370 boiler configuration
Although Zhang Yifu always thought that TEPCO was slacking off on this visit, at least the personnel of the Kashima power plant expressed enough etiquette, and the "factory director" and senior executives here wore gray uniforms similar to ordinary workers, and greeted them politely without any shelf, which made Zhang Yifu, who was very decent in suits and leather shoes, a little embarrassed.
At the same time, Oda Kiri also became the Japanese interpreter for the trip, sending messages back and forth, expressing all kinds of respect and kindness, as if they were all so friendly and loving.
On the afternoon of the first day, Ou Wei and the others must have been entertained after playing on the beach, but Zhang Yifu and the two old comrades have always been tightened, knowing that it is all a matter of face now, it is all nonsense, and when it comes to core matters, we can know what the other party has in mind.
After a short handshake, under the leadership of Katayama, the head of the Kashima Power Plant, the long-awaited inspection finally began.
The main plant of the power plant is located in the center of the plant, the boiler is arranged in the open air, the steam engine room is a steel structure, fully enclosed, and the flue gas dust collector and the integrated chimney are arranged sequentially at the back of the main plant. The main building is lined with four large circular fully enclosed coal bunkers, and two medium-sized oil storage tanks are lined up on the outside.
Further afield, the sea, a coastal power plant that draws water directly from the ocean and has a sizable water intake, and further afield is a small wharf where coal is transported directly to the bunker by guò ship, eliminating the hassle of a step.
This kind of macro design + plan, it can be said that the geography here is used to the extreme, avoiding a qiē logistics cost, even the "logistics" of coal transportation in the plant area is completed in the fully enclosed pipeline through the guò automatic control device, will not waste a grain of coal dust, will not raise a piece of ash, by the person in charge of Katayama introduction, now the whole plant on duty only 47 workers, is enough to run the power plant in an orderly manner.
Zhang Yifu took the opportunity to ask. Even when loading and unloading at the terminal, can a team of less than 50 people cope with one qiē?
Katayama replied in the affirmative, fully automated and mechanized equipment saves a lot of manpower.
After the macro understanding, everyone chose Unit 5 to visit first, and from the perspective of the boiler, there was nothing too unexpected except for being too tidy. After all, you can't see what's going on inside the boiler. Although you can't see anything on the surface, you can only find out that there are still many things hidden here.
One of the freshest things is called "electrostatic precipitators".
As we all know, coal-fired power plants are the head of environmental pollution, but also the blame for 10,000 years, everything else is easy to say, several huge chimneys 24 hours a day non-stop emission of yellow and black smoke here, how to explain is useless, so in terms of the environment, the most important thing to make a fuss about is also flue emissions here.
Accompanied by the combustion process of coal. Huge amounts of different types of pollutants are emitted into the atmosphere, and in them, carbon dioxide and other things are just drizzle, and the most terrible things are huge amounts of small particles of dust and sulfide.
The dust collector is for this kind of dust, and the cyclone dust collector is mainly used in China at this time, in addition to water film dust collectors, bag dust collectors and so on. Each dust collector has a different particle size range for dust depending on the principle. Traditional cyclones rely on rotational and centrifugal force. The physical characteristics of the gas are used to remove the dust, because it is simple and crude, and the core is a "turn", so it is mainly aimed at the large dust of 3-100μm, which is more suitable for the current situation of uneven coal quality in China. It is also because it is so simple and crude, so its dust removal efficiency is the lowest, about 70-85%, and it will produce 400-1300pa smoke exhaust resistance, which consumes a lot of energy.
The Japanese, on the other hand, have always been more calculating. When preparing coal and grinding coal, they pay attention to a lot, and they can't wait to grind the pulverized coal into juice and then use it, so the dust from their boiler is usually finer, and they also chose the "electrostatic precipitator" that looks more trendy, the principle is to use the electromagnetic field to ionize the gas, charge the dust, and separate it under the action of the electric field.
Obviously, the particles targeted by this dust removal method are relatively small, the applicable range is 0.5-20μm, the total dust removal efficiency is even closer, and the resistance is outrageously smaller, and the energy consumption of the electrostatic field is low, which saves the energy consumption of the rotary dust collector to rotate desperately, reduces the power consumption of the plant, reduces the coal consumption of power supply from another aspect, and protects the environment.
As for whether this tall dust removal equipment will be included in the consideration of the new Hebei North, it is not possible to make a conclusion for the time being.
The dry desulphurization system that this boiler is equipped with is also a miraculous device, with a desulphurization efficiency of up to 80%, and the most amazing thing is that the system can produce 55 tons of by-product called gypsum when the power plant is running at full capacity. In the face of these trendy things, Zhang Yifu's brain was also a little insufficient, and he didn't have the heart to think too deeply about the principle, but just followed the team all the way to take a look, remember the merits of the plant design, and ask questions appropriately.
When Zhang Yifu asked why there are so few workers on duty and why there are so few dashboards, Katayama said that you will know soon, and Zhang Yifu really knew very quickly, because they have gone out of the boiler plant area and walked into the central control duty room, where the truly modern computer office environment is, plus a fairly clear large screen, in fact, all the equipment status, operating parameters and power grid conditions of the whole plant can be seen here.
Zhang Yifu also instantly understood that this is almost a fully automated modern power plant, and it is basically no different in concept from China's main power plant 20 years later.
If there are really less than 50 people on duty in this power plant, half of them must be concentrated here, and there are staff sitting in front of more than a dozen computers.
If it is the previous boiler plant area, the fully enclosed coal transportation system is still within the scope of everyone's understanding, such a fully automated management is really shocking. Zhang Yifu is okay, he used to be one of the attendants who sat in such a control room, but Chang Lao Duan was not very calm, he had already raised his glasses and walked to the back of the staff and squinted at the parameters, they wanted to take a closer look at whether these things were dynamic, whether they were stable, whether they were reasonable, and they wanted to figure out if this was a scene deliberately designed by the Japanese, because such an automatic process was really a bit unbelievable.
