed in pink, which makes this bridge full of youthful atmosphere, and it is really a bit beautiful to travel through the time and space of the Pure Land. This scene is what I like, and I happily ask tourists to take pictures for me, and I also take pictures for others.

At this time, the lady of the other group, because she often met her at tourist spots in the past few days, had also helped her take pictures, so she was a little familiar. At this time, I saw her coming towards her, and I was in a hurry. I wondered how she had turned back, so I asked her, "Why don't you see the sunset?" and she said, "Look, I'm almost at the end of the bridge, and I'm worried that I won't have enough time, so I'm going to turn back." Suddenly, as if she understood something, she added, "It's not from the bridge to watch the sunset." Our tour guide told us that we were watching the sunset by the lake. I looked at the photos taken by the tour guide before, and it was very beautiful. Let's go, it'll be too late in a while. ”

Her words first surprised me. First of all, it was the first time I knew that watching the sunset was by the river under the bridge. However, looking back at the west shore of the lake, I think it is a bit unreasonable. For the sun sets in the west. However, the woman's words are credible. So I said, "You go first, I've just got on the bridge and I've come here, and I'll go down after taking a few more pictures of the bridge." "Besides, the river, the bank where I drank sugar cane juice just now, it is enough to run down and walk for five minutes. So, I hurried to take a few more photos. At the same time, condemn our guide inwardly. I think he was dissatisfied with the shopping in the group, so he didn't tell everyone where to watch the sunset.

At this moment, a pair of elderly people with SLRs on their backs came over, they first took pictures of the lake next to me, and then asked me to take a group photo for them. I also asked the lady to take pictures for me. Their photography is of a very high level and they took a good picture of me. After saying goodbye, they hurried forward, and I prepared to return. At this moment, the old man turned around and shouted to me, "There is not much time left until the sunset, go quickly." I said, "Aren't you watching the sunset on the west bank?" and she said, "The best place to see the sun is on the east bank.

Her words convinced me that if I watched the sunset under the bridge, it would be on the east bank of the river. And my current position has not yet reached the lake, and the river bank under the bridge is so far away from me. I struck a spirit and hurried forward. It's really strange to say, and I don't feel dizzy at this time. After walking more than 500 meters, I saw a pavilion, which was the first of the six pavilions on the Wuben Bridge for people to rest. It can be seen that the lake is on the west side, and the longer bridge deck is on the east side of the lake.

There were many people resting in the pavilion, and I saw a downward ladder on the north side of the pavilion, and I didn't even think about walking down from the bridge.

In the depression under the bridge, there is an open-air bar, and many tourists come and go. There are a lot of plastic recliners stacked on one side. Seeing the lake, many tourists are sitting on the beach. I hurriedly grabbed a chair and ran to the crowded spot on the shore of the lake.

Then, sit on a deck chair and watch the lake scenery in a happy mood. First of all, there are indeed many people on the west shore of the lake. Now I can see that the boats in the lake are full of tourists watching the sunset from boats. Almost all of the beautiful pleasure boats with crooked corners have simple small dining tables, and on the rippling blue lake, tourists drink and wait for the sunset. The people who held the boat were all lean young people, they were wearing tube skirts, and the appearance of the boat was very beautiful. I also understand now that when I drank sugar cane juice earlier, I saw so many people on the opposite shore, waiting for the sunset. Now, I'm joining in too.

At this time, the Uben Bridge I saw was completely different from the one on the bridge. Looking at the beach by the lake, the fence-like Wuben Bridge stands firmly in the lake and extends to both ends, and there is no end in sight, only pedestrians on the bridge in a hurry. You can't hear the squeak, you can't see the stale after the wind and the sun, it's completely perfect horizontal and vertical lines. The thick teak pillars of the same height and distance seem to grow in water, and they hold pedestrians hand in hand to pass.

I was very touched to see this. In 1856, it was a seasonal lake formed by a depression, and the water rose during the rainy season to flood the surrounding area. At that time, King Min Dong built the bridge with the most famous teak wood in Myanmar from the demolition of the Awa royal palace in order to solve the transportation difficulties. In this way, King Mindong, who was only trying to solve the cross-strait traffic at that time, used more than 1,000 precious teak trees in bridge piers, bridges and planks for paving bridges. The tenon and tenon structure was built with a width of two meters, a spacing of 3 meters between the pillars, and a length of 1,200 meters of teak bridge in the world.

