0944 Innate Yiqi
Qi is divided into innate and acquired.
The acquired breath is called gas. And the innate qi is called Qi.
The Tao is an innate Qi and a mixed element. Tao is the ancestor of nature and the great sect of all differences, which is the source and foundation of all things in the universe.
When Tang Ding comprehended the Tao Te Ching, he almost forgot the original meaning of the Tao in the Tao Te Ching, and he only cared about the words in the Tao Te Ching.
Since the Tao is the foundation and the innate Qi, the "Dao" in one's heart should no longer distinguish between spiritual power and internal strength, because the origin of these forces and strength is the innate Qi.
In the past, Tang Ding deliberately distinguished between internal force and spiritual force, and always felt that these two forces were two different forces.
But in fact, these two forces, as well as the human life force, physical strength, and all other forces, in the final analysis, are all Tao, and they are all innate Qi.
In fact, it makes perfect sense to say this, as long as people have a breath, these forces are there. Once this breath is gone, all these forces will disappear and cease to exist.
Tang Ding tried to fuse his internal strength and spiritual power together, which in the past, it seemed that they were two completely different kinds of forces with different attributes, just like water and air in nature, how difficult it was to fuse these two things together.
But there is a saying: There is nothing difficult in the world, only afraid of those who have a heart.
Tang Ding's solution is to turn the water into water vapor, which can blend perfectly with the air.
This internal strength is water, spiritual power is air, turning water into water vapor is to transfer the internal strength out of the dantian, walk on the limbs of the body, and let the internal strength be combined with the essence and spirit of the human body.
As soon as the internal strength is combined with the essence and spirit of the human body, there will be no internal strength here and spiritual power in the body, and this internal strength and spiritual power will form a unified whole.
In the past, in Tang Ding's body, when he competed in martial arts, he used internal strength, and spiritual power was only used as an auxiliary. When Tang Ding needed to absorb aura and use the magic flag and purple gold gourd, he used spiritual power.
This is like several subordinate troops, which have been reorganized and reorganized into an army that enforces orders and prohibitions, is strictly disciplined, and is uniform.
In the past, Tang Ding always felt that his mental power was used very quickly. When the internal strength was used up and recovered, the process was very slow, but after Tang Ding had just tried to combine the internal strength with the human body's essence and spirit, the benefits suddenly appeared.
The body seems to have strengthened the infinite strength out of thin air, and the dantian did not have the slightest sense of emptiness because of the internal strength walking throughout the body, on the contrary, Tang Ding felt that the dantian was full, and the spirit was also full, and the whole person seemed to be full of vitality out of thin air.
"Tang Ding, how do I feel that you are completely different, what happened to you?" After Zong Xiaoyan woke up from a sleep, he found that Tang Ding's spirit was different from usual, and asked in surprise.
"I don't know, I just have some feelings about this Tao Te Ching. Tang Ding replied truthfully.
Zong Xiaoyan shook his head, "You don't have any understanding, your whole person looks completely different." What the hell just happened?"
"I have some understanding of the innate Yiqi in this book. ”
"What is the innate Yiqi?" Although Zong Xiaoyan is an ancient martial arts master, today's ancient martial arts masters have long been inherently disconnected, and few people have even heard of it. The innate master is a legendary existence for the ancient martial arts master.
"The acquired Qi and the congenital Qi are actually the same thing, but they are completely different things. According to his own understanding, Tang Ding explained the so-called innate Yiqi to Zong Xiaoyan.
This is the innate Yiqi.
Congenital Yiqi is the baby's internal breathing state, which is not stagnant in external objects and self-sufficient.
Innate Qi is the ultimate state pursued by Taoism.
Tang Ding actually cultivated into an innate Qi in this skyless cave.
Cultivating to a congenital Qi is equivalent to becoming an acquired congenital.
In fact, it is the patent of the foundation building master. There are two necessary conditions for building a foundation, one is to achieve chemical strength, and the other is to reach a certain level of spiritual power, so that spiritual power and internal strength can be fused to form an innate Qi.
Of course, at this moment, Tang Ding made a mistake and cultivated to a congenital level, which does not mean that Tang Ding is a master of foundation building. He is still some distance away from the foundation building master, because his internal strength cultivation is not enough, the capacity of the dantian is not large enough, and the width of the meridians is enough to display the strength of the foundation building master.
However, Tang Ding's spiritual power can completely reach the level of a foundation building master, so it is possible for him to cultivate an innate Qi by chance.
Of course, because Tang Ding cultivated to the innate Yiqi, his realm cultivation has also improved a lot out of thin air, and the fusion of internal strength and spiritual power has not weakened each other, but strengthened each other, forming an effect that one plus one is greater than two.
Even with Tang Ding's strength has also increased significantly, and he is now at least above the middle stage of his strength.
This ancient work, Tao Te Ching, which has been translated into countless languages around the world, turned out to be a classic book for the master of igniting and transforming his strength to embark on the road of cultivating immortals and building a foundation.
Actually, when you think about it, it's not surprising.
