No one could contact Mitchell, not even the person in charge of M05's sales promotion at Godsi Pharmaceutical Group.

The few people who knew about Mitchell's disappearance gradually realized that something was wrong.

But at least so far, there is no suspicion that he is absconding in fear of crime, because the parliamentary investigation has not yet been concluded, everything is rumor, and no one is sure that there must be something wrong with the medicine of Divine Pharmaceutical.

Even the high-level officials within the God-given only thought that Mitchell was afraid of being held accountable and temporarily cut off communication.

The Explorers' Guild and the Covenant Council didn't think so, and the timing of Mitchell's disappearance was too coincidental, which touched their sensitive nerves.

"Mitchell is missing!" Yan An was in the morning recovery training, he was a little surprised to hear the news, his steps shook, he quickly adjusted his pace, stabilized his body, and hurriedly asked, "What's the matter?"

Mo Ye shook his head, looking dazed, "I don't know. "If it weren't for Elder Qi Yu looking for him, Mo Ye really wouldn't have known that Young Master Mitchell was missing.

Yan An lowered his head and pondered, and it didn't take long for the email from the guild to send the task.

An inquiry email pops up on the team's explorer interface,

There is only one question, "Have you accepted the guild's commission to find the traces of Mitchell Kane, the successor of the Divine Pharmaceutical Group?"

Yes or no, the cursor flashes up and down.

Yan An didn't hesitate to choose 'yes'.

This quest is a special quest that is directly commissioned by the guild and will not appear on the guild's taskbar announcement. There are only a few teams that can receive the quest that are selected by the guild.

At the same time, the teams that receive the task do not know each other.

As for the contribution point reward, it is as high as five thousand eight, which is only the starting price. It will be increased according to the completion of the task, although it is not as good as the effect of the insect hunting brush points, but it is definitely among the best in the task rewards.

"Is Mitchell really missing?"

After Yan An finished his endurance recovery training for long-distance running with weights, he gasped and looked at Mo Ye and asked again, his eyes obviously not believing.

Mo Ye glanced at Yan An with a little disgust, and said lightly, "You need to take a bath first." ”

Slab Brick nodded heavily, "It stinks." ”

Yan An didn't care, still with a warm smile on his face. He cleared his throat and brushed his sweaty hair back, and said with a smile, "This is a display of masculinity, strength and beauty." You won't understand slab bricks. ”

Uncle Brick's golden vertical pupils looked Yan An up and down, and after a circle, he popped out two concise words: "Blow~~"

Yan An, ""

Pets are the same as their owners, and they can't chat happily at all!

Mo Ye raised his eyebrows and saw that Yan An was standing stupidly and did not rinse. He asked, "Do you need my help?"

Mo Ye helping to take a bath is not as rosy as it sounds. The high-pressure water column is a vigorous spray on people, not to mention whether it is clean or not, first of all, the hitting effect is unbearable.

Yan An turned around slightly, and as he walked, he didn't forget to open his mouth and propose, "Why don't we continue on the video." ”

Who wants to talk to the bubble-covered fruit man about the video, it's just a hooligan.

The master said that the treatment of hooligans must not be tolerated, and Mo Ye thought so.

Yan Anmeng was so bitter when he was swept up by a waterspout, he didn't take such a bully to fight the five scum.

The few onlookers at the base training ground looked up at the ceiling in unison, as if I hadn't seen anything.

"It's a nice day. ”

"It's so blue!"

"There are so many white clouds. ”

They definitely didn't see the regiment commander being bullied by the deputy regiment or anything like that.

It is not easy to enjoy the blue sky and white clouds against the white flower ceiling.

To inquire about Mitchell's whereabouts, Yan An's intelligence network set up earlier immediately took action. Xiao Qi naturally will not be idle, and follows the trail of Mitchell's last landing on the star network and begins to track.

The Burgess Planetary Fortress changed the voyage. Sailing towards the border junction between the Free Federation and the Weilan Empire, firstly, it is to facilitate the Weilan Empire, and secondly, it is also to facilitate the training of the Self-Defense Force of the Burgess Planetary Fortress, and the chance of encountering Zerg at the border will be greatly increased.

The closer you get to the center of the star field, the stronger the defense, the more difficult it is for the Zerg to penetrate it, and the greater the possibility of wormholes.

