Wanhua Mountain in Taipingyu

The recent weather in Xi'an, described in the newspaper as entering the rainy season, with heavy rain and light rain falling non-stop, and it is annoying when it rains too much. On Friday, I was even more panicked, and I couldn't climb the mountain. I was still thinking about the white silk plums on the land beams. This week should be a gorgeous curtain call of petals, and the beam is so beautiful that it rains with petals, and at this time it is all romantic to walk on the beam.

It's still raining on Saturday and hopefully it will stop on Sunday. The rain stopped at night, but I didn't want to go there, and the heavy rain of the week must have been a flower petal falling to the ground, and I couldn't bear to look at it.

Decided to go to Wanhua Mountain on Sunday. I have been to Wanhua Mountain in Fengyu twice, but Wanhua Mountain in Taipingyu has not been to it. The redbuds in Taipingyu are very beautiful, and it's not bad to go and see them. Besides, the name of this mountain is Wanhua Mountain, and it will not be in vain. If you can't see 10,000 kinds of flowers, you can be content when you see hundreds of flowers.

When I went to Wanhua Mountain, I entered the mountain from Taipingyu, and I didn't see a single bauhinia flower at the mountain pass. The impression is that you should see it when you enter Taipingyu, it may have been knocked down by the rain, or it has passed the flowering period.

Wanhua Mountain is now a scenic area. All the way is paved with small green bricks, antique, and it is pleasant to walk up the stairs.

When I started to go up the mountain, I realized that Wanhua Mountain, which I had always thought was not difficult, had been raised so quickly that I was out of breath for a while. The climber is like this, after the difficulty, he was excited on the opposite side, but he walked for more than an hour, and he didn't see any flowers yet.

However, the mountains and forests washed by heavy rain are verdant and the air is fresh, the air is very humid and foggy. Being in the middle of it, I suddenly felt refreshed. The oxygen-rich air makes us just want to stop and take a deep, greedy kind of breath. The higher you go, the lower the air pressure and the thicker the fog, and the mountains and forests are already filled with thick fog. Walking in the forest, there is a little more dreamy, and the artistic conception is very beautiful. Besides, in this natural oxygen bar, what a happiness it is to enjoy leisurely.

When I walked halfway up the mountain, I saw a tree blooming, and it was blooming densely. Hey, this flower is the same as the sand fruit flower in Huangyu Temple. One of my peers corrected me: it was a begonia flower.

Begonia flowers are so beautiful! This is the first time I have seen them. The flowers you see when you continue to go up are all begonias, and it seems that it is really a mountain and a thing. After seeing the beautiful begonia flowers, in my opinion, this Wanhua Mountain lives up to its name. Hehe, isn't it too easy to be satisfied.

Two hours later, I walked to the mountain beam, and when my vision was wide, I saw that the sky was blank, and I couldn't see anything in the distance. I took a photo at a temple that I had forgotten something, and after looking at the background, I felt that I couldn't breathe, which was the result of too thick fog.

Continuing upward, the sky brightened up a little, and I saw that the clouds and mist on the opposite mountain were moving, and the mountains appeared and disappeared from time to time, which was visually more comfortable than the chaos of heaven and earth just now.

Bypassing a small temple, we came to a stone staircase as steep as Mount Shanghua. The travelers who have been here said: Climbing the stone steps is the 'Fengyue Tower' of the ancient Tang Temple, and it is the place where Li Shimin came here and left his handwriting.

In other words, today we are following in the footsteps of King Li Tang, and Li Shimin has also climbed the steep stone steps in front of us. Oh, it was so unexpected. It seems that my recent mountain climbing has something to do with Li Shimin.

It's up, come on!

It's just that this stone step is too old, and the wind-eroded stone steps are peeling off to the width of only half a shoe, and the hands are trembling when they grasp the iron cables on both sides. Don't dare to look left and right, just look at the eyes. I wanted to laugh when I was on it, that was to think of how chic and heroic King Li Tang was at that time!

And that's all I can do. I can climb up, Tang Wang couldn't imagine it at that time: it is so steep, only my boy comes, compete **!

After climbing for a long time, I also thought about it a lot: I think that Li Shimin is also like us, a person who loves the mountains. Because there are footprints of this Tang king on many peaks in the Qinling Mountains. I just don't know if he likes mountains or clouds.