It is very likely that when he rode a green ox into Hangu Pass, he suddenly had a comprehension and realized the innate Yiqi formed by the combination of internal strength and spiritual power, and this is the allusion of Lao Tzu riding a green ox into Hangu Pass.
Otherwise, just riding a green ox and entering a Hangu Pass is nothing special at all, so why should you leave a name in the history books?
The people in the world, I don't know how many people ride green oxen, and those who enter Hangu Pass every day are like carp crossing the river, but why haven't they passed down historical stories?
Legend has it in the world that after Lao Tzu rode a green ox into Hangu Pass, he became an immortal and disappeared.
The traces of Lao Tzu are also in the Hangu Pass, there is no news, the historian has a good meal to verify that Lao Tzu went to the Hangu Pass, where did he go, some people say that Lao Tzu traveled west, some people say that Lao Tzu returned to his hometown in the Central Plains, and some people say that Lao Tzu became an immortal.
Historians have made seven or eight kinds of reasoning hypotheses about Lao Tzu's whereabouts after entering Hangu Pass, and there are people who support all kinds of reasoning assumptions, but no one believes that Lao Tzu became an immortal after entering Hangu Pass.
When Tang Ding was familiar with the history books of the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, he also made some inferences about Lao Tzu's whereabouts, and he came to the conclusion that Lao Tzu returned to his hometown.
But now it seems that Tang Ding thinks that the nonsense that historians believe that Lao Tzu became an immortal after entering Guguan is likely to be true history.
After Tang Ding explained the congenital Yiqi to Zong Xiaoyan, he told Zong Xiaoyan about his understanding of the congenital Yiqi, and he hoped that Zong Xiaoyan could also cultivate the congenital Yiqi.
However, although Zong Xiaoyan is also a master of transforming strength, her spiritual power is extremely weak, far from reaching the point of integrating internal strength and spiritual power, and in the end, Tang Ding can only give up.
After cultivating the innate Yiqi, Tang Ding felt more and more that this "Tao Te Ching" contained all things and had a myriad of weather. And Tang Ding also made an amazing discovery, that is, the aura in this "Tao Te Ching", which he can already extract.
It turns out that the aura in the slate of this "Tao Te Ching" needs to be extracted with an innate Qi!
Tang Ding's mental power and internal strength have once again climbed to the top. Oh, now it should be called a congenital Yiqi.
The exhaustion after fighting with the Jiaolong group, coupled with the malaise caused by not eating or drinking for nearly a month, has disappeared at this moment, and has been replaced by the energetic Tang Ding.
After the congenital Yiqi is cultivated, the human body's breathing can be carried out without passing through the mouth and nose, and the oxygen can be exchanged with the outside world by the pores of the skin, and the breathing state is internal breathing. In addition, congenital Qi can also minimize the body's demand for food, even if you don't eat or drink in March or May, you will be fine.
In fact, this is similar to the Taoist Bigu.
The Taoist Bigu can make people go without eating for three or four days and only drink water, of course, this is just the cultivation method of ordinary Taoist priests. A master of transformation like Zong Xiaoyan can go without eating or drinking for a month, and after cultivating to the innate Qi, it is not difficult to go without eating or drinking for three or five months.
Peng Zu recorded in the history books: He did not eat for three or five days, or did not eat for several months. In fact, it is cultivated to an innate one. Of course, if the history books are not apocryphal, then Peng Zu should have cultivated a congenital Yiqi.
Although Tang Ding was in good spirits, Zong Xiaoyan had already reached the limit of not eating or drinking. Although she is still smiling, the vitality in her body is losing rapidly, and it may not last for three or five days.
Therefore, after Tang Ding found out about this problem, the first problem was to think about how to get out.
Before, Tang Ding was behind the big bronze gate, and he was at a loss whether he could get out.
Now, after Tang Ding came to the Great Bronze Gate again, before Tang Ding had time to go out, he first sensed that his Dragon Descending Sword was lying there quietly in the square outside the Great Bronze Gate.
This induction is so amazing that it cannot be explained by science at all.
Tang Ding really couldn't see through the situation behind the bronze gate, but he clearly sensed the existence of the Dragon Descending Magic Sword, and he could clearly sense the position of the Dragon Descending Magic Sword, including the posture of the magic sword falling to the ground at this time, all of which were clear in his mind.
"What's wrong with you?" Zong Xiaoyan asked with a strange expression on Tang Ding's face.
"It's okay, I seem to have a lot of confidence in us going out. Tang Ding said with a smile.
"Well, I'm confident that we'll go out, too. Zong looked at Tang Ding with a smile and said with a smile, "However, to be honest, I want to go out, but I don't want to go out, in fact, even if I can't go out, I don't regret dying here with you." Because it's a world for the two of us. ”
Zong Xiaoyan said that she had renewed her confidence, but in fact, she still didn't have much confidence in going out, and she said this just to cater to Tang Ding.
"Don't talk about life and death, I can definitely take you out. Although Tang Ding didn't have a way to go out, he sensed the dragon descending sword outside, and his confidence to go out became full again.
"Well, I believe in you. Zong Xiaoyan held Tang Ding's palm to show his heart.