The key area of the Free Federation's defense is on the northwest border, where there are few living planets, the degree of habitability is not high, and it has been in a state of undeveloped, and even there are only a few interstellar shipping lanes, compared to the rest of the Federation, this area is particularly barren, but there are many non-mass humans living on this few living planets.

These people are the focus of the Zerg's rebellion.

If the Zerg really carved out a few wormholes in that area, it was very likely that they would not be discovered for a while.

However, it is not practical to really use heavy troops to guard such a barren area, the waste of military power is too great, and the country's territory is too large, so the difficulty of arming will naturally increase accordingly.

The Burgess Mobile Planetary Fortress followed the Changluo Passage all the way deep into the Northwest Frontier Star Field.

Xiao Qi pointed to the star map to explain to Mo Ye, " Master, you see, that narrow and earthy yellow area is the defense area of the Northwest Army of the Free Federation, and the gray area outside is the star field adjacent to the neighboring Principality of Agia (1), which belongs to the public star field, because there are several interstellar jump points between the Principality of Agia and the Federation that can be passed back and forth, so there is no interstellar channel development in this public area, although the Principality of Agia does not border the Weilan Empire, but there are three interstellar jump points in its territory that can directly enter the territory of the Weilan Empire, so we can operate in the northwest border star field, and the traffic is very convenient。 ”

If you want to enter the territory of the Weilan Empire from here, the Egg Cake will be very convenient.

Mo Ye looked at the information about the Duchy of Akia, a country that was much smaller than the behemoths of the Weilan Empire and the Free Federation, but it had a lot of interstellar jump points. The advantages of convenient transportation in all directions have developed into a very distinctive economic power, and the national welfare has made the citizens of the empire and the federation sigh every time they mention it, and they have no eyes when they are reincarnated. Jump in the wrong place.

Burgess chose this area of activity, that is, he can attack, retreat, and defend, and if he is (un)lucky, he can also brush up the Zerg army a few times.

Burgess did not act quietly, but notified the garrison of the defense area in the northwestern star field of the Federation in advance.

The other party also welcomed the arrival of Burgess and immediately issued an access order.

Unless a mobile planetary fortress like Burgess sails stealthily, it is necessary to apply for a pass order when traveling in various star regions, otherwise according to the Star Alliance Navigation Convention, it is smuggling.

It's just that the burgess configuration is high. Smuggling is also generally difficult to detect.

Mo Ye suddenly realized at this time, "It turns out that we have been smuggling all along?"

Xiao Qimeng nodded, "Yes." ”

After Yan An rinsed. Dressed in a straight formal suit, he is an elegant and noble son, "I will pay attention to Mitchell's news, you ask Xiao Qi to pay more attention to whether there is any trace of him and the people around him on the star network." ”

"Hmm"

Half a month later,

It took Burgess half a month to finally arrive at the defense zone of the Northwest Frontier Star Domain.

For the matter of finding Mitchell, Night Yama took the task though. However, he was not in a hurry to leave, and remained in Burgess peacefully. Because there is no news at all.

Mitchell probably really evaporated from the world, and no trace was revealed, and no one could find him, including several cronies who accompanied him, all of them disappeared without a trace at once.

The Covenant Parliamentary Investigation Team had arrived at God's headquarters at this time, and had summoned Mitchell several times without receiving any response.

It is said that the top management of Divine Pharmaceuticals was furious and had issued an ultimatum warning to Mitchell that if he did not show up within a week, he would be disqualified from inheritance

Lying on the beach of the Yama Islands at night, looking at the blue sky. Although the southern city is still covered with snow, the sun is still scorching on the side of the Yama Islands due to its geographical location. Very warm.

Mo Ye lay down to absorb the essence of the sun and the moon, and by the way, he listened to Xiao Qi's report on the latest investigation progress, and there were two fiery teenagers and girls on the beach not far away, who were throwing spiritual skills at each other.

It's really hit!

Earthy yellow and ice blue collide in the sky.

Xiaobai and Claire are fifty meters apart, standing in a sand pit and casting combat and spiritual skills on each other.

Because the range of movement is only a circle about one meter in diameter, the two of them are easily hit by each other's attacks, and they both look a little embarrassed.

Claire looked at the protruding cone on the ground, she subconsciously wanted to retreat and leave the attack range, but she remembered that the teacher said that whoever leaves the circle under her feet first is cooked, and she forcibly held back.