Finally went up.

Ouch, there is a cave on the top of the mountain! There is a big bell on this flat ground, and the rust tells us the history of this place silently. It's just that I have no interest in history, so I didn't stop in front of the big clock, and I didn't look closely in front of the weathered and peeling stone monument next to it. It's a mistake I shouldn't have.

Walking further from the platform, you can see a stone wall and blue tiles under the platform on the top of the mountain, and the small courtyard house is presented in front of you! In the depths of this big mountain, among the top of the mountain, such an ancient temple building looks too spectacular!

As if I heard the call, I hurriedly stepped on the weathered stone steps and hurried down, walked under the stone gate, knocked on the stone wall, and said heartily: Knock on the door of history, please ask me to come, where are you!

Haha, the companions all laughed. When a female traveler wearing a denim suit walks slowly through the stone gate from the door, it shows a complete walk through the gate of history!

This should be something that King Li Tang couldn't imagine again! It's so exciting!

This building is the ancient temple of Fengyuelou, the doors of the temple are locked, and a pair of cool and clean monk shoes indicate that there are monks practicing here. The building of 'Fengyue Tower' gives me the feeling that it is more like a mountain villa in the Tang Dynasty in a paradise, without the symbolic symbol of a temple. This courtyard, both then and now, is rich and comfortable. In particular, the main entrance of the 'Fengyue Building' is also the lintel with a plaque, and I feel warm and happy when I see it, as if I have walked into a large family in a mountain village.

Descending the stone steps, it is a 'big road'. This road makes people infinitely reverie: come back, go out, go back to Chang'an.

I loved the grounds in this location. Now I like it no longer because Li Shimin is here, but the feeling after watching it on the spot. In recent years, I have seen many temples in the mountains. Most of them are in the local scenic highlands, which is the popular phrase nowadays: famous rivers and mountains, and feng shui treasures are occupied by practitioners.

However, most of the monasteries I have seen in the limited number of temples I have seen are relatively well-located, and most of them are built on cliffs or on dumb mouths, which are either windy or dangerous. Temples like Fengyuelou, I have seen similar building sites on the way through Gaoguantan in Zigeyu, which is Tao Yuanming's practice place, but the building is not as good as here, it is more like a farmer's residence where the poet retreats, there are fertile fields, water sources, grinding plates, and abundant food and clothing.

Only this Fengyue Tower is in the depths of the mountain, but it makes Huangyusi Village, which feels condensed, is relatively flat. Outside the courtyard there is a small flat courtyard, with gentle soil slopes on three sides, and a few terraced fields under the slope.

Therefore, the place where Fengyue Tower is located, whether it is standing behind the temple, on the small hilltop platform that is higher than the building, or outside the gate of this courtyard, there is an indescribable arrogance and freedom in the heart. It is not a thatched hut, so it is not closed by penance and withering.

When standing on the small platform on the top of the mountain, surrounded by mountains, living alone on the highlands, looking at the top of the sun and moon mountain, there is a sense of a god and a vertical and horizontal mountains and rivers, and there is also the joy of giving up where it is. When I went out to the yard, the wind was blowing, basking in the sun, listening to the birdsong, and taoguang was obscure. Under the moonlight, watch the meteors pass by, the insects sing low, drink and enjoy the time.

This is really a good place for spiritual self-cultivation, Fengyue Tower - these three words, the name could not be more appropriate.

I was fortunate enough to come to Fengyue Tower a thousand years later, drink coffee and eat hot pot in front of the courtyard gate. That feeling should be the same as Tang Wang: here to rest, good place!

Wanhua Mountain, it's worth the trip!

It's just that the only regret of this trip is that I didn't remember the couplet inscribed by Li Shimin. At that time, I climbed the ladder halfway up, saw the stone carved couplet on the stone door, and read it again. It's just that the handwriting on the stone is very bad, and it is mistaken for a monk who is a monk.

Moreover, at that time, it was believed that the three words 'Fengyue Building' belonged to Li Shimin. In addition, the subconscious mind also thinks that most of this kind of talk is a legend and does not take it seriously. It's just that when I came back and thought about it, I subconsciously thought it was true again when I wrote the article. So, after a round of inquiry, Qin Yun, a lucky traveler, knew, and he gave the answer. The first one is exactly right, because you can see the upper link on the photo I took.