Today, more than 160 years later, it is still the same as it was, and it is still standing firmly in the middle of the lake and has become a landmark of Mandalay. While it has become a tourist attraction, it is still a transportation artery for local people to pass by every day. I really want to praise King Mindong for benefiting the people. Then, Wuben Bridge has become a world-famous scenery and one of the top ten sunset spots in the world, which should be the unintentional work of King Mindong, and it should be greatly praised. It is said that tourists from all over the world who come to Myanmar must come to the Uben Bridge, which can also be said to come to watch the sunset over the Uben Bridge. Then, as a tourist, I walked across the bridge and sat on the beach waiting for the sunset of the Uben Bridge, and I was truly grateful to King Mindong.

As my mind flew, the blue sky in the west was a little darker. The man in the previous suit, who had been strolling on the beach, walked up to the non-Asian faces like me, sitting on the beach waiting for the sunset, pulled their chairs apart and moved them to other positions. The tourist looked at him in bewilderment. He enthusiastically explained, "I'm here for you. I've been working here for thirteen years and often watch the sunset here and know how to get the best shots. ”

The sun, which was dazzling just now, suddenly softened. Just now the sun was hanging in the blue sky, and now the sun is surrounded by a faint golden light, and from my side, the sun is almost on top of the wooden pillars on the top of the Uben Bridge.

The staff member took one look at the bridge and said, "The sun is almost setting." "I picked up my chair and put it in front of me, and kept looking at the bridge and moving the chair back and forth. Then, let me look at the photo of the Uben Bridge taken on his phone. He (he was sent by God to take pictures of me who came alone, otherwise, at this moment, tourists are in a hurry to take pictures, only he has time to take pictures of me. The sunset over the Uben Bridge is so beautiful. I took one look and immediately understood how to get the best sunset photos of the Uben Bridge.

The sun soon set down on the wooden pillars on the Uben Bridge, and the sky turned red. At this time, the boat in the lake began to paddle rapidly, approaching the bridge. In an instant, the sun turned golden and stained the horizon and the lake red. In the bright golden red, the Wuben Bridge as a whole is between the golden red sky and water, and the pedestrians on the bridge have different shapes, all in the golden light. The monks, who happened to be close to the sun, had their faces and arms glowing with gold, and their strength was simply wonderful.

At this time, it seems that the bridge pillars in the lake are all presented, and I can see that the long pillars of the Wuben Bridge are also reflected vertically in the golden red lake water as a whole, becoming a bright red Wuben Bridge with fences in the air and water, just like a silhouette, spectacular and beautiful! In the rippling lake, the boats and tourists with sharp corners have also become moving silhouettes.

When the golden sun stepped down the bridge, the sky and the lake were even redder. The bridge and the tourists in the lake are all moving silhouettes, and the Wuben Bridge has become a real "magpie bridge" in the sky. It's completely above the sun, and the pedestrian magpie bridge is indescribably beautiful. I was thrilled to snap a picture of this rare spectacle. And tossed another phone to the staff member and asked him to help me take pictures of the spectacle with this magical spectacle.

At this moment, the picture presented by Wubenqiao is like a wonderful blockbuster being released, in the rapid change, the interplay of light and shadow, which makes me dizzy and excited.

In the blink of an eye, when the bright red sun moves down to the middle of the bridge deck and the lake, the sky and the lake are all golden and translucent, reflecting the golden sun in the water. The Uben Bridge and the reflection in the water are dyed as if they were newly built. At this time, the experienced punter keeps moving the boat so that the tourists can get the best angle. The staggered movement of the boats in the golden pond and the photos of the tourists on the boat made the sunset over the Uben Bridge even more exciting! The staff member and I were so anxious that we kept staring under the bridge, constantly moving our positions.

Suddenly, the staggered pleasure boats happened to move out of the gap. This slot, which only allowed me to take three photos, was instantaneous, but it made me see a beautiful and shocking picture! I photographed a rare and precious picture of the golden sun and the golden sun in the water in the middle of the two bridge pillars, and the sunset with tourists on both sides of the cruise ship. Then the yellow sun was rippled by the golden waves into a huge long pillar of gold, and the two suns illuminated the lake, and the translucent golden light and golden waves of the lake reached a rare picture in front of me!

So far, I have seen the most beautiful sunset on the Uben Bridge and taken the most beautiful picture! It is precisely because I am on the shore that I can enjoy the panoramic view. If you are on a boat or on a bridge, you will not be able to photograph the boats rowing in the water of Jinliang Lake and the translucent golden waves flashing. Boats and tourists have become our scenery on the shore again, all of which has made the most beautiful sunset on Wuben Bridge.

Faced with the most beautiful sunset I have seen so far, I can only smile happily. I am really fortunate to have seen this scene in this life.

Here, I would like to thank everyone who has met me to see the most beautiful sunset on Uben Bridge.

At the same time, not missing the wonderful scenery during the trip is a gift from God. For this, thank God, I am your darling!