The moment the cone went upward, it was blocked by the ice shield that stretched out from the ground.

On the other side, Xiaobai was also very hard, as a dual-cultivator with a high physical ability, he kept watching Claire reveal his flaws and really wanted to rush over to end the battle, but he just took a step and retracted it, one meter, only one meter of the range of movement, and there was still a distance of fifty meters between them.

You can only use ranged attacks, which is a terrible feeling of being completely tethered.

But this is a compulsory project every day for the past half a month, and the little face tilted up, and the sad tears were held back.

Every day, the explorers who do basic training along the coast sometimes stand and watch for a while, and they will whistle and applaud or something.

Mo Ye lay on the beach, glanced at it from time to time, and reminded: "If you get out of the circle, you will lose." ”

If you lose, you will be punished.

This kind of training is not for fun, but to strengthen the flexible use of supernatural abilities and reflexes.

There is no guarantee that every time you encounter a battle, it will be in a suitable geographical environment.

From the beginning, it always didn't take long for one party to get out of the circle, and now after half a month, the two little guys have been able to persist in fighting for more than 20 minutes, still standing motionless in the circle.

This training is useful for the Ability, but not so effective for the Physicist.

The earth shield blocked the flying ice arrows, but I didn't expect the ice arrows to scatter in the air and turn, seeing that they were about to stab up, driven by the battle instinct, Xiaobai's posture was vigorous to the left side, and he continued to dodge.

The dragon-like body style is dazzling.

The onlookers applauded.

Xiaobai dodged the attack, and the little Deser in his heart reacted before he had time to rise, oops, and forgot, looking down, he was already half a meter out of the circle.

Little white teary-eyed.

In 100 duels, his record was 25 to 75, a fiasco, and the instinct of a physical artist was really hard to resist.

"Sister~~"

Xiaobai flickered his cat eyes and looked at Mo Ye, begging for no corporal punishment.

However, that is not possible.

In the end, Xiaobai only had to wear a gravity roundabout frog jump, even if he was tired, the most heart-stopping thing was that there were onlookers cheering and applauding along the road, inexplicably shy, I really didn't consider the self-esteem of adolescent teenagers at all, and I really wanted to wear a mask.

Claire looked at the frog-jumping Xiaobai, gave a sympathetic look, and exhaled lightly at the same time, fortunately she held on this time, and almost wanted to dodge just now.

The citizens of Burgess did not change the rhythm of life because of the wind and rain in the outside world, going to work, studying, training, doing what to do.

The only change is probably that the number of members of the Self-Defense Forces has increased significantly, and there is already a regimental formation.

The training for recruits is also extremely rigorous.

Whether it is the Burgess Academy or the Self-Defense Forces, there is absolutely no academy for all the cadets of the combat department, and theoretical knowledge must be combined with practical combat.

Therefore, when the garrison of the Northwest Frontier Defense District of the Federation proposed to have a joint defense exercise with Burgess, Yan An agreed without much hesitation after discussing with the ruling officials of Burgess.

The pace of the Zerg's offensive has been accelerated again and again, and it is a matter of time before a large-scale war breaks out, and in this case, it is also necessary for Burgess's own self-defense forces to exercise their ability to cooperate in combat.

After receiving the reply that Burgess agreed to the joint military exercise, the commander of the 321st Defense District of the Northwest Army of the Federation laughed twice, "Since they agreed to the military exercise, I think they intend to stay in the northwest border for a long time, which is very beneficial to our border defense." ”

Burgess's military striking capabilities were already on full display during the destruction of the wormhole in the port of Louissterdam, and it was undoubtedly a strong ally for the Northwest Army to have such foreign aid.

"Colonel Foster, you are solely responsible for the military exercises, you lead the team to contact the Burgess side, and you must complete the task"

"Yes, Commander. ”

Burgess also sent the commander of the Self-Defense Forces to approach the Northwest Army.

The military exercises of the two sides are in full swing here.

On the other side, Mo Ye finally got the latest news about Mitchell from Xiao Qi.

"The last time Mitchell logged into the Star Network was forty-five days ago, and judging by his login location at the time, he was still in the Weilan Empire at that time. ”

Yan An lifted the slightly sliding frame, "The range within the Weilan Empire is really small, but it is just a few star fields and countless galaxies. (To be continued......)
